They cant get orders right. Tried all summer, same deal. Always missing ingredients or messing it up some way. Where is Petes or a local entraprenuer to give us good coffee?

People often ask why i buy overpriced coffee from STARBUCKS.. I believe the money for the coffee is WELL worth it!! This specific store and the employees are what have changed my perspective on Starbucks. I feel welcomed almost every time i walk in to get my coffee, efficient,friendly staff that remembers my name(even though i dont know all there names), and my coffee is ALWAYS MADE CORRECT!!! that is why i go to this location as often as i do!! my coffee made correct is PRICELESS! Thank you to all the employees for making always feel apart off this community!!!! I think it is worth noting that the owner(YES THE OWNER) of this establishment is also frequently working and always helping her staff, you dont see that much these days!1 BRAVO to you location and to your amazing STAFF you have made me a loyal customer!!!

I just want my drink made right one time... I try to order simple drinks bc I know how crazy some people can be at Starbucks but even the simplest order gets messed up. Theyre always really nice though so at least they have that over the target one.

2 times in a row my drink was made wrong. I wasn’t too mad until the third time I went and there was no topping for my oatmeal and a HAIR in the oatmeal. Disgusting and unsanitary. Will not be back.

Its a Starbucks. Not much to say. The food is decent as an on-the-go snack, but things are priced like youd expect. The mobile ordering option works well, and pickup is fast and easy.

I got my motorcycle inspection sticker easily. Just walked in. Im happy!

They are fairly busy and for good reason. Great team, very efficient. One thing I didnt know is you can order ahead of time and they will place your order on a shelf alphabetically based on the name you gave. Wish I had known this before standing in line in the shop itself. One way to reduce time spent in the shop.

This location should be converted to an online order only store. Waiting for ~20 minutes for a simple order placed in-store is excessiveIn addition, when the order says ‘light on ice’ it means light on ice, not stuff the cup with ice. If Starbucks is unable to implement that option, they shouldn’t allow it.Ultimately we had to leave the store with an incomplete order. Very disappointing !

Why is the mobile order turned off at this store all of the time. Maybe if they had a presence of a Manger they could take care of the customers that order mobile to get to work.

They are busy back there but do an amazing job. Kudos to the crew at this location, sometimes you may have to wait a little longer but they are courteous and they care about your order.

This Starbucks is usually pretty busy, but they have an awesome staff, and its the perfect spot to catch up with friends or get some work done

They are really fast and friendly. Been using the app to order ahead and it is awesome to pull-up, walk in, grab my coffee, and waltz out - all in about 45 seconds. Yes!

Love Starbucks but this one is sometimes very hard to find a parking spot especially in the summer months.

Visited August 15. The store inside and outside table area very dirty. Outside tables were not cleaned or sanitized. When I asked for something for me to wipe down my table I was told they were out of sanitation wipes. I was given a napkin with water. Prior to this week the same store was closed for 2 weeks. I’m a regular customer and will not go back until I see they are adhering to proper cleaning protocols.I

The hours said open until 7 Sunday but when we got there at 6:30 the doors were locked even though there were 2 employees still in the shop.

20 minutes for a 2 drink order placed in building is unacceptable. Far too much priority given to Mobile orders, most of those just sitting unclaimed on counters.#AmericaRunsOnDunkin

These people are awesome sauce! Every morning I order something on the app, its ready when I get there. They always make sure that everything is EXACTLY as I order it and I appreciate that.

Not the biggest fan of this location. After consistently being asked what I ordered, it shows me there isn’t much professionalism going on here. On top of that, some of the girls behind the counter are really catty and will say things to each other (under their breathe) right in front of a customer, especially if it’s about them. Nobody seems to take pride in their ability to serve a cup of coffee to a paying customer, and make sure they feel like they have a good day, and would want to come back again. 1 star is a reflection on how their customer service is. If you want to be criticized on between the staff as your ordering something here, then by all means be ready for that. Definitely will not be coming back to this unapproachable place anymore.

Lines were horrible. Use the App as they seem to fill those orders prior to filling the orders of people waiting in line. Coffee was burnt when I finally got it.lots of workers, just didnt seem like they were organized or had any rhyme or reason to how or when orders were filled. Several people behind me in line received their orders before I did. I gave two stars as the coffee has been good here in the past, but it always seems to take forever to get order taken and filled.

I ordered a Caramel cloud machiatto and it came with absolutely no foam and I didn’t realize until I got to my car as I was in a rush. I’ve tried calling over 15 times and no one answers!

This Starbucks is always clean, with friendly Baristas and prompt service. The lines can get long here, as at most Starbucks, but the interior is spacious which makes waiting for your order more pleasant. There are a few seats outside, as well as their standard chairs and couches inside. This location doesnt tend to have a slew of customers using it as an office, which is a nice bonus!

Always gets my order right and they call me by name. Very comfortable atmosphere. My home away from home.

Love this Starbucks! I go there every morning. Today someone cut me off in line, and went in the wrong way just to get in front of me!!! He bought a bunch of gift cards, which took a bit of time. The manager (blonde hair, red lipstick) well I’m assuming she’s the manager, told me my coffee and bagel was on the house for being so patient and going in line the right way haha! Wonderful service and my coffee is ALWAYS perfect.

Accidentally ordered a drink cold instead of hot, told the barista and he made the right one and gave me both! Absolutely awesome. Love this starbucks.

Great location and products. Most importantly, I drive from Falmouth for the friendly and professional team that gives great service. The Falmouth Starbucks should take tips from here. Drinks, food and service is always on point.

Past couple of times i’ve come in here have been horrible customer service and very slow. espresso machine is broken, we didn’t get your mobil order, we can’t handle more then 5 orders and start snapping at people. I don’t know if it’s the manager or the people that work here but this location has consistently become the worst i’ve been to. every time i try and run and and get coffee i regret it.

It is far nicer than the bourne or hyannis starbucks when it comes to space and comfort. The problem is they never seem to have the heat on during the winter. Every time I go I end up leaving my jacket on of trying to get a hot drink to keep me warm

Clean store, friendly staff, good service; what you would expect from a Starbucks.Only complaint is it is FREEZING! I patronize this location frequently and noticed that in the fall/winter months they are not a fan of turning the heat on.

$4 coffee. Not necessarily better than .99cent cumby coffee.
