Purchased a mattress from Tom today. Tom was very informative, provided me with a great presentation on how mattresses are constructed, when I asked what I should be looking for in a mattress. Absolutely zero pressure, purely informative. Prices are what they are, no need for the representatives to sell you, or push a certain product on you. You can tell this company stands behind their product, which seems to be a quality one. I believe in their commercials now. Fair prices on a quality product, reducing middle man price hikes, and supporting a local company that produces the product you purchase, here in Charlotte. Reggie was extremely professional and friendly. He was able to quickly guide us to the mattress we needed for my son, that is transitioning to a big boy bed from a crib. We had already been to another mattress company and were not able to find what we needed there. Total time in store to find what we needed AND complete the sale was under 30 minutes. The price ended up being over $100 less than the previously visited company and exactly what we wanted in terms of firmness and height.

Was looking for a new mattress for one of my children. The staff was awesome and there was no buy now on sale gimmicks. We did not purchase at that time and continued shopping around. By far the price to quality was unmatched at any other seller. Called the store and they let us order right there over the phone. Great experience in a few weeks we plan to buy for the master bedroom this time no shopping around we will be going back.

Due to covid 19 it must be difficult to sell mattresses, however Original Mattress Factory was clean and ready to adapt to keep shoppers safe. Reggie was helpful and attentive and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone i know looking for a new mattress.

We went to several places and the honesty was a breath of fresh air. There wasnt any pushing towards one way or another and no arguing when we said we were still going to look around. The pricing was also very good for the quality of bed we got. I cant describe the quality of bed because there are no words. We had a grade A+ experience from shopping to delivery with our recently purchased box spring and bed. The sales rep was extremely knowledgable (Reginald Independence Road). Knowledge is a powerful thing and his command of the construction differences and product line gave us confidence to advance to step two: the comfort test. The delivery associates were reliable and successfully navigated the tricky stairs. What more can one ask for? Oh...and the mattress is really comfortable. It replaced a mattress costing 3 times more that never satisfied us. Sweet dreams.

Very stress-free. This is our 2nd time with Original Mattress Factory and our previous mattress is 18 years old and still in pretty good shape. Our sales rep answered our questions and gave us information about various mattresses. No attempts at up-selling and was able to provide good information. Prices are good for the quality of the product. Mattress was delivered at promised time and workers were professional. We also liked that we were able to support a business where the product is made locally.

After visiting a few other mattress stores, we decided to go by the Matthews Original Mattress location. Best decision ever, very plesent experience, no overly pushy sales people. Reggie our sales rep was phenomenal! And everything was ready exactly on time. The mattress sleeps amazing, and I also have to recommend the pillows. They sleep so well I threw out out my 9 other pillows and now only have two on the bed.

Reggie, the manager, was very informative in helping us choose a mattress for our guestroom. He was friendly and courteous throughout the process and allowed us to investigate and get the feel of the mattresses on our own without any pressure. The delivery process went well also.

BUYING WAS QUITE SIMPLE, THE FLOOR PERSON ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. DELIVERY TIME WAS REASONABLE. 2 MEN CARRIED BOTH BOX SPRING, AND TOP MATTRESS UP STAIRS AND PUT ON FRAME. WRAPPED UP OLD MATTRESS, AND TOOK IT, AND ALL GARBAGE WITH THEM.

The purchase of a bigger bed for my teenage son was a breeze. Reggie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and also gave us our space to decide. The 2 guys that delivered the mattress set were very friendly and polite, and took extreme caution to not touch any of the walls. My son absolutely loves his new mattress set!
