I prefer not to go to this location but my prescription was sent there instead of the one in everett and I didnt want to deal with having my doctor change it. Ive had them try to give me someone elses medication before. I know my name is common but its not like other information isnt also requested. Today I called at 1 and only 2 callers ahead of me so they just dont answer until their lunch at 1:30 when they just hang up on you. Not cool.
I loved Bartells. But had to switch to a national pharmacy several years ago thru work insurance. Rite-Aid was the only one in town. Dont get me started on them...Then work insurance changed and CVS was the preferred pharmacy. LOVED them! Then I retired and Walgreens is the preferred pharmacy of Medicare supplement insurance. THREE 90 day prescriptions started at the SAME time two years ago. Supposed to be auto refill, except when they dont. Supposed to be at the same time, except when it is not. I have addressed this with them over and over and over and over. Today while calling to get an auto refill taken care of, I got transferred to someone to assist me with my concerns. LITERALLY 45 minutes on hold. I then got a message saying they were going to lunch, but I was welcome to continue on hold for the next 30 minutes so I wouldnt lose my place. ARE...YOU..KIDDING...ME!!!??? And this was a full hour before our local store closes for lunch.
Surprisingly, the nicest Walgreens Ive ever visited. I stopped in for a vaccination so did a little browsing and found the store to be better laid-out than any other. Sections were clearly identifiable, which was good, because I found a whole section of healthy snacks which made my long to back home much more pleasant. (BTW, their store brand roasted peanuts are very good, and I really appreciated getting some that were only lightly salted.)
If you ask them a question they cant bill you for they have no idea what to say. Look up information on their website, look up information on your Insurance company website, and call to the store to verify that info BEFORE you waste your time and theirs. Get told they can only tell if you are being billed? What is this? I asked for a simple question, and got THE snottiest, most disrespectful responses.... Walgreens needs to get people that can work something other than their attitudes.
Pharmacy is awful! Way understaffed, and never answer their phone. My sons life saving medication was supposed to be filled days ago. Theyve told me 3 different days it was supposed to be ready. I called to check on it and they said they lost the transfer paperwork and it would be ready yesterday after giving all of my sons information....again. They never called me. I called them, they said it was ready after waiting on hold for 20 minutes! I showed up and they said it isnt filled yet. Currently still standing in the pharmacy! Ridiculous.
Never have enough cashiers. Never seen a place not busy with long checkout lines like here. Prices are high too. But it is a very convenient location for me so I deal.
Checkers nice.... store...not very organized...VERY little product and expensive...bought an on sale.it and was charged full price
Very disgusting floors not sure ever cleaned
Frequently keeps you on hold for 30 minutes or longer just to hang up, so it makes it incredibly hard refill prescriptions or do anything for that matter
Great store and selection but thought they had a charging station like the Everett store. But its fine otherwise.
Employees are polite and helpful.
The night manger is awesome!!! Helped us out so much with our photos. We of course waited till the last min to pick our Christmas photos for our photo book to our family. He spent a good while helping edit and crop. i am not good with pictures at all. So thank you!!
Things w pharmacy seem to change & never get a heads up, Walgreens RX text/notification service very inconsistent. Rarely get contacted if any issues w RX, if have to order, insurance stuff, when ready/if out of some/all stock, dont fill RX sometimes as well even when supposed to be ready several days ago.
My go to store down the street, everyone there is great and I get greeted every time with friendly hospitality. Tyler is cool and Kory is super awesome as is the rest of the staff.
I went to the pharmacy early yesterday evening to pick up a prescription since they were closed when I dropped by in the morning (I thought they opened at 9am, but the pharmacy didnt open til 10). The sign in the window stated there was no pharmacist on duty and therefore could not dispense medications (this was around 6 pm and they dont close until 9pm). The issue I have is that the next available pharmacy was in Issaquah! The distance between Marysville and Issaquah is 45 miles and about 1 hours drive one way (with absolutely NO traffic). That is NOT CONVENIENT, Walgreens...not at all.
3 out of 4 aint bad... The gal in cosmetics was very friendly and helpful, the pharmacist was knowledgeable and helped me find the equipment needed for work. The cashier ringing me up was pleasant. However, a block down the street I looked at my receipt and noticed that an additional discount had not been applied. The man who handled the return transaction was very condescending and rude. I was not aware that a coupon was needed. He could have informed a valued customer with better diplomacy. I feel like not stepping foot in this store again.
