I went in to use the restroom. The ladies restroom was only one space (no stalls). It was not very clean for quite early in the day. I was in before lunch. I got to shop around and found a shirt I really liked. I spoke with a sales associate about returning the shirt at a different location if it didnt fit or I didnt like it. She said most definitely I could. I started chatting with her and forgot to tell her about the bathroom. She was a very nice lady. The store overall was clean and tidy. Things were easy to find. I was impressed with the store as soon as I walked in.They had a large card section and a large gift card section.
Whenever you call it’s almost impossible to get through to the pharmacy I have actually stayed on the line for over 10 minutes waiting I’m thinking about changing to another pharmacy maybe then my prescriptions will be ready and I won’t have to wait why they order medicine
Prescription not filled because insurance wanted a preauthorization but the clerk at CVS failed to convey that message, instead said prescription was not sent from MD office. Very poor working and communication skills. I ended up using GoodRx.com and the prescription was cheaper than with my insurance - go figure! May be finding a more efficiènt pharmacy.
Going to change pharmacies because medicine is never ready
My favorite pharmacy. It is the only one here in town that I have not had recurring problems with. Love the drive thru option, but I and generally there is always a minimal wait time.
I love cha and go in a couple times a month. I pulled thru the drive thru and ask for an over the counter item which she was reAlly surprised that I ask her if she could go get it and was very rude. Its all medicene . I didnt want to get out of the car that is what the drive thru is for. Christy was the name on the reicpt.. Josh is very awesome and Jennifer as well.
I get all my prescriptions filled here, and Josh the pharmacist is a great person and very helpful.
I am giving it one star because I have to in order to write a review. But if I could, I’d give zero or a negative number of stars (yes, I’d take some away). For years I have gone to Mayfield Cvs because my insurance has cvs as a preferred pharmacy so my meds are cheaper. Numerous times they have messed up my meds. They have tried to substitute a med when it was not available and not tell me. Luckily, I checked and did not take the med my doctor had told me not to take. I informed the pharmacy that I should have been notified. Many would not have known to check and would have trusted the pharmacist and could wind up taking a med that may cause them to have an adverse reaction. Now the pharmacy will not substitute my med, but this week I called and was told my med was refilled when in actuality, they had filled it with less than a week’s worth. They suggested I have my doctor call in a substitute. I informed them that he does not want me to substitute and that he is out for Christmas all week. They told me to go to urgent care and get a substitute. So I guess they want me to pay an extra $100 to have another doctor substitute the med that my doctor says not to substitute. So now, I am left shopping local cvs stores to see if anyone has the med that Mayfield could not fill completely so that I don’t miss dosages. I was told they would help with this but no one called me back as they said they would. When I asked why they didn’t just call me to begin with to tell me the med was unavailable so that I could have taken care of this before the holiday, they could not give me a reason. I am resourceful and will figure this out. What worries me is the elderly or terminally ill that could face worse health repercussions if they miss dosages. This cvs has shown a lack of assistance and empathy long enough.
They always have my prescriptions ready and always informative about my meds.
Good place for auick shopingna meds filled quickly. Kinda a wait line after 3pm but ither then that good.
Nice and clean store
Stopped going there. Messed up nearly every prescription refill and Noone cared.
Pharmacy is NOT OPEN 24 HOURS! The store does know that the website is wrong but evidently cannot change it!
Expect to way an hour and a half for medication your doctor calls in.
Just a standard CVS
