At this time of Covid where it is hard to find the car of your choice, Hosmer Honda searched for the car that we wanted. The first dealership we visited in Rochester, MN was not able to source this one out. Hosmer dealership is in Mason City, Iowa about an hour and a half away. They were able to get what we specified to them on time as we needed a reliable car to relocate from MN to Nevada in less than a month. Eddie Lundmark explained to us the details of the sale and kept us updated on the availability of the car. He was also ready with other options. We were able to negotiate with him and he did not put pressure on us to decide hastily. He worked with us and his manager to get past the obstacles to close the deal. We picked up the car on time as promised. We were able to get extended warranty for 3 years at a reduced price. It was worth the trip to Iowa. After the sale Eddie was still responding to our needs like getting the new license plates and how to get the title for registration here in Nevada.

Weve bought two cars from Hosmer Honda, spent a little over $75,000 with their dealership. This last experience was a complete disappointment. Brock told us Hosmer Honda would pay for the roof rails on our new Odyssey, but two weeks after wed picked up the vehicle, Brock called to ask how we were going to pay for them... Hell use the line, Im the most honest guy youll ever meet. when hes lying or trying to deny promising something they wont deliver. Seems ironic. After they finally agreed to pay for the roof rails, the nearly $400 plate credit Hosmer Honda owes has yet to be received, three weeks after the most honest guy youll ever meet said it would... Buyer beware.
