We stopped in Marshfield Wisconsin at the 1100 North Central Avenue store to get help with a couple of questions my husband had regarding his cell phone.Jacob greeted us immediately upon entering the store and asked how he could help; we proceeded to ask our questions one at a time.In less than 15 minutes he not only answered all our questions but was most excellent in explaining how to fix a problem we had sending a video to someone. We are over 65 and not very tech savvy so truly appreciated this young man Jacob who was not only knowledgeable but also very patient. He is a great asset to this business😍

I am traveling nurse very far from home working in Marshfield, Wisconsin. I was looking for a great customer service just like the one I receive in my home town. One of my coworkers told me to ask for Zach he was great. One day, I decided to go after work, I asked for Zach and he was far more than great! He was kind and very detailed in explaining all the options I had!I am happy to say, I had a great service just like back home!I would absolutely recommend Zach to anyone looking to purchase or have an inquiry about any of the service Verizon has to offer!!!!

Went here looking for a phone under $300. Instead I found a rude employee that told me I came to the wrong place, and told me that if I cant afford a good phone then I should shop at walmart.

I can’t remember what the other associates name was but I believe it may have been John? He helped me find a sturdy phone case and a screen protector! 10/10, would recommend this Verizon location to anyone.

These guys know how to present themselves extremely well. If you have a problem they will do their extreme best to help, or find or get in contact with someone who will. Great service. Service with a smile! Always helpful and courteous. All the employees that I have had interactions with are very patient and thorough when discussing the products or addressing any issues with the service. Most impressive about my visit today was that they remembered me from the last time I visited which was like almost 2 years ago.

I switched not only from another carrier but also from an android to an iphone and Asim was extremely helpful. Asim made sure the new phone was connected to the network and guided me through setting up the phone, transferring the data I wanted, and answered any questions I had about the phone. Very professional and friendly service from everyone that works here.

John at team wireless provided excellent service. Even though there were quite a few customers he multitask and took care of all of us. He was very professional calm and knowledgeable.

Customer service was ok but they gave so much bad information. Ive never had such a bad experience trying to get phone service. Its been nothing but a nightmare. Do not recommend to anyone.

The workers are great. Polite and knowledgeable. The issue is that its always busy and seems like theres never enough help. Always a super long wait I suppose on the flip side, when its not full its probably empty so its not practical to have more workers.

Zach was really great about explaining concerns we had with our account. He was also very helpful with picking out a new phone. Despite the store having internet connection issues, he was able to work around the hurdles and got us all set up! Every time we visit the store we are pleased with the service we receive!

Staff I dealt with on Friday 3/6/20 was amazing. Was able to set up an account and order a phone. Was told 2 day shipping and they would call me on Tuesday (weekend and all). Tuesday came around, my phone alerted me it was delivered. So stop in, asked of,my phone came in, was told no, that they will call me. Called later because my verizon account told me it was delivered and I was confused. I was put on hold then was told there was package was deliever and that it probably was my phone but they cant look because a manager has to open or look at deliveries and a manager would be in tomorrow morning. Brings me to today...still no phone call, I know still early but I have kiddos cant just drop everything when they call later. Note to self, save the trouble and have it shipped to your house. Paid half the phone cost, and a bill due in 16 days on a phone that is sitting at the store, after I was told it would be 2 days! Very frustrated.Update: Now Thursday and still havent received a call.

Whenever I go here it seems like the people that work there are always out to find something wrong with your phone that was definitely your fault, so lets upgrade. All they want to do is get you an upgrade instead of helping you fix your phone. I dislike going here and would rather go online and get it directly from Verizon.

Friendly staff, unfortunately on multiple occasions we have been given incorrect information about promotions or details of our contract. Most recently we were told the Cyber Monday deal would be available through Thursday. Since the store was jam packed, I returned this morning to take advantage of the deal, only to be told it expired yesterday and we were misinformed. Again, not the first time this kind of thing has happened. Overall good folks and happy with Verizon - prefer this store to the one across town - but come on, get it together and train your people better so they have the right info for customers! Consumers, all I can say is ask about 3 people before you assume you have been given reliable information.

Josiah was super to work with!! Friendly, polite, knowledgable efficent and very thorough. Even tho he had to give me sad news about the termination fees. Very nice young man! Treat him well to keep him working for you!!

Amazing customer service!!

Ive gone to this store multiple times and the people that work there seem to not know what they are doing. They constantly are trying to tell you something is wrong with your phone, practically telling you that you need to upgrade. Bought a phone here 4 months ago and 3 weeks later it didnt work and they wouldnt stand behind it. Sold me a lemon. Im not at all impressed with the way this store conducts business. Thankfully there is another Verizon retailer in town.

Dont ever patronize this store. They credited a 50 dollar deposit to my bank account for a loaner phone only to cancel payment on it the next day. When I called to inquire about it I was treated very rudely by the female manager and also given false information. I was told I would have to wait weeks until 10-24-18 and if it wasn’t in my bank account by then to come back with bank statements proving I never got it. I called my bank weeks before and they told me the credit was no longer on my account. So I knew waiting until the 24th was a waste of my time. Guess what the 24th has come and gone and I don’t have the $50. It’s a 40 mile round trip for me to go to Marshfield and I’ve already been there once on this wild goose chase. I figure if I go back again to chase down the money they have stolen from me that will be another 40 miles. I’m working on using $50 of gasoline to get my 50 back from them.I chalk this up to a lesson learned. I’ve purchased two phones from them. One of those times I let them up sell me a tablet with an extra phone line when I purchased a phone. I guess I’m saying I was a good customer and wasn’t afraid to spend extra on what they were pushing at the time. So you’ve lost a good customer because I will never, ever use your store ever again and I will make it my duty to spread the word on your rude employees and shady ways.Just Don’t Do It! Trust Me.

My wife and I walked into this store Sunday the 3/19th. All I needed was a micro usb plug for my Brigadier Kyocera rugged smart phone and had a simple cost question about cell phone charges in Cancun which is listed as $2, per day while gone. As we all know, many cell phone plan and sales staffs are very ambiguous as they are deceptive – and we simply didn’t want a week of cell usage to end up costing more than the vacation.After finely explaining to the friendly tall young man what a ‘micro-USB ‘ plug cover was, he went down stairs to ask the ‘repair guy” if he had one. Mean, while my wife and I asked a woman sitting alone looking at the screen on the north side of the building about our Cancun cell pricing question. We must have interrupted a facebook session, as her half-hearted mildly annoyed actions would indicate. She parroted our question and said “its $2” . When we asked if there are any other connection costs, or other undisclosed and hidden costs, we were informed “You will have to call Verizon Customer service” ! We mistakenly thought that is what this stores employees were. After a bit, the tall young man and the ‘repair guy’ came up stairs and he said they didn’t carry one. The repair guy said the sent their last one away and they could maybe order one, but didn’t know when it would come in. Getting the distinct feeling ‘a new phone’ was my best option if I wanted a functional phone in Cancun, told him I’ll get one at amazon for a couple bucks (2 day shipping) .I cannot speak for all employees there but this seems to be incredibly poorly run store and I personally wouldn’t trust them as far as I can throw them. There is a very good Verizon store by Walmart in Wisconsin Rapids or I would try the south side Verizon store if you want to stay local here in Marshfield.
