The first time I had my tank filled was in October 2020. They came out for an inspection January 5th 2021 and told me my propane was low and no leaks. So they sent someone out to fill the tank. Something went wrong with my furnace beginning of February of 2021. We cut the whole furnace off so we wouldnt burn any propane. They finally get the part in (which was coming from Texas so it took a bit to get in) they installed and couldnt get it to light. Found out, my tank was empty. How in a little over a month does my tank go empty? Also, I have a 350 gallon tank. I didnt run any propane for weeks because I had no heat. I ran heaters connected to the wall. So I was using electricity. Not propane. I called and asked them how could I lose propane so quickly when the last fill up lasted me over 3 months. They said they would fill my tank again. I told them to check for leaks. Havent received any update to see if there was even a leak. Im very annoyed because the lady was a little hateful. Maybe it was being I was irritated but whatever. Ive never had an issue with them before until now. Im a young woman living alone working my tail off to pay for what I have and be able to live comfortable. I cannot afford to pay $620.00 every month to keep heat in my house. Im not rich by any means. I figured this fill up they did in January would have lasted me til March. But apparently not. Cant even get an answer on this. Very irritated.

I must agree with Janice......we have never had any problems with Davenport Energy. They are a top notch company as far as Im concerned. They go out of their way to make sure you are a satisfied customer. The customer service dept. is one of the best we have ever dealt with. Their gas and oil prices are competitive with everyone else in our area. No complaints here ever!!!

We have been with Davenport Energy for 22+ years. We have never had any problems with their customer service. They have always been very accommodating, polite, helpful and friendly.

WORST customer service I ever encountered dealing with Heather. Shes a liar and deceitful. Tried to freeze my mother over the weekend AFTER I paid $625 for oil. Why she work at a heating company with a heart so cold?? They better show up tomorrow since I paid another $95 to have it delivered tomorrow.

I am giving you a 2 and i think i am being generous! I came in in Thursday and paid my bill leaving a deposit for the next one! My primary heat source is your gas, which i was forced to use because my gas company Abercrombie was bought out by you! Not a happy camper at 20 now at 10 and by in the morning maybe 5 and have to shut my heat down cause you put my name on the list. So just how often do you check in on your customers? Just a question was told by your employe this morning my name was on the list so was my coworker who lives in Collinsville and she had already had to shut hers down. No you do not serve the customer far as i can see!!!

Beware worst people to deal ! I give them an triple 0 rating they lie cheat steal you name it they will do it to make money . way over priced on their products please check prices you will find they are the highest any where around . these people can not be counted on or trusted you been warned !
