Exceptional service! Needed a rather large fence installed (600 feet) and it was finished within 3 days. The crews worked from early morning and into the night on one of the days. We are a Roofing contractor and ordered a $5k package of cedar fencing. Materials are nice, and decently priced.We gave specific instructions to put fencing off the driveway in the grass on the right side of the house; we are out of town for 2 weeks and trusted them.Turns out they put the materials right in the driveway and the didnt strap the fence slats well enough so the strap broke and the pickets are all over the place...We are not happy and called to have them come back out and move the materials off the driveway like we asked and replace any damaged slats.The front desk lady was giving my wife such a hard time, not seeing that it was their mistake, and refused to remedy the issue. She wouldnt let us talk to management and even blamed us for the problem. Told us to move the materials... it is terrible how unprofessional she is!We just want the materials on the grass so we can park our trailers in our driveway. We are doing the fence ourselves so there is no one else to move it ..We now have to rent a unit for our trailers until we do the fence.Premier, please come move the materials 5ft to the right and off the driveway like we asked and this will be fixed.

As a fellow small business owner I am appalled at the customer service I received after purchasing $5,000 worth of material from premier fence. In our experience with distributors, any mistake made is quickly and happily fixed. My first call with brier to place the order for the material was great. I explained we would like the material delivered in the back on the right side of the house. Instead, it was sloppily delivered in our driveway where we need to park 2 trailers and both of our large vehicles. There is no street parking allowed in our hoa. When I recieved the photo of where they delivered the material from our neighbor, I was very upset and called and sternly expressed our problem, but kindly thanked brier for her help. We did not receive a call back from them. I asked for them to come fix the issue and refund the delivery fee. 2 days later now I had to call them, and I kindly and cheerfully asked to speak with the manager to sort out what had happened. She immediately cut me off and would not let me speak, only to tell me that they wont be doing anything to fix their mistake. The manager then proceeded to speak angrily and unprofessionally towards me. I told her I personally told brier where we would like the material delivered and that although their notes say differently, clearly there is human error there and that is okay, kindly jusr come move the material off my driveway and I dont even care about the refund on the delivery charge. According to the manager it was still my fault and they would not be fixing their mistake, all in an angry and condescending tone. She would not allow me or my husband who called very calmly to speak to the owner, because as business owners we could just not imagine wanting your customers treated this way and business run as so. Again, we own a contracting company and deal with material deliveries often, and this is not the standard. I hope the owner reads this and will give us a call to smooth things out. See photos of the materials fallen over in our driveway.

I did not use premier fence because the Lady I spoke to was rude and they wanted me to measure my own property before coming out to give me an estimate. So I found Brandon at Rock Solid Fence and I would recommend him way over premier fencing

Poor communication and no gates, no refund. Ill take my business elsewhere.Here is my edit, this company called me due to my review and threatened me, do you really want to have anything to do with a company who thinks they are a bully and uses threats to get good reviews from customers? Watch out for these loons!And i have no idea why they seem to believe that some wood box has trash from my truck tossed in there. Im sure it feels better to believe this but I dont care, this company calling and threatening me was enough to keep me out of their yard. Its hard enough to shop in a dump like theirs, let alone find a flat tire on trailer as they load 7,000lbs of concrete into it. It only took them 2.8 hours to offer any help with air, according to their time. And just like that I was out of there with a bad tire, so dont act like you were doing anybody but yourself a favor. And keep making up stories, you told me 7 days before i placed my order and only told me 7-10 days after I placed the order. All i did was call and inquire if they were ready, and was told no, tomorrow, so i called 2 days later and still nothing, so simply asked if i can come get what you had put together so i could go run all over town to get some tension bands from right down the road at home depot.

I highly recommend these guys they are very professional and they are a good group of people..i go there almost everyday and get materials they are very nice and helpful...

Didnt have chain link or 8 fence boards

I received prompt service at a reasonable price. 4 yrs later fence is still looking good. Had it Prestained and it is still hanging in there too! Have your fencing done in the off season better deals and they have more time.

We needed a fence badly, the crew arrived in a few days, that was on a Monday by Thursday they were done with approximately 300 hundred feet of fence and two gates.The crews were courteous, punctual, and tidy. I highly recommend Premier Fence.

