This visit was to the service center for a maintenance check. As with my other visits they did what service needed to be done in a friendly, fast and efficient way.
Miss having the csr washed after service...not sure why this stopped but was a highly appreciated added touch to doing business with them.
I scheduled an appointment because my airbag light was on. After taking nearly 4 hours to only diagnose it, they told me that I would need a spiral cable replacement. The tech told me that it would cost $1100 to fix, with the part costing $700. I went to Haley toyota in Midlothian and they quoted the exact same part and maintenance to cost $680. Absolutely ridiculous and sad that you would upcharge almost $500 for the exact same work. I would absolutely not recommend coming here if you want to save time AND money.

Had a surprise challenge when the oil-pan guard shield dropped down to the road right at 100,000 miles. The service dept. was booked up for the afternoon but they kindly said they would fit me in - which was much appreciated.

I trust them to work on my vehicle, they do tell you that you will need other stuff done, I hate that part .but you have to go to who you trust . they are the most professional and friendly Toyota dealership .they took the extra effort to make sure you are safe hear. Plenty of seating, with a lot of space between seating, seem like they are taking the covid seriously.
Had oil change spilled oil inside Engine compartment and they did not clean up I had to clean it up poor service

Ive used Mechanicsville Toyota on several occasions over the last couple of years. The Service Guys are awesome! However, Sarah and her horrible attitude, her disregard of & towards the customer. Making the customer feel unwelcomed (because theyre using the extended warranty sold by Toyota) and her always complaining about how their dealership makes no $ off the service repairs. Guess what. NOT the customers fault. This last experience at this Toyota and having to deal with Sarah and her nasty attitude. Was the last time Ill take my car there. She showed disregard 200%And never communicated the work that was done. Or even if the car was even being worked on/finished. Yet she had NO problem telling the customer. That you CANT have your car back nor leave the dealership UNTIL the warranty company puts the funds into the dealership account,!! Yes, she (Sarah) will make you wait there for an hr or longer for that. But as far as treating you the customer with respect and kindness in regards to the service of your vehicle. Nope. You wont get that from Sarah.Shes the worst aspect of this dealership. And the reason we wont return.The guys... theyre awesome. Weve always had good customer service experience with them. But as theyve explained. If you use your warranty. You have to go through Sarah and her Mechanic at this dealership.You could tell the guys wanted to help. But couldnt as at one point Sarah came across the service bay and snapped.This after I the customer had already been waiting 2hrs. With zero communication from her as to what the issue with the car was or if service had even begun.As a traveling nurse and in a time of Covid and driving rather than flying. I take the up keep of my car very serious. This is the worst treatment Ive ever experienced from any Toyota dealership I go to.As Ive mentioned. This was NOT the only bad experience with Sarah. Dealt with her nasty attitude/poor customer service in 2019. Never again.

Service attendant was ok, the wait time was over 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment and dropped off an hour before. None of my questions or concerns were addressed. Gave me a coupon which was nice. They just processed me thru, nothing to write home about.
