Ive never had a problem with Superior Auto Ive paid off one vehicle with them has bought my second one now very nice people went to the one in Martinsville Indiana love them good people they work with you on down payments and monthly payments if you need a car I would suggest go there ask for James

I filled out all the necessary paperwork, sent copies of my pays stbs etc and a gentleman named james contacted me claiming I was approved for a loan. I looked online and chose what cars I wanted, let him know and drove nearly two hours to the dealership just for him to say well you were approved but with a couple signed. I dont have one and he should have let me know it from the beginning!!!

Bout my Jeep Liberty in September. I’ve already had to replace the radiator on it and I’ve had none stop issues with it ever since. Was extremely excited to have a newer to me car but all they done was sell me a lemon that was over priced and now I’m on the hook for something that isn’t even worth a couple grand.

My husband and I have been with this company since 2017. We have had no major issues with their vehicles, in fact we have been very pleased in both service and quality of these vehicles. Defiantly would recommend to others.

I have been leasing my vehicle for over a year now. The selector for my heat and air wasnt even attatched and it was broken they still havent done anything. I have had my car in the shop 3 times in the last year and it still isnt fixed correctly. They want 7,240 when the blue book value is only 1,250.

My son purchased a lemon 2 yrs ago from this place. The vehicle has been in the shop more than driven. Hes even had to take an additional loan for repairs just so it wouldnt hurt his credit rating bc you need a vehicle dependable to get back & forth to work. Repairs and now current estimates in the thousands.

I like james, very friendly and professional. Jennifer the finance lady is rude. So i bought a car through them and from the time i started the process til i walked out i was told approximately 10 to 15 times when my payment was due and that if i were late even 10 mins my car would be subject to repo. Also i work out of state and didnt have my card info on file qhen i bought the car so i sent my girlfriend in to pay the payment and when she mentioned that they wouldnt accept my card because it wasnt on file jennifer was rude smacking her mouth saying yeh that was me that told him that. Another thing if im oaying as much as i am for a used car id like to be able to hear the radio or aux when driving on the interstate. Again Jennifer said she knew how to fix it and i went in today and she didnt even help, she sent the polite young man named mike out and he assured me that if i took it to the dealership and got an estimate they would try to figure out how to get it fixed. Other than all that im pleased with the business and appreciate the kind service i recieved from the two gentlemen.

Dont buy a car here or you will regret it. The staff rude and unprofessional, if you are late one day they repo your car. They also sell cars with things wrong with them and try to hide it.
