Mr. Jones is very nice and my car was repaired in less time than expected. Complicated repair cost less than Id expected and he is very nice and professional and knows his business. Will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

My car was in for a busted radiator, ....let me say I had pristine air condition in the car beforehand....his employee ended up blowing the top out of my condenser...(too much pressure I assume). His employee said mine had a hole in it, & he evacuated zero freon. All a bunch of lies. When the mechanic was confronted in front of me, he fessed up that there actually had been Freon pulled from the system.....as I said...I had ice cold air before going here, and had to spend an extra $100 to keep it. All because of shady work on the part of one of Mr. Jones mechanics. In the defense of the owner, he was unaware of what had happened and offered to make it right....I guess my biggest concern is how many times/and or people has this happened to. And I guess in your decision whether or not to use this garage is...WILL I BE NEXT?

Awesome mechanic. Great people hes not a shade tree mechanic so dont expect the prices to be that. If youve ever been inside he has a lot of money in tools to fix our vehicles right the first time.

Last week I got a call from my younger brother who live in Knoxville, TN. He said that his truck was broken down and he needed help. Since Im 1,000 miles away, at first it seemed difficult. I am a car dealer so I turned to NIADA for another members recommendation. Ron Waters over at Rons Auto Sales suggested I call Richard Jones, thats who I trust.Amy answered the phone right away and told me that her father, the lead mechanic/ owner, had been working on cars since he was a teen and was a very hard worker. I trusted her voice immediately. I had my brothers no start F-150 towed over to their shop last Thurs with hopes of it being squeezed in the following Monday. Amy called me that very afternoon with news that the truck had no oil, like dust on the dip stick kind of empty. I was furious with my brother who had driven it to the point that it wouldnt start. In most cases this would lock up the engine, but we got lucky. Friday morning I called Jones Garage to learn that the truck was jumping around and misfiring on 6 of the 8 cylinders. They had to close early for the weekend, but I called my brother to deliver the bad news that we likely needed an engine.On Tuesday morning, Amy called me. She was excited, I could feel the energy through the phone. She admitted they had a new tech looking at the car and once her father saw it, he determined that only a mass air flow sensor was out. We owed $69 for some maintenance they did, and we could pick up the truck!WOW!!! How amazing! Im 1,000 miles away and these people could have been dishonest and told us we did need an engine. Im so thankful to have crossed their path. My brother will keep going there and I will send anyone in TN their way. Thank you Amy and Richard!!

Three years ago they was supos to put a heating thermostat in they only cleaned the radiator out bad deal

An elderly friend took her vehicle to him and he charged her $500 to fix her brakes. 3 weeks later her brakes went out again and he charges her nearly $400, said the master cylinder was bad. Now a week later she has a busted brake line that he says wasnt covered in the first 2 repairs so shell have to pay even more money. CAN WE SAY CROOKED THIEF!!!! I told my friend that we would send a report to Don Dare and Then report him for taking advantage of a disabled elderly person
