Quick in and out.
Great location very busy. Would have to be tough to keep this location moving smoothly with so much traffic. Some way they get it done every time. Plenty of rooms at the pump and Nice staff!
24 hour store but it closes at a random time between 11 and 12 and then reopens after employee counts down cash for the day. The problem is it is closed for up to an hour and it rarely reopens at the time on the sign on the door. Employee is entirely too slow at this, none of the other gas stations I have been to take this long. Other gas stations have 2 employees until this is done. It is a total disrespect for the customer.
I go there many nights late to early morning and have had to wait 20 to 30 minutes at least 5 times in last 2 weeks because the 3rd shift cashier is always got be back in 10 minutes for bathroom break which I could understand but unless they have employees bathroom in back office behind counter he takes long breaks closing store with multiple customers either stuck waiting or just leaving. Wish Murphy gas across street would open 24 hours
Only bought fuel. Prices good. Plenty of pumps. Easy access even while pulling a 20 trailer
KenJo MarketsLocated in: MobilAddress: 2601 US-411, Maryville, TN 37801Hours: Open 24 hoursI stopped to get a drink November 19, 2018 at 11:15 P.M. There was a sign on the door WILL REOPEN AT 12:10. The web page says they are open 24 hours. You lost my business. I also saw three other people walk up to the door that was locked and you lost their business. This was only a matter of about two minutes If you turn away four customers away every two minutes that is 120 customers an hour. Does KenJo not care about their customers and their business?
Today, at 1 pm on Saturday, April 9, 2016, you get one star, even though I have used this store for years. Why, you ask? I came into the store for my sister as we were taking her home from a hospital visit. She was diagnosed with Crohns Disease when she was 17 years old, and now, at age 43, has had a tough go of it through the years. She asked me to go into the store and get her a Slushy because she was in pain, so I did. As I started to pay for it, the cashier gave me a look and I knew something was wrong. After she gave me the receipt, she promptly began telling me how she didnt like the fact that people bought such luxury items using a food stamp card because it was for food. Now, I would agree in some instances, but my sisters condition is one that has left her on disability, and she has a terrible time with food, so this slushy was essentially her lunch. I found it very unprofessional and, to be quite honest, rude, to assume that I was there to indulge myself on a slushy at the cost of taxpayers, when in fact it was my sisters food stamp card that was used. I dont remember the crusading cashiers name, but she was there today, April 9, 2016, at @1 pm, at store #26. Sadly, this just ran off 2 very loyal and regular customers in my wife and myself. Good day.
Just a headache when I try to purchase gas on my debit card and then find out that the pumps dont take debit.please change pump signs. so I and others dont have to stand there figuring out whats up.
