I came to the store with my 2 youngest kids to grab a morning coffee, be fore i could order they had to talk to the biresta who was kind and listened to thier story i finally chimmed in, Carmel marvel 24 oz hot whipped 2 shots of espresso please. The barista laughed raised an eyebrow and said only 2? I Love them so much and how they know I need more caffeine :) iagreed make it a triple. The shop is very comfortable, the drive thru is great and i think it goes with out saying the Staff is Amazing.

This is my favorite place to get coffee. A Starbucks opened across the road and I STILL choose to go here. They are so much better!

They always have coupons you can find in the paper. I love coming here they have such friendly service. One of the times we came here it must of been our lucky day we got a free tumbler that had chocolate covered coffee beans when we ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwhich. I am a lover of their coconut cream iced latte and their sausage egg bagel is AMAZING! You honestly cannot go wrong with anything off thejr menu.

I am a Starbucks person through and through. I have tried every mom and pop shop, Dunkin, anything that compares and have never been impressed. I had never heard of Bigby coffee, but when I went through their drive through...I ordered about 6 drinks just out of fascination with their menu. A coffee place that has a red bull mocktail?? Tea lattes? Well put together breakfast sandwiches? Sign me up! I would have to make adjustments if I wanted a strong espresso drink, but otherwise...Im obsessed. Starbucks is surpassed.

The color changing cups were really good my little cousin loved them.

I love Biggby as a company and choose them over others every time. This location has gotten better recently (since 2019). Everyone who works there is super nice. They used to have two young guys who worked all the time and they didnt make the best drinks. But I havent seen them in months and drink quality has much improved since then.

The caramel marvel is the best caramel blended drink out there. Did have a strong coffee flavor but I love it, even more than Starbucks.

Great coffee shop in a town that doesnt have that big chain from Seattle. Espresso doesnt have that skunky taste that you get at some mom-and-pop shops (supposed to be roasted, not burnt), so thats a plus. They have some English muffin sandwiches, plus an interesting concoction involving Red Bull.

Been sitting in line for 30 minutes. I ordered my coffee and cant get out of line. They have only served one car and there are 2 more ahead of me.Wont be backUpdate. when I finally got to the window. the clerk looked me and walked away. So I drove off. 50 minutes wasted and no coffee

I had chosen this place to meet my niece at and have coffee. The coffee was excellent very smooth and then I had a iced coffee for the road very delicious! Friendly staff and very fast. The store was clean and bright maybe a little too Industrial? Needs to be homier or warm.

A nice friendly little coffee shop with a variety of selections. Good place to study, do office work, get together with friends or just read a book. Staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is fun and inviting. I recommend the Turkey Havarti Everything Bragel.

Great atmosphere, its exciting to watch the process of mixing nitrogen with the cream to make spectacular ice cream. It was hilarious watching my grandkids watching the clouds roll high in the air and then to the floor. They danced with glee! Very friendly staff. What more can one ask for?

Gonna be honest, we thought we would grab a avocado bagel sandwich, it was not good. The coffee drink ordered was. Guess stick to coffee from a coffee joint and food from a food place. Service was good.

Went thru drive thru for the first time. Big mistake. Waited forever after guy at speaker asked me to wait. Chose to drive way & realized I cant. Had to wait 15 min behind 1 car ahead of me as there is no way to get around. Never again

Used to enjoy coming here, the staff was very friendly, very welcoming environment. Has really gone downhill in the past months. Feels like you are bothering the staff now for ordering. The floors could be cleaned at times, the table for sitting outside is never set out anymore, very disappointing.

Place is extremely dirty. Workers look way over worked. I waited in drive through for 20 minutes for a brewed coffee. Behind the counter every time I go in is always messy. Where they serve your coffee is dirty. The tray that holds all the spoons and forks is dirty. I feel bad for workers. Place seems to be outdated compared to Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks with a fresh new lobby in both. Wish I could leave a half star rating.

Their espresso isnt my favorite but as good as it gets in Central Wi. Cost is a bit spendy $$$ Dont go inside if your in a hurry, the drive-thru is faster! They do have free-Wifi which is a nice bonus!

I usually like to try new places when I am out of town, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. It took 30 minutes in the drive thru to get my coffee.

Very disappointed in my last three visits. I love the cinnamon spice tea latte and treat myself once week. Was given a coffee three weeks ago by mistake and the last two weeks lattes had no flavor. Like drinking hot watered down milk. Miss the previous baristas who did an amazing job. So disappointed.

This happens to be one of two hometown coffee shops for Marshfield. They both have very different feels. Biggby is a bit more commercial, but at the same time a bit more down to Earth. The people here get to know the repeat customers pretty quick.

Not a good experience, but the only actual coffee shop open before I needed to leave town. There was one person working and they didnt acknowledge me until she had completed all the drive thru orders...annoying.When I did order a basic cappuccino with an extra shot of espresso she made it fast. Too fast. I was pleasantly surprised...until I tried it when I got on the road (my bad, should have tried it in the store and gotten a refund!). The espresso was weirdly burnt without being strong, which made me thing she just used drip coffee since she was way to fast to pull three shots of espresso. Then the milk...was hot, but not at all frothy. I heard the steam wand but Im not sure how she used it. Even a poorly frothed cappuccino should at least result in enough foam to pretend its a latte! I realize this sounds a bit too picky, but come on. A half way decent american-ized cappuccino is something every coffee shop should be able to at least imitate. Genuinely disappointed, enough so that Im writing this almost a week later after being reminded how horrible the drink was (I tried to drink it, but it got tossed!).

Took 30 mins to get a bagel and now I’m late for work and can’t even eat it.. didn’t even know my order when I got to the window & last time they got my coffee completely wrong and put cream cheese on my bagel and I said no cream cheese 3 times when ordering. I can’t come back here again. You’re paying way too much for how this is set up

This place in Marshfield WI has really gone downhill. Last time I was in there there was a friend of one of the employees sleeping in the chairs. Of there was another place in town I wouldnt go there anymore on Sundays.

Coffee is fine but the drive thru service is painfully slow. We usually have a longer than desired wait for our drinks (americano and red eye) but today was over 15 minutes with only two people ahead of us. After 15 minutes my wife and I decided to leave without our coffee.
