This place is huge and filled with tons of second hand goodies! Take an hour or two and browse around. I was happy with the large variety of products. I found a handful of great tops to purchase and a good bit of things I considered but talked myself out of buying. Staff was friendly and the store was clean and had a good flow/organization. Ill return for more good deals.
Hope that your clothes fit since the changing rooms have been closed for over a year. When asked an employee on when these changing rooms might reopen, they replied with the answer that they will never reopen again. It would be refreshing at some point in the coming years that this might at least be an option for people. Sometimes clothes just dont fit. And, the return policy is such that they wont refund your money but only give you in store credit (within two weeks max time) which is okay if you are able to find a replacement. But what if you cant? Then your money just gets donated to the Value Village organization.
Great place to find used products that you can still get use out of. Staff are nice and they are helpful. The prices have gone up for some reason within the last year or so. Really good finds at Value Village. I did find one item there that was a little unsettling. It was a set of used brake pads. They were marked at 9.99. Good price, but last time I checked you can not rescue old brake pads. Especially when there is not pad left. I do not know maybe you can use them for other things.
If October 16th is the last day to return/exchange Halloween attire, they need to tell customers that. I would have made sure to get in before the deadline but there is zero warning. Won’t make any purchases here again in fear of getting stuck unable to return or exchange since they are sneaky and don’t tell you the last return day.
Its always nice to stop by here when were in town. I always find some kind of gem. We will be back again, you can count on it. . . . . . . . . ;-}
Where else can you get a 3 piece suit for $15
Good selection but their pricing is ridiculous. $8 for a plain t shirt at a thrift store is insanity. Its also no longer benenficial to go shopping here as theyve said theyre never reopening their dressing rooms. In addition, they refuse to change their return policy which states you have 2 weeks to exchange clothes if it doesnt work and you cant get store credit or your money back. Its not worth it to shop here anymore.
Good selection, cool random finds, speedy cashiers. Totally worth driving up here! I never leave empty handed, love this place!
Big store! A lot of great things. Got a pair of shoes for $5.
Great store for second hand clothes and household items. Been there several times in past month and always walk out with something. Never furniture though. Customer service friendly, helpful and interested in customer.
Value village is a very clean and organized thrift store. Clean restroom. Very organized return area. The return staff helpful and always asks if you want coupon for donating and gives info on tax return.
I find some pretty sweet t shirts here I always look at all of them when I go here never know what you find
Best thrift store in town. Seriously. I dont even go to the other ones anymore. This is THE SPOT.
Too expensive. I did get a discount due to my age. That helps. The young lady checking me out was very friendly & sweet.
Always has something I need for work. I do a lot of different stuff and my clothes routinely get ruined. Just picked up 3 pairs of shorts for $16. All looked pretty new with no damage on them.
The have a great selection. The staff could be slightly friendlier. But its not a bad place to shop
This store was willing to help me in the closing moment, and was still helping when the store was technically closed. I was not the only one either, they were helping at least two others similarly. Very impressive help and great prices... Whats not to love?
Always a fun place to visit and I can always find something I cannot live without.
I used to work here from 2012-2014. Oh how times have changed. I will say, the one thing that makes this location incredible is the staff! There are still supervisors working from when I worked. The cashiers and sales floor people that I’ve ever dealt with are friendly and helpful. They really add to the experience. As an avid thrifter myself though, the prices in my opinion have greatly gone up. And as a thrift store trying to resell someone’s previously worn target brand shirt that you want to buy, sometimes the numbers don’t add up which is why I gave 4 stars. But you can find a lot of awesome treasures here. And not just clothing, but their book and home decor department always has awesome finds. They do a great job keeping their store super clean and they have a donation center to take most things you don’t want.
I found exactly what I was looking for at a great price. I needed jeans very large selection. Employees are very helpful and friendly.
It would be nice if the donation center had some experience unloaders
Overall a great place for bargains and unique finds. Some things are overpriced, but more bargains than not! Staff is friendly and helpful.
Love this location. Always clean and well cared for the chain has truly stepped up sanitization and social distancing procedures with the continued evolution of this pandemic. I feel perfectly safe regularly shopping here and enjoy the wonderful things I find!
I am happy that value village has not been taken out like alot of business have over this covid time but I dont like the fact that they are charging way to much for used items that needs to change
Was great found what I was looking for.. always find good quality stuff ... Ty
It was clean and not crowded at the time of my visit there. I got some good deals but only because I bought mainly items that were mostly 50% off. I miss the days of the old school thrift store where it was always an adventure in finding great stuff for as close to free as possible. And almost nothing was.w
Always fabulous finds, quick checkout and cleaned carts.
