I have been taking my 2007 Blue Honda Ridgeline to Mech. Honda for service since 2012-2018 without incident. My truck is garage kept and I, a senior is the only driver. I have all invoices since start of service. Since 2019 -2021 I have noticed after service, somethings missing or damage done to my truck. I have mentioned it to service advisors. They seemed surprised, but replaced the parts. Clips missing from the engine skirt under the hood, pull up handles loosen, stem caps missing, deliberate scratches on the drivers door and inside running board are some of the things that were done while in service these last years. I am very disappointed!!I have spent $$$ on my truck which is in great condition. To Keep it that way, I now must find another service. No one has reached out to investigate. With 10 years of being a loyal customer it has come to this! No! I do not recommend Mechanicsville Honda!

I have done my car maintenance in many different places around the east cost and, is the first time that I dont get a courtesy cleaning of my car, not covering the car seats, etc. Poor customer service.
