All the employees displayed excellent customer service and were willing to go above and beyond to get all questions answered. All staff showed great patience and communication while helping with difficult problems when switching to T-mobile. Highly recommend coming here for any and all phone needs

My husband bought a new phone here. The phone was his third choice because they have phones on display that are unavailable. The phone didnt work properly from the start including not sending or receiving texts or calls. At one point, he got 13 voicemails all at once that were from the previous several days (with no missed calls showing). Hes had the phone for nearly 3 weeks and Ive yet to be able to contact him on this phone. Hes been to the store 3 times since purchasing the phone to try and exchange it. The first time the woman told him that it was the SIM card. She changed it for him. She also told him that a cell tower in Sylvania was down. I have the same service and have had zero issues. She said if that doesnt work to come back and he could exchange it. No improvement. He went back and talked to the same woman. She said that the cell tower in Maumee was down. She said they would have to try a remote backdoor reset before they could exchange it. So come back in 5 days, if that doesnt work. It didnt work. He went back and there was a man there. He said he didnt know anything about cell towers being down and he couldnt exchange the phone. My husband would have to call customer service and try to exchange it that way. Hes spent about 7 hours driving to and from this store trying to get this issue resolved. Thats a conservative estimate. Not to mention all the missed work and difficulties trying to use the phone the last 3 weeks. The most frustrating part is that everyone hes been in contact with has been misleading him.

The best sales experience I have had in a very long time. T-Mobile in Maumee is the place to go for your phone needs.

I was a Sprint customer and needed to port my numbers over to T-mobile as the phone I purchased did not work on Sprints network. Ashley had her coworker had me up and running in no time. What can I say about my experience at the Maumee T-Mobile, other than it was all around amazing! From the moment I entered I was welcomed by Kyle. He introduced me to all the new varieties of the latest iPhone and truly help me figure out what phone was the best fit for me. He had very intuitive ways to really narrow my choices down. Next I finished with Alejandra! She sensed that I was apprehensive about my next big phone purchase and help ease every concern I had about the phone. She even walked me thru a crash course on everything iPhone. I couldn’t imagine not having the two of them to guide me thru this experience! Both Kyle and Alejandra were my T-Mobile guardian angels! I had to head in to get my phone unlocked, not a huge issue, but Alex did a wonderful job her customer service is next level. There’s few times when i’m blown away by someone doing their job well but she really went above and beyond to explain the issue i was having and talked me through the steps she was going through to fix it, all while maintaining simple conversation. It’s not often when i truly feel appreciated as a customer and Alex has done an amazing job at making me feel just that.

We left happy and satisfied with the whole team! Alejandra, Kyle, and Sajan helped my boyfriend and I get into something that works for us without breaking our bank. Will be returning!

Went to straighten out some things and was so glad I picked this T-Mobile store. Alejandra and Jake spent 2 hrs fixing the problem. They were fantastic. Typically had great service at this location, that is until tonight. Went in around 7pm and Alex was there, I wanted to upgrade a phone. She went in the back to get the phone and came out a few minutes later and said she couldnt get into the safe. She said they recently came under new owners and they must have changed the codes. Im having a hard time believing that at 7 at night she just found out that she couldnt get in the save after saying she would go back and get a phone. By the way, Alexs name tag says she is a manager but she didnt know the code.... Had to drive across town to process my upgrade.

Been a T-Mobile customer for over 17 years. Last year, I went to this new location to upgrade my phone and add some lines. They had a BOGO on Samsung phones, so I got an additional S9 for one of those new lines. The woman behind the counter took FOREVER to get this all set up, but she did and everything seemed fine. Went back a couple weeks ago to upgrade my line to an S10. Same woman behind the counter. She said they didnt have one in stock, but she could process the upgrade for me and have it shipped to my house. NEVER did she say a word about the fact that shed set the free phone up on my line, not the new line, and if I upgraded that would go away and my bill would go up over $30/month. I found this out after my new bill posted, which was after the new phone arrived and I had shipped my old phone back. Took nearly 30 minutes on the phone with T-Mobile today to get this straightened out, which they did. Still love T-Mobile, but will only deal with them online and over the phone so the people at this store cant get into my account anymore.

Save your gas and call 611 from home.Store clerk, Terry, told me I could not change my current plan to T Mobile One + because I am a current customer. Then she said she had to do a credit check, big deal do it, she never did! Instead she tells me it would cost $40 more than it quoted online because I already had 4 lines, I was not a new customer.I went out to my car, called 611 and within 10 minutes Casey had my 4 lines changed to One + and it cost exactly what the online quote told me it would.I drove round trip 20 miles in the rain when I didnt need to get off the couch!