Was in a hurry and didnt want to have to look all around the store for what I needed. The employee I asked was very knowledgeable and knew exactly where the item was for me
I went to Walgreens today to buy some things and I had trouble finding a few of those things. I saw literally not ONE employee anywhere to ask. Oh, there was the pharmacist but as I drew nearer to the counter, she disappeared, not to be seen or heard from again. I looked around, then wandered in a systematic serpentine course all over the store looking for someone who resembled an employee of some sort and back to the pharmacy where I waited a little bit more again...no one, not a sign and only one or two other customers. (no wonder) Then I took what I did find to the counter to purchase. No one was there. (are you seeing a trend?) I waited a minute or so...no one appeared. I began to wonder if I was in an actual, operating store or the twilight zone. I left, got in my car, went to Bartells and was helped immediately. I wont waste my time with Walgreens again. I guess they cant afford to pay anyone to work there. So, they can scrimp on employees if they want to. They wont need them for long anyhow if their dissatisfied customers dont go back again. The store looked nice enough and was heated on a cold day, hence the one star.
I liked the store and the pharmacy however, the communication in this store was ridiculous. I have shopped Walgreens forever in Kent and never an issue. Boy I move more north and issues. So I make my purchase and I asked to use my rewards which I knew was at least $6.00. The assistant manager had said whoops its too late. I asked are you not supposed to ask the customer if they would like to use their rewards? he stated yes, and I apologies. Looks like you have $8.00 (so my receipt and he had stated to me. Now, I could have got it if we deleted the HUGE transaction and started over after already being there for an hour. Since I was on my way to the pharmacy he tells me I can use it there (I figured this was new but okay, since they are always changing things there.) I go to the pharmacy and they tell me no. So one the way out I informed him of the communication error and he was an assistant manager, he should have known. So I come back 4 days later and when I went to use my points I was informed I had -0-. Okay, no one else uses those but me so what did they do? When I tried to tell them about it they just said I dont know but you can call the number on your receipt. So I do and wait an additional 50 min and still on hold. So I figure they now owe me not only my $8.00 but additional for waiting my time! As much as I disliked what was going on I had forgotten something and went back to the store only to find now I no longer have a rewards with them (which I have had since the day they started it.) Totally ridiculous!!
My mother and I having been going to Walgreens for a few years now and recently every person we talk to has been super rude. I had to wait 30 minutes (no exaggeration, I watched half an episode or more of Game of Thrones) in line to get my prescription because the associate behind the counter kept walking to the back for some reason while helping a customer. Even the customer was frustrated. NOW, my mother had a horrible experience over the phone with a pharmacy associate. We are pulling our accounts and going somewhere else.
This place is off to a TERRIBLE start!! Ive been using different Walgreen locations for years and wouldnt give any of the pharmacy depts. five stars. I called to speak to the pharmacy to ask about my prescription and the pharmacist or whoever, spoke so fast and had me on hold in about 1 second. Then just kept putting me on hold over and over. I finally hung up. This is the first time Ive contacted this location. Not too impressed, to say the least.
I am so happy that we got a Walgreens in Marysville! The customer service is GREAT! They are over the top polite, helpful and everyone working there seems to enjoy working at Walgreens and thats always a plus! I do with it was open 24 hours though.
Insanely expensive. Everything is 2xs the cost of a normal drug store or grocery store. I also live in the city and this is far outside, so no reason why prices should be this high.$4 for a burts bees chap stick$6 for a small bottle of ExcedrinThey seem to push deals to buy more save more. Aggressive tactics that will make me never come here again.
When you enter your greeted right away. And the service is fast and pleasant. They were able to help me do all the leg work to tranfer medicines. Usually other pharmacies i had to figure out everything. I felt at other pharmacies i was doing everything and not on the pay roll. Walgreens is awesome!!! Even the pharmacist isnt snobby or to good to help. The night asian one is my favorite.
Tyler is the Most mean employee Ive seen I awhile. I usually love this store. But lately ive been leaving when I see him working in the afternoons. He is short and rude to every employee. Its clear he hates his job bit why doea he still have it? I used to think so high of walgreens, they used to care about good customer. Seevice. Ive had more problems with tyler then any store ever. Even thw other day he was so tude about there mess up on my orsered magnet. And treated me like dirt. Im tired of seeing his face here, time for change walgreens !
Long line at checkout with only one clerk behind the counter! He never called for backup clerk for help! Then when checking me out he signed me up for some savings program without asking which Im sure will give me spam in my email! I will NOT go back to this Walgreens!
The pharmacy techs are always polite and on time with filling my prescriptions.
After having my scripts filled in Everett for YEARS with Molina/DSHS Insurance at the Walgreens on Evergreen Way. She said they dont accept DSHS/MOLINA.I CALL BULLSH*T.Totally discriminated against. Never going to use Walgreens again after the treatment and service I have received at every location. They discriminate against the disabled and homeless. Not everyone that is homeless is a jobless, drug addict, scumbag. There are those of us that are TRYING to get on our feet. But when rent goes up 30% and you cant afford an extra $350 you dont have a choice but to become homeless and then everyone judges you as a worthless drug addict. Arent people just so compassionate and understanding?
