Strolled into the scratch and dent outlet and found a nice reclining sofa for a little less than half the original price. Look for the defects, point them out and you can probably get a few more dollars off. They had an extra 30% off deal going on, but the first price I was given was not right. Check their math. I did like that you can set up delivery right away, and the delivery was very smooth.

Absolutely love the Raymour Clearance Center. I go several times a month just to see what they have. Great furniture, decor and accents at a fraction of the cost. The customer service is excellent. My salesperson Corbin always greets me by name and lets me look around. I have found many treasures at the store.

Let me just say the staff at the Clearance Center could not have been better. They were extremely helpful, without hovering, answered everything, showed us options, & even helped us with better discounts than we found. We were able to buy a leather sofa, large desk AND desk chair all fitting our initial budget, with their help. The manager, Taylor, even jockeyed the delivery to fit our son’s needs because he couldnt be available at regular times. It was a real trick, but these people worked together & did it in record time. The woman doing the paperwork was also fast, efficient and quite lovely to us, as was another salesman. This is where you want to buy your furniture!But the best—When we had a major problem with the 3rd party deliverymen (AJ & Tyler-don’t get them, trust me!!) not even trying more than a “cursory twice” to fit the sofa in—and then being VERY rude to us when we offered an idea to try, and rude AGAIN when I had one last question——we reported it back to the manager who had worked with us—Taylor. HE went above and beyond to get us 3 VERY GOOD deliverymen just a few days later AND even offered a replacement sofa (that was different but also nice,) only it was a few hundred dollars more which we couldn’t afford, so he called it an even exchange anyway if the first sofa actually couldn’t fit in. Wow! But thankfully it DID fit because we loved the leather one! Thank you Cody and delivery team!!! THEY did it right away and without even removing the feet of the sofa (which I thought might have to happen) Wow. I’m SO flipping impressed! I cannot express the joy I feel.Thank you, everyone who helped us and I’m sorry if I forgot some names but we really DO appreciate you. SHOP HERE EVERYONE!
Have bought many things here over past 20 years. Also buy at retail store, but with 4 kids the value of items here is hard to beat. They move a lot of merch because there are always many new things on floor. I worked w/Kurt recently to buy counter stools. He was very helpful. Purchase was quick & easy. If were buying several things, they always work with us on price. Gotta go here!
Horrible experience. Dont buy from the clearance warehouse. Poor customer service. If you plan to buy Raymour and Flanigan furniture your best bet is to get it from the actual store, not the discount warehouse
Always new stuff in the store. Came in just to look. Kurt was kind and NOT pushy or pressuring at all. We werent looking to buy. but ended up finding a great deal on a cozy couch. Within 2 hours, the couch went from showroom floor to our livingroom. We feel like we got a great deal and love the couch!

This place was amazing! From when we walked in and Brennan greeted us to when the poor guys loaded everything Brennan helped us find in 92 degree sunny weather. Including when we came back for the second load and added a rug! Will definitely be coming back! Prices can’t be beat!

If you want furniture “now” rather than in 3 months, this is the first place to look. Lots to choose from. The staff is so helpful. It was a very fruitful trip for me. I looked around without anyone shadowing me for about 20 minutes then they were very helpful once I had made some choices and they helped me find some things that I hadn’t seen. The young man who waited on me was very helpful.

I went to the clearance center in search of something specific. I then went to the Clay showroom and found what I was looking for, but I wasn’t completely comfortable with the terms. I returned to the clearance center and Corbin helped me. That young man is a rockstar. He got me something I am very satisfied with, mostly new items, and for a lot less money. The best part is everything is in stock and ready to be delivered. I am excited about my new furniture as I always purchase from Raymour. I will definitely return to see Corbin and send others his way.

My girlfriend and I went to Raymour and Flanigan thinking we would be buying quality furniture. After receiving the furniture ( Kitchen table with bench seat and chairs, sectional couch) we unbox it and find the couch crushed. Back of it had been broke in half. We assembled the chairs and table and find 2 chairs aren’t cut evenly and don’t sit flush on the floor. The bench seat is missing the support beam. Very unhappy for the amount of money we spent. Numerous calls to them, they never call us back. Worst experience of buying new furniture. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy from them. Save your money amd go elsewhere.
Went in looking for a dinning room table. Sales reps did not attack me as I walked in. I was able to browse the store on my own without being badgered. I wound up financing a gorgeous sectional at a great price. Everything was a breeze.