Big thank you to Premier Fence Inc. for helping us with our fencing project at the Everett Animal Shelter.We now have a very nice off leash area for the dogs to have some outside run around time. Very satisfied with the installation and the crew that came and did the work.

After someone knocked over 24 feet of our existing fence due to inclement weather I called premier to have them come replace it. Having 2 large dogs it was imperative to have it fixed quickly and look the same as the existing fence. Premier was very helpful in coming out that day to assess the damage and gave us a quote the following day. The crew completed the job this afternoon and it looks GREAT. Thanks guys for an outstanding job.

Primer fence had been a solid fence building company with unique designs and a friendly staff. My first experience was very good, I put in 300 feet of intricate fence and 4 years later it’s still in good shape. Recently I had some more work done to this fence and added a gate. For whatever reason this project was riddled with problems. Crooked, uneven and broken boards, uneven posts, uneven gate, boards that were not nailed. I had ask them three times to take a look at these issue and no one resolved the issue instead telling me “that’s just how it was”. I was speechless. I paid $7,500 for this gate so far and that’s all they had to say to me. They seem to not be interested in making their customer’s satisfied or finishing quality work anymore. I have paid my last payment but am regretting ever having them do this project. I would not recommend this company anymore and have taken off all signage by this company. I respect the difficulty of running a Buisness, I run two of them myself. This is not the way to treat your customers. And this is why I’m writing this review.

So, here goes. I just called the company and spoke with an employee named, Ben. I explained what I needed as far as fencing and asked if someone could come out to provide an estimate. Ben says, and I quote, what kind of parts do you need? I said, parts, I have no idea thats why I called a fencing company! Ben then proceeds to say, well, I need a parts list or a drawing of the project. I then said, dont you have someone who comes out to provide estimates for jobs? Ben says, no, I need either a drawing, of which you can email me, or I need a parts lists. I then said, thanks, good-bye! Hmmm, maybe this fencing company is in the wrong line of business or maybe they just need to be a parts supplier for fencing needs! Makes one wonder just how involved the ownership is within the company. In my opinion, DO NOT waste your time, like I did, inquiring about business with a company that cannot provide the basic foundation of quality customer service. Just for the record, I gave them a business opportunity even after reviewing ALL of their reviews. Also, I noticed that for each negative review that was received the company was quick to attack the review. I anxiously await a response to my negative review with hopes that I am not disappointed with this company yet again! Id be happy to speak with the ownership to discuss my experience should they want to know how a/this customer feels about their experience, you have my contact info! Thank you.

We used Premier Fence 4 years ago to fence our 2 acres for our dachshunds so they could run free and not get out. They were easy to work with and we love our fence! They did an awesome job and we recommend doing them to anyone needing a fence!

If youre considering a new fence, or replacing an old one, I couldnt recommend the team at Premier Fence more highly. I needed a few hundred feet of old fence replaced, and wanted to add a couple hundred more feet along my property line. Premier Fence came highly recommended and had great reviews. I had a deadline for the project as my son was getting married and we had a lot of family coming to town. Due to poor planning on my part, I hadnt allowed enough lead time to get the job scheduled in time. However, once Dixie heard my dilemma and communicated it to Dave Russell (owner) and the Premier Fence team, they bent over backwards to make it happen and we had a beautiful new (HIGH QUALITY) fence that complimented all our hard (landscaping) work just in time for all our family festivities!! Their entire crew was professional, courteous, very helpful, and respectful. Great service, great price, & a great fence. I got exactly what I was hoping to get at the price that I was wanting to spend. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They showed up when they said they would, worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, did a great job and I am extremely pleased. I would recommend them in a heart beat to anyone who is looking for a new fence.

I called to have repair work done. I had to make an appointment for an estimate….two weeks out. I stayed home that day and no one showed up or called. The next day I politely called them and asked if I had made a mistake on the date. The receptionist seemed irritated because they were busy. She checked and informed me that no, I was correct but he must have forgotten or been too busy to come by. There was no offer to clarify, or even rectify the situation. I was made to feel that it was my fault for them being too busy to be responsible. I had to request that she research and let me know when they could come by. I have not heard a word. I would never use this company. NEVER.

Premier was easy to work with. Any time I had a question all I had to do was ask. No extra phone calls, no redirection.They stuck to the time frame and built a fence that exceeded expectations. Good communication, excellent product, great price. I would use them again.

