The ladys can be rude. The prices are too high and inconsistent. Bought collars for half off on Saturday one month, the next month they refuse to do it and say they cant. They made me feel uncomfortable, its sad cause i love the cats.

I love thrift shopping, and anywhere that allows my Staffordshire Bull Terrier will always be my first choice. I have yet to have a negative experience in the 4 or 5 years Ive been shopping here. This is also a wonderful place to donate to.

Just had the most wonderful experience at this thrift store! In search of a particular item, we called ahead to inquire. Not only did they set aside the items (which were perfect), but they also stayed open late to accommodate us. Wide assortment of items, with a wide range of appropriate prices. The search through the shelves & bins is well worth the savvy bargain hunters time.

Staff is friendly and helpful.I love stopping in to see what is new in store.So organized.

I did find some cute things but they diffuse so much fragrance in the store I could hardly breathe. Its so strong it stings your eyes. What was worse though is that they keep caged animals in the store, all of which were panting and looked drugged. Essential oils are extremely potent medicines and animals are very sensitive to them, these animals were clearly in distress and unable to access fresh air. I understand they may have been there as a foster home but keeping them caged and smothered in essential oils is borderline animal abuse. If I go back and it is still like this I will call animal control.

Love people that rescue and care for animals! Prices are most reasonable, theres a very eclectic and varied selection, and you usually get to pet a sweet creature. I wish them continued success and I live to visit/shop there.

I love this place! If you like to shop at the thift stores, 4 Chics and a Cat, offers everything. Clothing for the whole family..yes even your family pets. Nothing ugly here. I find art supplies galore and for teachers you can really save here.Note: All items are donated to and profits go to animal shelters and/or all care of. All animal are welcome to come when you shop and they have several rescues and cats on site happy to meet us.

Amazing staff. years ago when they first open... they closed the store to help me find my dog that ran off after it had been hit by a car in front of there store. Without these ladies Im not sure I would have ever found my pup.

Awesome place!!!!! GREAT SYSTEM AND CAUSE!.....As a retail manager, merchandise is very high in boutique and makes you want to buy everything. I have to stay away from the store to keep from spending too much money.

Its laid out and organized well. I always feel like a lot of the stuff is overpriced for a thrift store... But its a better shopping exp than Goodwill and a good cause they support.

The ladies working here are very sweet and helpful. It is very well organized and reasonably priced.

This place has something for everyone at great prices. I am decorating my new house with treasures I found there, and getting nice values on winter clothes, too. I am usually there once a week.

This is the first time visiting the store and we will never go back! I sent my daughter to ask how much a purse was because had no tag on it!!! The lady asked my daughter “what did you do tare the tag off” my daughter is 15 years old a was disrespected after the worker said o here’s the tag inside! Did she even bother to apologize?? No and the prices are way way over priced for a thrift store ! Very rude people I want even recommended this place to anyone either !

Nice thrift shop.very typical wares but has a cool vibe.they have a couple of male cats looking for homes and super cute guinea pigs but i dont think they were for sale.some good deals some easy passes on the shelves.packed tight through the rear and sides so be ready to hunt if you are looking for unique items

I love this store. They have dollar items and other prices different. They are a charty and help animal shelters,humane society in tn. They have a super sweet,one eyed all white cat. Plus they have adoptable furbabies they find homes for. Wheelchair accessible,restroom, plenty of parking, easy to locate. Super nice and polite people working there. Plenty of different items to choose from and the money goes to a great cause. I am going back again and again.

4 chics and cat is absolutely lovely! The store is very neat and easy to maneuver through. The people there are very friendly and their cat is a sweetheart! I would definitely recommend to any one looking for a nice place to thrift :)

Not impressed with new management. Cashiers phone kept going off with a tacky childish ringtone let me out Im stuck in your pocket.

Unorganized and cluttered. You have to dig to look for stuff. Prices were a bit high for a thrift store. Might have some nice things but there were too many piles and then random signs in front of big piles of stuff that said employees only.

Easy to access, plenty of parking,* pets allowed*,, No vaping or smoking inside. Staff is very helpful. Large selection of everything. Restrooms clean and well stocked

Such nice ladies I had my dog in the car so I sent my daughter in to look around and they loaned us a collar and a leash so we all could come inside.cute stuff in there to we will be back

Be careful when shopping at this thrift store. When you go to the checkout to pay, make sure you dont get over charged. Today, the woman who rang up my items snuck extra charges onto my total. She didnt apologize when I called her out on it. She just shrugged and offered to re-ring the order. This will be my first and last shopping visit at this thrift store.PS, if youre allergic to cats, this store will really affect you because its a cat sanctuary, lol. But, Im not mad about my allergies, just disappointed to be overcharged.

I went into the store and was not greeted. Several employees talking with each other and not one person acknowledged my presence in the 30 minutes I browsed the store. Very dissapointed!

Great store but I cant breathe very well in it due to my allergic reaction to the machine they use for an air scent. I went in there yesterday and last week and had to leave quickly due to my reaction to the stronger than normal artificial scent they use. I have been in there previously several times, smelled it but it was tolerable, and not so strong as to make me sick. Previously I could move away from the smell and get some relief from its ill effect. The scent doesnt smell bad, just makes it so I cant breathe well. I love this store so much and wished I could still shop there. I spoke with the manager who said there was nothing she could do about the scent machine because everyone loved it and she had never had a complaint. The last two times I have been in the store I had to run out!!!! I couldnt breathe.

Good thrift shop, buy smells of cats. Allergies be wear. A large whit one eye cat will be around somewhere. Not bought a lot, but enjoy to look.

Gabbie is a joy to see when I come in. I have been there a few times for cat food help and they have some wonderful items for sale.Update, Im sorry to hear of Gabbies passing.

Wonderful non-profit thrift store. Huge with lots of selection. From clothes to furniture to tools. Plus, they welcome your furry friends, as long as they are on leash!
