Prescription sent from doc on Saturday. Heard nothing for two days and could not reach pharmacy by phone. Finally contacted them Monday morning and was told prescription was ready. Meanwhile I found out there could be a serious reaction between my medications and was not informed. I canceled prescription. Very disappointed. Hadnt used pharmacy in a while, always good on the past.

Bad experience!Went to this store to purchase some gift cards this Thanksgiving. The ad says that when you buy one $50 gift card, you can get a $10 bonuscash. However, when I checked out, no cash back. The staff could not solve the problem . So I said if so, I dont want this gift card because the ad is wrong and misleading. She didnt let me return and ask me to come back later to see their manager. Then I returned to the store on Saturday hoping to solve this problem. The staff told me that the manage was not there again and asked me come back again! I asked since it is a wrong advertisement or system wrong problem, didnt your manager tell you how to deal with such problems, since other consumers may encounter similar problems. She said no and refuse to provide further service and acted as its all my fault. No explanation, no apology, even no smile for all the issue and inconvenience! So disappointed about the false promotion, misleading advertisement and unpleasant attitude. Dont want to purchase there again! Bad Thanksgiving shopping experience!

Made a purchase today and my total was $10.58, so I gave the cashier a twenty and a single. She didnt even look at the bills I gave her and just gave me 42 cents back. I told her I gave her a twenty not a ten and she said oh I thought you gave me a ten and a single. So the manager had to come over and count her drawer and her drawer was off. They refused to give me the $10 she owed me because she failed to count the money I gave her and just made an assumption, let alone even apologize for what happened.