Cant say that the deal we got is avaliable everyday but there were a few real leather 3 piece living room sets with a odamin for 575 to 750. Thats not just the couch...... that all. Love seat chair couch and odamin. Crazy. The best clearance stor out there. 5 month wait at other stores.... no problem come here.

After being disappointed I could not get a reasonably priced dresser in area stores that would be delivered in less than 8 weeks, I tried out the Clearance Center before going online (I really didnt want to put together a dresser from a box). Lo and behold I found one and the only issue with it was a very top jewelry door that was slightly misaligned, but you couldnt really tell. Its the perfect size, is very substantial, and everything was lovely. Delivery in a few days and the guy I worked with, Corbin, was awesome and checked in with me just enough. Got a great price and very happy.

Then to go to their regular store in Clay, NY and see that although there is proper handicapped parking by ADA standards, it is a bit away from the entrance door. Shame on you, Raymour & Flanigan. 😡😡
We are super excited about our new couch! Kurt was so patient and flexible as we walked around with our 2 kids and sat on pretty much every couch in the showroom and then I changed my mind about 5 times. He was enthusiastic and helpful and we appreciate being able to shop in a budget friendly (but high quality), low stress environment.

Stopped in the outlet store to browse kitchen carts/sideboards for my sisters kitchen. Found the perfect one and Mia was a tremendous help. Everytime I go there to shop she assists me. She is very professional, very articulate and knowledgeable of the stock, and never pushy. LOVE the new sideboard!!!
Overall a great experience but not having electric to the chairs was an issue. Saleswoman was excellent but we definitely had an issue with one of the younger men running his dolly into every piece of furniture he went by. When we reported it we were met with an “Oh well” You’d think he would be trained to respect the furniture and the customers.

This place is a joke! The delivery driver (Vinny) was so rude to me on the phone and then never delivered my chest of drawers. They blamed me for been 4 hours past the delivery window. Upon delivering my dresser I found that it was all scraped up and there were imperfections in the assembly. I notified them and they agreed to switch it out only to receive the second one which was in worse shape than the first one. How in the world do you deliver furniture to customers in such shape? The delivery driver told me it was cheap thats why it looked that way smh. I will never buy another thing from this place again. Now I have to wait until 12/28 to get another piece, they tried to sell me floor model BS without a discount. Very frustrated ☹️

Do your self a favor and shop somewhere else....Delivery guys are weak cant even carry a mattress with out draging it on the ground. it got dirty and they refuse to change it. They rested the back of the couch on a railing and gave it a big dimple on the back and scraped the wall and damaged the chest. And they said $200.00 is what they can do. The mattress was almost 200 what about my couch my kitchen chest the wall damage at my apartment complex. This place is wack.
Honestly I enjoy shopping at this location not only because the prices are amazing but also because the sales representatives don’t harass you as they do at the other Raymour and Flanigan stores. In fact, they say hello when you walk in and let you shop alone if you desire and then when you need assistance you simply find the rep that greeted you and then they will help. I recommend this store to all of my friends who are looking for furniture.
My salesman, Andy, was amazing. However, my experience beyond the purchasing point brought a lot of frustration. The day of the expected delivery for my dining set, I had to call and find out what time someone would be delivering the furniture. It was after 10:30, and I had expected a call earlier than that. Any other time Ive had an expected delivery, I was called early morning. I was given a timeframe when I called Raymour & Flanigan, then received a call from the delivery driver saying he would be there in 15 minutes, then I received another call fom Raymour & Flanigan that the delivery driver was delayed and would be coming for a different time window. I was confused, but the delivery driver came within the 15 minutes. I bought a table from the sales floor (with flaws) and 6 brand new chairs to make a set. Three of the chairs had flaws when delivered. I was at work when the delivery happened (my significant other was home), but I figured that problem could be solved painlessly. I sent pictures of the flaws to Raymour & Flanigan by text, received a call/voicemail from a technician the next day, and the technician said he could make the chairs look new. I called back and told them I bought the chairs brand new, and I had no intention of fixing flaws with the chairs having paid full price for them. The replacement chairs were to be delivered a few days later. I got a call the day before the expected delivery date saying the chairs didnt make the shuttle, so they would be delivered 3 days later. That day came, and I got a call that they would be delivered the next day. My take is if someone has an issue, a company should accomodate that customer as quickly as possible...not delay delivery twice. When the delivery driver finally showed up (out of the time window), my S/O was in the bath, but he heard knocking, so he got out. The delivery driver was walking away by time he got down the stairs and just left the chairs on our porch. My S/O opened the door. The delivery driver wasnt wearing a mask and was less than friendly to my S/O. My S/O asked if the driver was going to take the flawed chairs, and he said no. Raymour & Flanigan called me multiple times after that. I called back to find out why. The person I spoke with had no answer and said she would call back. I received multiple calls with no voicemail, until I finally got one with a voicemail asking about the chairs. I called back to find out I would be billed if they didnt get the chairs. Yes, I would be billed because the delivery driver THEY hired didnt take the chairs... Now they are coming tomorrow. Well see how that goes. As far as the table is concerned: When I got out of work the day it was delivered, I had a bowl of cereal at the table. I noticed some moisture from the bowl on the table, so I wiped it with my hand and some of the finish came off, creating shiny spots in the matte finish. The bowl had only been there a matter of minutes. I called a few times about this issue, until days later I finally got an answer when I called AGAIN; the guy who typically fixes up furniture issues at Raymour & Flanigan suggested I get a matte finisher to repair the spots, then buy a table cloth (ha). I ended up speaking with a manager another day, and his answer to that was I should get a table cloth or use coasters. Have you ever in your life seen a person put a coaster under their bowl of cereal? Also, why would I want to put a table cloth over my table that I bought specifically because I liked how it looked? I could have gotten a table for free from Craigslist and thrown a table cloth over it. I havent heard a word from the manager after asking how I could be accomodated. At this point, my only hope is I never hear from them again. I cant believe how much time I spent on the phone to get absolutely no satisfacation. I wont buy furniture from here anymore.

