Went in with a broken bleeder valve stuck in my heater hose, engine was overheating when I pulled up. They get a 2 star because the guy tried to let me fix it on my own without really spending money on labor. Ive had full shoulder reconstruction on my left and a bone block so limited mobility and range of motion, plus 2 herniated disks. I did what I could to get the old valve part out and had to leave the rest to the professionals, which I was fine with. Called twice to see when the dealer part would be in (as requested) they finally answered me and told me to pick up my car. Instead was charged $240 and was told to come pick up my car. I never told them not to put the dealer part on, so Im stuck with something I didnt ask for. Heres your money, I wont be back. I dont recommend this place but if you must use it know they will (from my experience) screw you over. Its now AWD.

They did a very good job on my husband’s and my vehicle, they specialize in Jeep’s but they did a wonderful job on our Nissan and F 150. So helpful! Thanks guys, keep up the good work guys

My car broke down on the highway, brought it here and was not disappointed. They got it taken care of and assessed the damages that day, couldnt have asked for a better experience.

I called them for a friend whose car broke down. I explained she didnt have alot of money. They gave me a guestimate over the phone and said I could bring it in same day and didnt promise it would be done same day but that theyd inspect it and let her know before working on it. She took it in couple hours later called her told her the problem. She agreed on a price. Try not only completed the job same day they fixed her broken ignition and her hood that was damaged during a wreck. She picked her at up good as new. Overall 2 thumbs up. Fast friendly professional and didnt spike the price up. They kept it reasonable. Thank u

Just as discussed, they told me the problem and fixed and also fix something extra I asked for. Great customer service, honest. Will do business with them again. Highly recommended

I brought my vehicle in to replace my CV boots. The next day i noticed a leak from the rack and pinion - right next to where they had just worked. I brought it back in and They assured me that it wasnt their fault and it must have been there before. They dont know why they missed it before, but didnt seem to care. I asked what they could offer me as the new service I needed cost almost double the original that I had brought it in for. They became defensive and kept asking what do you want? We cant work for free! I just asked if they could offer anything for the new service moving forward. They finally agreed to a small break in cost of the new service. I scheduled to come in the following week and explained that it would be dropped off later in the morning as I live in a different city and needed to take my kid to school and then find a ride home as they dont offer loaner cars. When i dropped my vehicle off on the service date they informed me it wouldnt be ready until the following day because I hadnt dropped it off when they opened. I reluctantly agreed. The following day after they called, I got a ride to pick it up. When i arrived they seemed annoyed in my price break. I paid my bill in full and asked if the receipt would show all the work done. He said yes. I asked if they had looked over the vehicle after fixing the issue. He said no. I asked why they hadnt checked everything over and he told me We did that the other day when you brought it back in. I explained that they had missed this issue the first time and I was confused why they wouldnt check over the whole vehicle while it was in their shop. He became upset and said Im not going to argue with you and then tossed my paperwork across the desk at me and then turned to walk away. I was really upset with their manner of handling it and turned to walk out. He called back Do you want your key too or are you just going to leave that here? When i turned back he smirked at me before handing me my keys. I feel they were very unprofessional and rude. They clearly dont check over the entire vehicle and easily became annoyed when asked to.

We took my husbands car in for new brakes... We received a phone call telling us that his brakes were fine and he didnt need new brakes. They just charged for an inspection, several hundred dollars less than we had anticipated! We are so overjoyed and grateful for their honesty and integrity! I highly recommend Stryker Brothers!!

These guys are amazing! They really stand by their work and go above and beyond to make sure they treat you fair! They fixed a wiring/electrical issue with my car and when the short came back a few days after they did the work they took my car back and worked on it again free of charge just to stand by their work. So impressed with the work ethic!!! Highly recommend

First time bringing my vehicle into a shop. They were very friendly and even gave me a ride home, my truck was going to be a couple days. I read a lot of people paid various amounts from different places for what I needed as well. Was really nervous abouy that, but they were much cheaper than I expected. Ill certainly come back if I ever need repairs.

