Had lip and eyebrows done. Had no problems good job HOWEVER.. while having my mask off to be waxed the girl kept talking and talking to me in my face. Although she had a mask on I did not because I was getting my lip and eyes waxed I did not appreciate her talking up close in my face. Not the first time. These girls need to not talk while up close to a customers face. And she was unvaccinated on top of that. ( I asked her). I truly recommend in this day of covid they donot talk in your face. I don’t need to discuss my days plans … Thank you

Jonal is the absolute best! She is super personable, professional and always calms my nerves when I’m going in for a Brazilian. I love her and wouldn’t trade her for anyone else! If it’s your first time going for one I would definitely use her, you will not be disappointed!

I heard my girl Nicole moved on to this new location and was so upset because I will no longer see her but also incredibly happy for her! That being said Nicole is the absolute best as what she does and makes you feel at ease! I will miss her so much and how our 15 minute talks would fly by while she did her thang. Nicole does not disappoint. The best girlie!

I have never been fan of waxing. But, I got my first Brazilian here. My close friend introduced me about this. Everyone is so friendly and nice. I drive an hour to come here. I only recommend ALEX here. She is amazing and she doesn’t make you uncomfortable. She keep the conversation going while waxing. And you won’t even realize how quickly it get done.

Clean and Fast ! Friendly Staff

I came to this location about a month ago. I was so excited to try it out since they have mostly positive reviews. My experience was an absolute DISASTER. The front desk ladies were eating and too busy on their phones to notice that I even walked in. It smelt like food which is absolutely DISGUSTING!!!! My first impression really turned me off to the whole experience, but I decided to get my eyebrows done anyway. The waxer removed basically my whole eyebrow and could tell I was upset. She offered to fill them in using the brow products they sell. I will never come back here, I am not sure if they changed management or something, but the reviews posted on here are not accurate.

This was my second visit. I had Alex and must say it went well. Ive never waxed before and now Im a fan. This time around was so much better than the first waxing, especially after being traumatized from the pain. Melissa was great during my first visit and yes ladies, it hurts 😖😖😖😭like the worst cramp you think you have had!!Nevertheless, the results are amazing and Ill keep going back😁

If I could I would sadly give this place zero stars. I picked this place cause it was super close to home and I’ve been looking forever for a great waxing place since I moved from Georgia. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Although the woman who did my waxing was super sweet and kind. I got a Brazilian, stomach and chin. Place is ridiculously over priced and she left most of the hair left on my stomach. Not only that but I’ve been getting waxed for over a year now and never had any issues until now. My entire face (cheeks and chin) have broken out and been itchy ever since I got waxed. I’m so annoyed and disgusted. I will not be back to this place. Also they advertise that your first wax with them is free when it’s really only 50% off.

The girls were great.. Very relaxing and explanatory. The young lady did an awesome job at comforting me. I paid for the Brazilian and underarm. The website says that the underarm was free for first time guests. The only real issue I had was a lot of hair was left in certain places of the Brazilian. The hair is more than long enough so idk how she missed it. But overall it was a great minimally painful experience.

Dropped in to see if they could do my eyebrows for a walk in. No one else waiting. Empty waiting room. She says “yes” then tells me I will be waiting for an hour. Sorry but that’s a hard “no”.

I have always had a great experience at the Masspequa but today was horrific! From the time I walked in something total me to leave and not listening to my gut I am extremely pissed off! Their is a Worker by the name of Zabrina that is a horrible and disgusting person. I went in for a Brazilian wax and I did not allow to finish because she was so rough that she even drew blood from my skin! Before leaving I asked for corporate number and the girl at the front desk lied and gave me a fake number! Thats it my lawyer will be contacting the company!

I would have put 0 stars but they make you put at least 1. Maybe it was just the girl who assisted me but I have to say I will never be going back there I didnt even want to tip her but figured id be a better person than she is. First off let me tell you how not only did this girl talk about how she has to deal with people that dont clean themselves and smell which I believe has to be breaking some form of confidentiality, she was so unprofessional acting stuck up and rude, making fun of the other woman who work there while using racist terms. I will never go back there, and that girl should NOT be working there. If you do decide to go make sure you dont get a woman whos name is alain or something like that she was horrible and besides all of that other stuff she didnt even do a good job. I guess some people dont realize that they are representing a company and act as they please.

Awesome experience, quick easy clean and inexpensive. they have trained or licensed aestheticians ALL AMERICAN ! Best eyebrows I ever had, beautifully shaped and they put a brow powder on it, got sooo many compliments on it.