I have never felt so let down by a company in my life. First of all, the delivery men were NOT wearing masks. This made me feel uncomfortable. Then, got half of the couch into my house. They then tried to get the other half into the house...they tried for about 2 minutes and then proceeded to tell me that it did not fit. They did not try to take the door off the hinges or try my other entrance into the house. I then called the store and spoke to a woman about how frustrated I was. She said that we can either refund you the money or try to deliver again. I chose to try another date when my fiancee was home and picked a delivery date. We called today to check the date and our order was cancelled ( with no refund). The person who my fiancee spoke to was VERY rude and said it was not her job to refund the money. If the couch was cancelled on July 17th, then WHY did we never get our refund? We were finally refunded today. If this review did not make me give one star then I would not.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO STAY AWAY.

I had been shopping for living room furniture at basically all of the local furniture stores for a couple of weeks. And this is where I found the perfect furniture at an amazing price. The workers are not pushy, they have a great variety of furniture and a large inventory. Because it’s a clearance center you might have to come back a couple of times to find the exact one you want but it’s worth it because you will get quality furniture at a great price. Everyone we worked with was great but ultimately Kurt was the one who I bought a living room set from and he was helpful and knowledgeable and friendly and I will definitely ask for him when I go back! And I will go back because this place has me wanting to redo all the furniture in my house!
Bought a brand new couch from them, the salesman were nice but when it came time to deliver it they pushed it back a day, then the next day they didn’t even check to see if I was home and assumed I wasn’t so they left with my couch, I had to call multiple times to finally get a message to the delivery team who had my couch, and then I get a call hours later saying the driving team quit so they can’t deliver my couch that day. Absolutely ridiculous, definitely will not buy anything from them again.

One of the beds that I was interested in was priced for the amount of 2 beds. Th associate knew it and they werent going to change it. She said itll have to be sold at that price. That is horrible. You mean to tell me this company is ok with a customer purchasing a bed that is scratched up for 2x what it is normally priced at? The associate stated the worker that plugged in the bed SKU number did it incorrectly and it cant be changed. BAD BUSINESS RAYMOUR DISCOUNT CENTER!!!
After methodically researching every local and online furniture option, we settled on Raymour and Flanigan four our entire house. No one else compared with service, quality and options. Anthony in the sales office was awesome to deal with and we are now loyal customers for life.

They actually have nice furniture, some of it with no imperfections, and they are very helpful.
We have purchased multiple pieces from here. They always deliver but sometimes it takes a while. They will approach you about a quarter second after you cross the threshold of the front door. Its nice to be greeted but then they just kind of stand there and watch you. Either way, the experience here is normally pretty good and there are lots of items to test out for comfort.