Father and Son (Dave and Ben) are both hardworking guys that make sure they get the job done right. Installed fencing and a driveway gate and no problems with either. I would highly recommend them.

My 6 year old granddaughter can spell better than you.At the very least, PLEASE use your spell check?Reading your review was like listening to story time in Appalachia.......It made my eyes hurt. After just reading the last response to the latest review I can only say wow!!!! For starters lets just say one would think you should know how to properly provide a quote for any customer that calls your company its honestly quite amazing you have work at all with the business tactics you just gave in Your review. You should not be expecting a home owner to have part of your work done for you and ready to just fax over. Lol your supposed to send out someone to the customers house to show them what options of finish fence you provide the cost per foot then your supposed to walk over the potential job site and measure out the footage while doing so just by doing this you have now give the customer an educated estimate of what it will cost to have the work done while putting together that little fax you expect the customer to have ready for you. Lol like they are going to know what you charge per foot or if there may or may not be extra expenses due to something on the job site. I honestly didnt know there was another way of giving a proper estimate but I guess you could just ask someone without experience or the knowledge in what is supposed to be your area of expertise to draft up a job plan materials list and over all layout because that should work great.

Be warned! This company is terrible!!! They charge astronomical amounts for their fences and after less than three years our fence blew over in the wind. When I called to have them honor their five year warranty and fix our fence they told me the fence falling over was my fault and that I would have to pay to fix it! Their owner made me feel like an idiot and told me it was common sense to make sure all the concrete around the posts were left sticking up around our yard and that any dirt touching the posts would void the warranty even though they failed to mention this when they were burying our posts under dirt in the first place! If you want to WAY overpay for a fence and be treated horribly and see what a sleazy company really looks like than by all means, have them install a fence for you!

Hiring this company was the worst decision I ever made. My advice to you, if you choose to hire them: Hire an attorney at the same time. Boy do I wish I had!Hiring one now. Hope its in time. Pray for me! (I dont want to lose the home I have for my baby girl, named after my late brother who helped us fix up the home. I painted her walls with clouds and sheep and Sweet Dreams Josephine. Im afraid Premier Fence will cost us our home and put my family on the street, because we were fool enough to do business with them.)

DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY, they do not give their workers breaks or lunch theh violatw tons of labor laws and get away with it, i worked for this company for a week and quit cuase of how i was treated and how other employees were treatedand got treated with so much distespect they expected someone with no experience to get the job done perfect no training whats so ever the settinf crews sup is terrible, theu expect their workers to work 10 to 12 hours a day wpith no break? Complete bullshut, at one case a worker put is two weeks in and let the iwners know,he clocked in that day RIGHT INFRONT OF BOTH OWNERS and 2 hours tell our day was over told the worker he was nit getting paid, and that WASNT THE FIRST TIME, they work their workers to death and take a half hour out of everyday for lunch that they DONT GIVE, on another instance i was told i cannot use the restroom tell after work, so they rxpect their workers mot to take a piss for atleast 10 hours? Worst company, with tge worst suppervisirs i have ever seen, so if u support slave labor, mistreated employees, and breaking labor laws do buisness with that company

Forgot many of the products ordered and didn’t bother to check in after delivery after prompted to let us know once drop off was completed. Rude behavior seemed in a hurry and was unpleasant as if he was not being paid for his work but was being punished. Immature service and wouldn’t reccomend.

Worst service ever. Manager and cashier lady lied to me. Manager was screaming at me. I got my 4by4by8 in my hand to load in my car but he came in and grabbed one that was twisted and bad and loaded in my car and ignored me saying we do not let people pick our product with high level of voice and anger on his face. The reason i went there is because my friends recommended them to me saying that they let people go and pick their product. So i went there and manager and angry cashier lady said that for 30 years they did not let to pick quality product to anyone. What a layers. They had cheaper boards then other places but there is so much cracked and twisted board so if you buy in Lowes it will be cheaper then their place because you have to throw minimum 30% of the board. DO NOT SUGGEST THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

Set up an appointment more than 3 weeks in advance for an onsite estimate on a commercial property. No show. Called and they acted like theyd never heard of me. Incompetent.

This company does not warranty anything even though they claim they do. Fence fell into wetlands and they wanted me to pay for brand new fence. It was supposedly still under warranty and they said they cover nothing. Why would I do a brand new fence with them?
