Nice staff. But they charge .15 cents for a bag or you have to carry everything you buy now. Terrible customer service Sallys. We will just go where bags are supplied and the service is much better.

The Sallys beauty supply In Alcoa, TN obviously moved or has been shut down permanently. There is no Information anywhere to say what happened to it. Called Knoxville, TN store and the Manager didnt know what happened to it either! Not only could she not give me any info, she was trying to give me the same number I just dialed to get her! 🙄 Really Sally!? If you no longer want the business then you should not advertise on your phone that you have curbside delivery! If you do, no telling exactly WHERE THAT CURB IS! There is only one number the manager said so why was she trying to give me a number I just dialed and pressed option 3 to get her! # ToomuchStupid!

Wife Just went in and even though there is no mandate for the wearing of mask. she was asked To leave by a rude man who works there. She goes in the there a couple times a month no more.

This place is a joke!! Customer service is horrible!! You can’t get anyone to ever answer the phone and if they do they pick up and hang up. This place is full of lazy people that sit and do nothing!!

Just went there for a Hair emergency!!!!Had a henna accident and she didnt even bat an eyelash at my odd coloured head. She suggested One n Only colour fix....It worked like magic!!!!I LOVE SALLYS!!!

The manager here is not only rude and not know how to talk to people, she put her hands in my face as i was trying to get an exchange for a product that was unsatisfactory. she wanted to argue with me about why i did it wrong instead of just processing my request. Insulted my intelligence when said that any smart stylist would know how the products work. she made faces at me as i explained i am a hair stylist and already know how products work. I have shopped at sallys for over a decade and have never had a problem but i will now be going out of my way to drive to alcoa to get my supplies from now on. VERY disappointed. I have and do work in customer service and would never dream of treating a client the way i was treated. Will be emailing corporate as well.
