Was so much to look at. Only wished body wash and lotions were separated. I only wanted body and had to look all over for itFinally I had to ask.

Whats not to love about this store?!? The girls are always friendly and helpful. Its never super busy, and the sales are amazing

It’s a nice store but frankly I was super uncomfortable. The whole time I was there one of the workers followed me and stayed a foot behind me the entire time I shopped. Would’ve liked to look around more but was so uncomfortable that I just grabbed one thing, checked out, and left as quickly as I could.

Loved this Bath & Body Works location! The store was really nice and the staff were super friendly! We were in to get hand soap, which is about every 3-4 month and it was a great experience! Love the scents!

My husband & I shopped at Bath & Body Works today. He wanted to purchase some Wallflowers for our home. We had so much fun smelling the different scents. He purchased a wallflower unit & 5 scent containers. I purchased 3 of their 8 oz. candles. So sorry we neglected to get our clerks name, but she was extremely fun and helpful. Would definitely recommend the Fallen Timbers store.

The young lady greeting us was so friendly and helpful! She was a big help to my son to determine his free item. He loves their body sprays too for men!

It was extremely packed, i had coupons and the cashier told me what to use them on then i bring back items and was not allowed to use them, very disappointed!!!

Nice store! Easy to find products and well organized.

I came in 45 minutes before close and the people working weren’t helpful at all. At one point, I was asking a question and the associate ignored me and started talking to the person before the counter. Had it been 5 minutes to close I could understand frustration, but come on.