They refuse a 2 year old couch in good condition, but took my blanket that was 20 some years old in rough shape.
Who DOESNT love thrifting? 4 stars cuz ya cant use the changing rooms currently so the trying on at home and returning is getting a little old. Generally good mannered staff who treat you ok 😀
Huge variety of items everyday! Very organized and staff is friendly and patient. The only downfall is the items in the case, 2 days in a row I was there and nobody was at the case or could help me.
Great place to shop always come home with something fun. Also dropping off donations is very convenient.
This place is a scam they take stuff that they get for FREE and mark up the price i understand you have a business to run but REALLY you can pay the bills for even half the price because you get a pure profit and you dont pay youre workers that much.
They didnt have exactly what I wanted but I sure found a lot of other items to purchase at very reasonable prices
Not bad for one of the 2 main thrift stores. Fair selection and prices are better than the goodwill down the road.
The overpricing on many items is out of control. Record prices are ridiculous; might as well go to the record store. I recommend Vortex in Kirkland. A ways down the road but worth the drive.
Really like there quality of clothing they have.and seems like a lot of it it band new.
Waste money for buy some rubbishes. Bought a electric kettle which is not working. Bring it back at the same day. They said no return or exchange. Also said I have to inspect it before I buy it. How to inspect it without water?
Nice opportunity to get items at a discounted price. Friendly and helpful staff.
Need to keep up on making sure the disinfectant machines they have for customers to use on their hand are actually full - AND make sure the soap dispenser has soap in it as well. Wasnt impressed
Wow! I scored some of my favorite Levis an really nice shirts that I just cant get anymore online or at the stores anymore. Cant use there dressing room at this time in life and had to take them home to try them on an return for instore credit towards more stuff there. Thats a hassle but 3 out of 4 pairs of jeans were perfect. Same with my shirts. Going back today with a bunch of clothes I dont want. When you drop off your old stuff, they give out a 20% off coupon on more stuff. 1pair of Levis brand new at any retail store, cost over $30....I got 4 jeans an 4 cool shirts for that. Its a treasure hunt and its fun when you score.
Good store but they seem to take any thing fit donations most the furniture is stained or something missing .
Have a lot of really great stuff and good prices
Clean. Over priced. Nice employees. I gave the good score for an open and VERY CLEAN bathroom. Thank you for providing a clean and open bathroom.
I love going here. I almost never leave without buying something.
Always find a bargain when I go there.
Its a good place to find a diamond in the rough. 😉
Man, I forgot to take some photos to add to my review, I wanna make a beautiful post to match their love
Theyre asking to much for their used items if you ask me. Looking at tops and dresses, you really have to watch for stains and dingie pits, that theyre also charging 12 to 20 dollars for. Theyre 12 to 20 dollars new at TJ Maxx. Also, they have commercials that blast overhead that tell you, that when you donate to Value Villiage youre not donating directly to a non-profit organization.
Always great finds here very clean location friendly employees lots of Hidden Treasures to be found here and kid-friendly see you there
I just love this location. It is always clean, the staff are always super friendly and helpful and their prices really are decent for most items, unlike the Goodwill (sorry Goodwill, I still love you!). This location has some seriously cool and unique items, too. All clean and organized. I scored a like-new dress for $3.99 and The Land Before Time original poster for $7 and I left with nothing but happiness.
Fun store to find bargains.
Better than goodwill because on certain days they have 50% off as opposed to goodwills 30%!!
Some prices are a bit high for being second hand but all in all ok. I was impressed how clean they are keeping the place because of covid. They have a employee not only wiping down the carts but someone also wiping down the shelves! The cashier that checked me out was very friendly and helpful. I will be back!!! If you go there remember to wear your mask!
Opens at 11:00? Large store with good variety.
Value Village is Value Village One trip will addict you positively!
Ive always been able to find what I need here. Great prices, awesome selection of womens and toddler clothing. I enjoy going through the household items to complete my home decor projects. Ive always been met with friendly faces and cashiers have always been in great moods and helpful. I thoroughly enjoy shopping at this Value Village.. looking forward to finally going back to shop after this pandemic!
The store is big and you will spend hours looking for what you need! And staff is very nice and helpful
The clothes are in good condition, however, they are extremely overpriced...
