Sales Expert was excellent. Just not enough people to work. She had to leave me standing for quite some time, in the middle of her talking to me, to go speak so a customer who cam in after me. The store did not have what I wanted in stock. I have to wait 2 1/2 weeks to get my property shipped. However, as stated, the sales expert was very knowledgeable and had a great personality.

This was only the second time I had ever been in Mattress Firm. Ms. Moore greeted me as I entered and I told her I was just looking around pricing mattresses for a sister who had an amputation. She showed me what was available and was very personable and professional. There was no pressure to sell to me and she stated I could take my time and think it over. I asked if they worked on commission because I didn’t want her to do all the work and someone else get the credit for her efforts. Ms. Moore stated that it works that way sometimes, but she just wanted to see that I got what I needed for my sister to have the best rest possible. I asked her for her business card and told her I would be back in contact. I got with my family that same day and everyone was in agreement. My brother and I contacted her via telephone that same day and made it happen. After talking with Ms. Moore I looked no further. She more than met my needs. My mom and I bought a mattress from these guys for the second time. The first experience with them was so smooth that we purchased another mattress for my mom. The first one was for myself. She has had trouble sleeping for quite some time. But now, WOW!!!, WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! She is sleeping like a champ. I had an horrible experience with Mattress Firm. Will never buy from them again!! I bought an order online with their chat. They placed 2 orders under my lease, they had to cancel one of the orders. Messed up with the confirmation email, and the order numbers. I never knew the delivery information because it was all jacked up. I paid the fee for the delivery and signed my lease. Heres the day I was supposed to get my order, and no call. They messed up my order so bad, I went through all that trouble to make sure everything was okay with the order. For them just to move the delivery date to a later date... I WILL never purchase from mattress firm!

Excellent service! Ask for Steve. He was very professional in helping me with what I wanted and needed. Went in on Saturday and had my bed on Sunday. The only part I dont like is that while you can choose your delivery day, you cant choose your time because of the route that they are taking. I requested late evening on Sunday but the automatic call set it for 10 am. Still I highly recommend this place! Thank you for all your help Steve!! I love my bed!
