I received the wrong size item and emailed them to return. I have shipped the item back, its been over a month and no refund from them. I have emailed, called, repeatedly NO response. This is an awful company with extremely poor customer service. Still waiting for my refund. Do NOT order from them

I placed an order for Bath Mats. They billed my credit card and sent me a confirmation of that order. I have not received a shipping date and getting in touch with anyone is proving to be impossible because of no replay. I notice most of the reviews were from 6 months ago. My guess is they are out of business. So buyer beware.
