After several calls with wait times of 30-40 minutes each between their locations trying to get my BP medicine refilled, I end up on the phone with the rudest woman ever at this location. Mind you, my refill has been processing at the Stuart location for over two weeks. No one bothered to contact me and tell me it wasnt in stock there.This lady tells me that unlike her I dont have other customers to take care of. And thats its not her concern because its not her medication its mine. Seriously? Nice attitude from a pharmacy. CVS cares? Nope. Doesnt sound like it at all. Ill be moving my prescriptions elsewhere. I wouldnt give CVS another nickel.

Automated phone calls twice a day saying my prescription is ready and I did not order anything. If I go up there, they say we don’t have anything for you. They keep putting my Prescriptions on auto- fill after I said I don’t want it. Constantly go to pick up meds that I have ordered and they are not in stock. I have to wait or go to another CVS. Tonight my husbands debit card misplaced, made us feel like our fault when it was put in the bag and fell out on the ground at the drive thru. Would love to go somewhere else but my work insurance dictates that I go to CVS to supposedly get the best price. What about the best service?

The worst CVS pharmacy ever. They never pick up their phones. Just needed a simple call about a prescription. It takes 3 minutes tops. That’s it. Not that hard.

You MUST ask if insurance has been applied and make sure its correct EVERYTIME. Getting scripts here is exhausting. I like being able to depend on the place where I get very important medication and this wasnt it. The pharmacist always assisted is the only reason they got 2 stars.

Ive been on hold for 20 minutes checking on a prescription that my 84 year old mother needed after being released from the hospital. This is unacceptable.

Did not have my childs meds he had a cold. Did not even bother to call and let me know they could not feel it. I live over 20mils from there and will no longer be going to CVS

They say that the prescription will be ready in 2 hours, you have to come back four hours later and its still not ready

If u are on pain medicane they are always out of them or short. When calling the store they put me on hold for 11minutes. Seem reallt disorganized to have so many people working behind the counter

They are vulgar racists, the pharmacy doctors grab the medicine you collect and only with a drivers license do they want to deliver the medicines! Absolutely vulgar! 😠
