I am getting back on my feet and its been a struggle. My 1st goal was to get a car. Mike at 411 worked with me and held the car I wanted till I could get the down payment. I was able to get my car and I love it. They are so nice, polite and professional.

Well, when I rated this company I was emotional and I came back to change the rating. Really, that is what my intentions were this morning. I did not think it was fair to this company or the customer service that I received. I have given myself a few days and thought to myself that the rating was in poor taste. Really this company is pretty good and the car was awesome even though it did need some work which I did not mind paying for.But seeing that they blasted me for my “poor taste” rating in which I was more then willing to change this morning and aired my business in the public; I will take more time and pray on it. Mind you, I will not go down the path of pettiness and I will never speak poorly of others. I had a guilty heart and wanted to do right by this company by changing my rating. Now I am not sure.

It’s been hard finding an honest mechanic but then I found these guys. They are honest and will work with you. They have done great work to two vehicles of mine. They did the repairs i asked them to without trying to fix things that weren’t broke. The atmosphere is is uplifting and never miserable. These gentlemen will take care of you and walk you through what they are doing to your vehicle before you give them the go ahead. I highly recommend them if you need maintenance.

Mike, the owner and his staff were very helpful and I found a car I really liked and wanted to buy. However, I was unable to as of yet and I am not sure if the car is still there. I am certain that when I have my money right he will do what he can to meet my needs.

I had some issues with it, but Mike went way beyond anything he had to do to make it right. They really took great care of me and I will definitely buy another truck from them.

I bought a 2008 F450 from Mike and his team in July 2018. The truck had some issues that I wanted resolved before purchase (i.e., worn tires, non-working clearance lights, worn drivers seat). Mike worked with me to get what I wanted for tires and did not ask for the difference when the tires turned out to be more expensive than he quoted. He stuck to his end of the deal and the truck has been as advertised. We did agree to split the overage on the tires, but he never asked me to do it.The truck has a 6.4 Powerstroke that was rebuilt by the staff at 411 Trucks. I got in this truck from a 97 F350 with a 7.3. The 08 F450 has been used to pull hard since the day I got it, it hauled the F350 home, and it has performed as expected. I have not once wished that I was driving the F350 again.A year later, the radiator failed on the truck, a common issue on 08-10 Super Duty trucks. I knew it was a potential when I bought the truck. I contacted Mike and he had the parts in stock. I requested the expansion tank be updated to the latest Ford spec, as well. Mike found the parts and got them ordered. While the truck was in, I asked that an oil leak be investigated. A crack in the oil pan was located. I appreciated their presentation of options to correct the problem, rather than just telling me the most expensive repair was required. I like the common sense approach to vehicle repair, which I believe to be sorely lacking in the industry.I could have done the repairs myself, as I had done with repairs/maintenance on the F350. My choice to use 411 Trucks for the repair was not because I had to do so. I have managed repairs for a commercial fleet of vehicles, so Ive worked with many shops across the Eastern US. 411 Trucks is an hour away from my home, so not particularly convenient; yet I choose to use them for the great work and communication.

We purchased our Ford F250 from them. Great communication and really customer focused. Highly recommend.