I had a car problem while in Marysville. My mechanic recommended I go to Stryker Brothers to get it checked out. They were able to help me out and take a look at the problem right away. I would definitely recommend them if you are in the area.

My mother is 77 years old and has been taking her vehicles to these guys for YEARS. Recently she had a dead battery and these sisters charged her 250.00 for a new one. Parts and labor. REALLY? is business so bad that you have to fleece an old lady? You guys ought to be ashamed of yourselves!

My old (1978) Suburban was acting very badly... backfiring, etc. They found the problem(s) and fixed them. Now it runs GREAT!. Very nice people to deal with. I think this shop can be trusted to find the best solution and the price was quite reasonable. I will continue to use their shop.

Crappy service. They couldnt even attempt to fix my vehicle. I told them I needed my lifters replaced and he immediately said thats something he wouldnt even touch. Definitely do not recommend this place.

Had the air conditioning serviced here and they were very nice but the air never got cold after that and we went back in this morning. I must say I was impressed by their customer service as they isolated the problem and fixed it this time at no charge. I also think they may have listened to my husband the first time...a mechanical and electrical engineer who is very authoritative in his analyses! This time I described the symptoms to them in plain English and I think they got it right because they had more real information...Reminded me of the Car Talk guys! Thank you, Stryker Bros! ;-)

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Took my truck to pep boys and was told i had 3 bad injector connectors. So I put new connectors in and it did nothing!I wasnt surprised but I trusted what pep boys said. So I took it to stryker for a diagnostic and within the day they told me it was a bad cylinder head valve. I didnt have the cash to have them fix it so I took it home and did it myself and sure enough. Truck runs great!! Stryker helped me out by giving me some tips and even some instruction on how to DIY properly. I really appreciate not getting jerked around then blowing hard earned money. I will be taking all my vehicles to Stryker from now on.

They are very nice people, Ive been here several times for various things and they always go above and beyond for you at a fair price, they always give the impression that they care about their customer relationship over making a profit, and offer a ride service for free. They replaced my distributor under the warranty and it went out two weeks later, not only did they replace the distributor again after that, but they went through my car and diagnosed and fixed the electrical issue causing the distributor to fail free of charge. These are the guys ill go to for the rest of my time in washington!

Made an appointment in advance to ensure my vehicle would be done on time because alternate transportation is tough to get. Made the appointment for Monday and they said it would be ready Tuesday. Went in to drop the vehicle off and they told me it wouldnt be done till maybe Wednesday or Thursday because they had other cars to do. So whats the point in making an appointment?

Only place I will go cant trust any other shop they are more spendy than other shops but they fix my cars right been going through them for 12 years they are pretty honest mechanics not common these days they will tell you exactly whats wrong with your vehicle and not lie and say its something els to milk you dry like some other shops i have went to in the past.

Had my turbo replaced..got it back and it still smoked..we spent 13$$ and replaced the pcv.. amazing after spending 2400$ I would not recommend them at all

These are the nicest people! I moved to Washington state in 2014... in 2015 I had trouble with my AC Delco battery which was under warranty. I lived in Sacramento my whole life, I was far from home and knew no one in Marysville. I had the biggest hunch that my battery was failing. My brother works at the shop where I purchased the battery, I made a call to him and he found Stryker Bros. I went to the shop and told them of my troubles. They tested my battery as I had my info faxed over from Sac. It was the battery, they replaced it and didnt charge me a dime, so I tipped the mechanic since it was new years eve of 2014... you guys are awesome!!! I live back in Sacramento now but Ill never forget my time in Washington or the people who touched me while I was there...

My friend brought her car here they where told to fix anything wrong with it so they charged 907.00 to change the radiator they did change the plugs and wires with new parts she had bought but they left a leak in the power steering hose the car still leaks oil it took forever and was way over priced and not everything was looked at or fixed very disappointing
