Bought a 2018 (barely used) F-150 SuperCrew 4x4 from here in June 2020. Less than a year later, check engine light came on. Brought it in as it was under warranty, and they supposedly fixed it by simply clearing the error. Couple of weeks later, check engine light came on again while in Northern Indiana. Immediately made an appointment and brought it in again. They simply cleared the error and said they wanted to hold it over the weekend to drive it Monday, however I needed the truck for the weekend and Monday. That may have not have worked anyway, as it was a lot of time driven between the last problem. Took the truck to Mississippi on Monday and it came on yet again. I called this time to challenge them, and they said they would just clear the error again. I asked what about fixing or replacing the part causing the error? as I bought the truck there and am a working professional (this issue was continually wasting my time). For some reason that seemed like a foreign concept, but he said he would call me back within a couple of days with a solution. I heard nothing, so I took it to Parker Ford in Murray, and lo and behold they changed the part causing the issue (warranty fix). The people at Purchase are very nice, however I need competence and efficiency in this stage of my life. Could be a Mayfield vs Murray thing.

We bought a 2013 GMC Terrain that we’ve had for almost a year now. The control switch for the AC has been intermittent since we bought it. They had us bring it in and would try a part since what we needed was on back order or not available. That did not work at all so we were out $60. It’s been over a year and no one has reached out to let me know they could fix it as promised by the general manager. The check engine light came on shortly after purchasing and they wouldn’t look at it. The ABS light came on only a few days after purchasing and they agreed to fix at a discounted rate. Well two days after getting the vehicle back we were driving and the brakes locked up at Walmart on a Saturday morning. We took it back again and the work wasn’t done right. They fixed it and we’ve never heard another from them about the other parts.

Maybe, I just wasnt observes enough and didnt noticed, but it seemed rather small (room size) and other then a TV and some clothing to purchase, I think a soft drink and a coffee pot would have been nice. Hopefully, I am completely wrong as I have short term memory ...

There is no excuse for them selling a car from under us. We had all the information given to the dealership and through the financier the deal was done on Monday but in the time it took us from end of business day of that day to 2:30 Tuesday the car was sold from under us and the manager who informed us about this was rude and condescending. Do not deal with them or Chris specifically your deal is not set. They will sell it from under you if given the chance and waste everyones time. Dont go there.

I took my car in for a scheduled oil change and told the guy that it doesnt need tire rotation bc I just got new tires last week. I go to pay for my car and Ill be dammed if they didnt rotate the tires! Really?? A tire rotation is not necessary to do an oil change.

Service department is not very accomadating. Each time I have tried to schedule service for my Lincoln purchased there, I never have a loaner car available. They even sent me a card in the mail saying one would be provided! No loaner even if I schedule WEEKS in advance. I scheduled at Paducah Ford instead.

Took my car for repair. Paid over 600.00 to get it fixed. Drove it long enough to put gas on it and wash it and it broke down again. Now they say I need a new motor. Its funny they noticed I needed new windshield wipers but couldnt tell my motor was blown. Waste of time and money.

Salesman, not gonna mention names, will say ANYTHING to sell you on a truck/car... they do not stand behind what they sell, even though youll hear it 5 times before you leave

Dealer tried to sell us cheverolet cruze 2013 the transmission oil was black and smelled burnt dealer said the service papee they had the transmission checked and paper didnt say anyrhing about servicing or checking the transmission and oil was burnt ans black lol jusy wow and when i brought it up he said he felt like his servicer would be offended if i told him the transmission oil was blwck and smelles burnt
