This Shell gas station always takes advantage of me in one form or another. Today, the advertised price for a gallon of regular gasoline does not match the actual cost.I also have a Shell rewards card that should have given me $0.05 off per gallon, but the gasoline pump would not recognize my card.

Well theres only two ladies that will give you your total of gas reward off. If your owed points say from being a gold customer .5 off and a T-Mobile rewards of 10. off the owner nor his wife will let you have a complete total of .15 off your gas. They will only give you off the higher cent not a combination of the two which in my opinion is pretty crapy to make money off your customers will be finding me a new place to get my gas needless to sa .

They have just about everything you need at affordable prices. Sam keeps the Gold Peak Tea filled in the fountain drink machine. Its always clean. Also, the clerk, Heather, shes a real pleasure to talk to and really wonderful to just look at. Keep it up yall.

Dont expect the pumps to work properly. On four consecutive occasions, I had to go inside to pay and or to use fuel rewards. When this was brought to the owners attention, it was clear they were not going to be repaired. Buy elsewhere unless you want to walk inside twice and wait in line.

Very friendly staff. Always clean and tidy inside and out. If your a local and there is something you come in all the time for yet they dont stock it you can speak with the owner and he will do his best to order it and keep it in stock for you! One of our favorite convience stores in Maryville.

This used to be my go to gas station until last night. There were 3 workers inside- the lights were on AND the open sign was on- the doors were locked and the pump lights off. I tried calling the store while standing right outside- they looked at me standing there and picked up the handset on the cordless phone which was sitting on the counter and placed it in the cradle of the charging stand. Completely ignored me after seeing me and acted like I wasn’t even there. I went to the Kenjo down the street and got my gas and on my way home I had to pass the shell again- open sign and store lights still on and all there workers had left.My tank was on E and I’m lucky I even made it to the other gas station. I will not be going to this Shell for anything ever again and it’s the closest one to my house so I’m usually there quite a bit but not anymore.

I go here all of the time. They keep it well-stocked and clean. And the staff is always friendly- not just to me, but to everyone I see in there. They know a lot of customers by name.

Good place to buy gasoline

Most of the pumps are broken in some way. Either you cant get a receipt, the screen is too dim to read, or a bag over the nozzle.

Half the pumps dont work and it locked up when I swiped my card. The cashier said my pump was the third one today.

Quick friendly service

Had 2 stop here 4 gas and was in a crunch 4 time only 2 find the pay at the pump did not work so had 2 go in and wait in line, gas is also usually higher here
