Nice, but very expensive. Friend bought me a cute ghost cat hand sanitizer holder an that was $12 and some change. Some scents I was interested in didnt have candles and others didnt have body spray. There was a light up candle holder, but it was $45.

It never fails everytime I go on their website it says they have different perfumes in stock so I will drive 30 MINUTES to buy them. But as soon as I get there they have NONE of the perfumes they said they had in stock. I’m not happy with the service at this store. I understand the workers are just doing their job but whoever is over the website you need to get it together because i’m sick of driving 30 MINUTES just for you to have NONE of the perfumes/lotions/body gels in stock.

Worst experience ever got security called on me cause I was spending to much time deciding what I wanted to buy they say if your not out in 30 mins they call security what a joke the manager Tammy is rude and calls security on everyone says the security gauss in mall and from what I hear the staff themselves are responsible for the high theft rate as the guards told us they buy in bulk after hours from employees go figure what a scam they have going if you want to feel like a criminal shop here at this location never had any problems at any other location they all need to be fired

Very disappointed. I have purchased a few hundred dollars worth of their items each year. Body sprays smell good however once applied that is the end of it. Ive bought several they have no scent after applied. This is the same for the candles, and plug ins Ive recently purchased, I can not even tell I have a candle burning. I can smell the plug in as long as I stand over top of it. Seems like the quality has gone way down over the last year or so. This has always been a favorite store, however I dont believe I will purchase again from here since it has been every single product Ive purchased. I could understand if it were just one item but it has been all items. This is very disappointing especially for the cost of these items and having the aggravation of returning them. Ive never had to return anything until this last year, and its been every product. It seems like this is starting to be an issue as ive seen other reviews stating the same issue.

Love their candles and body spray!!! The candles last a very long time, much longer than other candles of the same type. They have sales all the time as well! Their body sprays are long lasting and come in various wonderful scents.

Extremely helpful staff were keen on their products and instrumental in picking out certain scents for my significant other, all the while informing me of the deals and sales that might apply to my purchase. Being out of my element in there, it was nice to have readily available advice, and Ill be back to do my Christmas Shopping for sure!

Love the products, but the prices are more than I can afford. My favorites are their plug in air freshener and their 3 wick candles. The scent is good and noticeable in the home. Some candles burn and the middle doesnt smell like the top did. These smell the same great scent all the way through. That being said, theyre expensive.

This is a really NICE B&B store - they have certainly hired some energetic and helpful sales people. I never feel pressured to buy but help is always handy. I love shopping there for myself and especially gift time!

Always find something for my wife and they have the best products for women and great customer service.

Bath & Body Works was the hip place to get cream and still is a nice place.... So if youre in town go ahead and stop and get your hand cream.... However because of the online purchasing this company will end up shutting doors.... Especially this location this mall is on its last legs unfortunately because of low traffic.....

Candle sale! It should run for 2days that way the crowd isnt as bad. I love my Bath and Body stuff tho!

Everyone in this store is so nice and helpful. Ive never had a bad experience at any location but this particular store (Foothills Mall, Maryville TN) is my new favorite.