Love this place! The prices are a steal. They have really good pieces almost new. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Marysville State street was our first Value Village store - still a favorite destination with great selection of womens and mens clothing, furniture, books and home items. Has a senior discount as well as periodic special sales events. Marysville location has very efficient drop off service for donations, easy parking and excellent selection. It also gets higher turnover with frequent new items - especially clothing, household goods and furniture.
Great place to buy summer shorts and work wear for cheap.
Very clean nice place to shop
This is by far one of my favorite second hand stores I frequent there weekly at least
Love thrift storing here. There is always something to be found.
Used to love this place but the prices keep going up and they keep shrinking the mens section.
Fast friendly service
Good place to spend money get good stuff
As second hand stores go. Value Village is an ok store to shop for second hand merchandise.
Nice service, I enjoy what I bought.
I could spend hours and hours looking at everything! Donating is fun too!
I enjoy browsing but the prices are too high when everything is donated and free for the store. That 100% profit.
The staff here are all SUPER friendly! The attention to covid 19 safety measures is great, way better then many stores i have been in.
They were very clean, enough product to have choices, yet it felt like they made real effort to keep it sanitary. Masks and cleaner at door. I enjoyed my shopping. Only downside, buying bags. I brought my own, but needed more.
Why sell me 4 bed rails when I only (the bed) only needs 2? Rare person youll find that needs rails for two beds or wants to buy extras just for in case. But a the bundle must be adhered to. Dopey!
Wonderful customer service, very clean and lots of fun clothes
This particular store has a large selection and the store is clean. For a second hand store some of the prices are a bit over what I find to be reasonable in a donation based thrift shop.
Love this place. Clean store and friendly staff.
I have donated hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of items to this store. I brought my son here a little over two weeks ago to get pants. Due to COVID we where not allowed to try anything on. We bought one pair of pants and they did not fit. Today I went to return the pants and they told me I could exchange them for something else, they would not return my $12. So just so everyone knows.. Very disappointed, I will no longer bring my donations here.
Excellent store! Great selection.
Treats paying customers like trash. Especially the ones that ONE of their manipulative employees (with proof of the employee being in the wrong) just doesnt like or had a bad relationship with. Even though that employee is in the wrong. The same employee that had threatened to call the higher ups on the very managers she is giving her sob story too. Dont do your business here. Go to another value village
We found 2 pairs of jeans, 2 pairs of booties, a leather jacket and new socks. Where else can you find all that for $40? Seriously!
Open to the public. I like going here better than the Goodwill store.
There was a good system during these Covid times . A lady cleaning carts and giving them as people walk in . Everything organized, although some stuff is a little overpriced I was happy with my finds.
Super disappointed that they took away their fitting rooms.
Good selection of ever thing you are looking for...
This is a good thrift store they are doing a great job with covid guidelinesLots of good stuff
Value village has great costamer service! They have a lot of thing you could need (especially clothing)! If you come heer with something you need in a specific size, its very likely that you wont find it. But even if its not the right size, you can make it work! Just a heads up, everything here is used. Its a second hang store. Some things in this store are unopened because they were the wrong size for the last person, or they didnt work. Its a great place to go if you are feeling like you just want to go shopping and find a new thing for your home.
Prices are still going up, and the selection is worse than ever. And the good stuff usually gets stolen before anyone can buy it.This time I was there, an inebriated fella with no mask kept pushing in front of me grabbing anything I tried to look at and kept physically blocking my way from picking up items I wanted to buy. He piled his cart until it collapsed then freaked out when he ran out of space. I walked away and stayed away.I felt unsafe, as if some of the other customers would stab me for trying to buy merchandise that the store offered. It used to be a great place to find something cool every so often. Now if you find something cool, you have to make sure nobodys guarding it before you express interest in it.You can sometimes get basic clothes here for an ok price. I got a cheap belt for about $5. It was alright.
Expensive and I hate their current exchange policy.
Nice stuff, good prices. Always a hit or miss if youll find anything cool 👌
The employees dont tell you which tags are on sale and the last time I was there I didnt see a sign anywhere saying which ones were.
Love this place and staff is great
Lots of great products
I enjoy Marysville Value village
Always a clam environment and helpful employees, very clean and mask required
Give it to them it is very nice an clean, good customer service. I only feel like they want to charge full price for most of the things.
Lots of friendly staff. Excellent selection.
It was nice there. People are friendly. Their prices seem a little high on some things..
I loved it and its very clean
