They were out of things that we needed. Their response was that this store is smaller than the town over. Personally I dont care. It is their job to not be completely out of things. Also, I was looking for a specific theme party and they didnt have it at all. Their Disney section seemed limited to me. Only 3 of those that I saw. Get your balloons at the dollar store if you want them filled with helium too. The regular latex balloons are $1.29 or so to fill. The dollar store does that for free when you get a balloon. Or in my area, Bartels does it for 79 cents a latex balloon. I would suggest calling around. I just dont feel like Party City was there for me when I needed them. If you specialize in something, you should be stocked and carry things you cant find at other stores. So for me, Amazon is where I will be shopping from now on.

The cashier was super friendly, and seemed genuinely excited about the event I was getting decorations for. It was a little bare in the front but they are switching seasons so understandable.

I love this store and so does my toddler. Sometimes we just go in to look at stuff. We have a blast. A little pricey for certain things. I noticed at least a $2.00 difference from grocery stores and gas stations for the candy.9 out of it 10 would go again.The service was good. She was polite and respectful.

Make sure someone explains to you the multi level of their helium for balloons cause we werent smart enough to realize till it was too late. Thanks for wasting my money. I could have saved myself 10 bucks to air blow them myself cause thats how useless they are.

The store itself and the employees were very helpful and nice. But my Dons costume that I paid almost 40 dollars for didnt even make it for trick or treating. His costume was the scream guy and his sleeve came unraveled which I had to sew back on and on top of it his mask with fake blood inside started leaking right by his eye. Not only was it dangerous but it fell apart before we even left the house. If Im paying money for a costume that is only worn once it better last....

They still had variety of costumes but pretty lite on all accessories.

I got lost in the birthday card section looking for a special occasion, my 1st granddaughter is celebrating her 1st birthday tomorrow at alfys pizza on Broadway in Everett,WA. Darlene approached me to see if she could help me as the store was closing soon. What a very special Lady. She listened to my story for a good 10 minutes. She even gave me a hug. I ordered balloons online. The inventory said they had them in stock. Went to pick up they didnt have any information and no balloons. The manager acted like I was disturbing her. The employee just kind of stood there. They .did give me a different color . Over all a poor experience. If you dont have it, your inventory should reflect this. I wouldnt have wasted an hour of my time

Caleb and Steven(Stephen) were exceptional. Their knowledge of the store and where I could find the items I was looking for is what you expect at Party City. Although a little pricier for items they make up for this with product availability ease of ordering and with the great friendly type of customer service I was so glad to receive. I have had hard times with younger staff. I wasnt made to feel stupid or feel like I was interrupting their time when I asled about a price on an electronic spider. 79.99 which I thought was about right. I love Party City and if it wasnt mentioned Emily about three weeks ago was just. As considerate and bright.

3 stars because there arnt fitting rooms for costumes and I get the same items for nearly half the price on Amazon. Their prices are outrageous.They do offer items for every occasion if you dont have time to order online or shop at different stores for better prices. Definitely will save you time since most everything you need for a party is there.

VERY clean store, decent prices, the staff is VERY friendly and helpful. Pretty well organized, had to ask where to find certain things, but found extra things I didnt know I wanted. VERY fun store!

The people working their were really nice and helpful when I could see them. But half the time everyone working their was out of sight they seemed understaffed.

I was planning a party so came in at the beginning of the week to get some pricing. When I came in to this store on Saturday the garbage in the womens bathroom had NEVER been changed. So I am assuming the bathroom was never cleaned. Um gross!The General Manager is very rude, disrespectful, and treats customers like they are stupid. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE
