Keenan and the rest of the AT&T Conant St. staff were all great and very helpful. Everyone works as a team and the environment is very professional and friendly. Keenan personally went above and beyond my expectations and I am definitely going to recommend AT&T to others due to this experience.

I needed a phone activated. I spent hours on the phone and online with varies AT&T reps. None of them helped me. I went to the location on Conant and was greeted by Rickie. He was amazing from beginning to end. Chris and Nate, the other two gentlemen working were also very pleasant and helpful. These three guys changed my entire mood. Thanks guys!

Nate was patient and kind and very respectful. I couldnt ask for better service. If more people were like Nate the world would be a better place.

I went on the 30 & 31 of August to try and exchange a phone that I ordered from the ATT website. I was within the 14 day trial period and I got told that because I ordered the phone online they could not exchange it in the store. When I went on the 30th and explained my situation the guy offered me an old iPhone out of his pocket which I feel was very unprofessional. I called the 800 number twice that day and the second time the guy I talked to said they should have taken it back. I got the same story earlier today when I went to exchange phones. The assistant manager was no help what so ever. I called again and talked to a wonderful woman named Miriam and she helped me get my shipping label sent and understood my frustration and apologized for the way I was treated. I went to the location closest to where I live and left there mad both times I went. I felt that I wasnt treated fairly. Also I feel like they didnt even try to help me or explain anything. It says on the website that if you order anything online it can be returned in store (which Miriam confirmed) however that appears to not be the case. I dropped the phone off at the local post office since today marked my 14 day trial period because I was under the assumption of the store exchanging it for me. I was hoping to be able to bundle my phone and internet, but I guess Im not wanted. Im more annoyed than anything about the lack of communication between staff and customers. Miriam was the only nice person I talked to throughout this whole ordeal that couldve been prevented.

Please don’t go to this store. They just scam you in any way possible to make a sale. I went last week to get 3 new lines. The employee and the manager both assured me the bill will not exceed $150 a month, just checked online it is $308. I called the manager about the it he was very rude would not admit to anything, the manager refused to give me his boss’s information. I called corporate office they said this is a third party authorized dealer they have no control other their employees.

Marquess and Nate were great. They got us exactly what we wanted and didn’t try to and talk us into anything we didn’t want. If you’re in need of a new phone, go see these guys.

I was at the AT&T store in Maumee. AT&T advisor Ben was awesome. Patience, excellent customer service skills, and such a nice guy. AT &T did good by hiring him. I will recommend family and neighbors to see him.AT&T can be proud of such an employee. Good job AT&T

I was sold a phone that rarely works because Jay told me it was the best phone to get. When I got the phone, it had a pixel missing so they told me to swap it out and mail the other one back which I did so of course AT&T charges me for it. I call them several times with the tracking number and they still dont get it fixed and now the tracking number is worn off of the receipt from the post office, So Im stuck for a hundred bucks for a phone they lost. The new phones still hasnt worked. Right and its been 8 months. Ive had issues with it just shutting out of apps and doing whatever it wants.I also had. Insurance added that I never authorized which I think was done at the store, but I cant prove it so I dont want to accuse him but I got this phone in May and it literally has costs them a 15 year customer.Ive talked to customer service for hours. And theyre finally giving me my money back for the unauthorized added features. Im still on the hook for the phone, after several calls.

Placed an order online and went to the Maumee store the next morning. The online order hadnt processed correctly but the staff were very helpful they reprocessed my order and set up both my new phones very quickly. They were very informative and showed me some different accessories available for my devices. I was very pleased with the service I received from both Tanner and James. Definitely will be going back to this location.

This location is severely lacking basic customer service principles. Having had DirecTV since January 17 and AT&T mobile since May 17, I have been to this location numerous times. For the $140-150 switcher program (pay the ETF), I was told to bring in my Verizon bill and I did that. They submitted it for me in June of 2017 - still no sign of it.The incompetency is at the associate level as well as management, beginning with Anthony. I spent 30 minutes airing my grievances on things he agreed with me on and he assured he hed be handling them personally. After two times of lying to me about calling me back, I contacted the regional manager, Jason, and he e-mailed me back twice, defending this location. He also said hed work toward resolution for me and its been over 3 weeks since I sent him an action required e-mail.These are legit requests and person after person, I am promised that someone is working on these and they arent. For a communications company, its quite pathetic. Ill be looking to get out of the contract with them ASAP And will not be looking back. After all, they broke the contract by not fulfilling what our agreement said. Sad excuse of a mobile provider. Stay away - for the love of everything good.

I wish i could give them zero stars. Poor customer service and the store manager is rude as f**k she dont know what she is saying. While i was talking to her she was busy chatting on her phone and reading and laughing on jokes..They told me to change the carrier because my visual voicemail was not working. So they didnt even care about resolving my issue. But anyway I switch to verizon and i am glad with their services. Super fast internet and coverage is awesome and yes my voicemail is working fine.

They have more hidden fees than any company on the planet. They are immoral, unethical, and manipulative when it comes to bleeding their customers of as much money as they can. Rude, unprofessional, unknowledgeable,too my Reps & a Supervisor Edward couldnt even find our account. OMG REALLY? No one really can get it right at the on phone ordering facility. Told them from the start BEFORE SHIPPING phones out numbers on 2 sim cards were wrong so that issue could be corrected then. Not done. Said to have store do it. They could not. So back to Att phone then back to store then back to another Supervisor Alisa who tried her best to help us AND was NICE to us. Asked for credit & she gave it to us. All in all it been a NIGHTMARE. NEVER AGAIN WILL GET THINGS FROM ATT. Need to retrain your reps to be KIND & NICE not rude & mean as it is JUST job & pay check! Extremely dissatisfied. Horrible service! Thank you for the extreme stress!
