I was over charged 220.00 for my phone. Should have been 49.99 but was charged 271.00. They wouldn’t or couldn’t correct the charge. Referred me to cricket customer service which referred me back to the store. If you use cricket watch them closely!

As always, they are extremely helpful and make my visit there short and sweet. This visit was for the free cell service thru the bill Biden passed. They new exactly what to do and did it quickly.

Unfriendly staff at Marshfield location. Didnt even get a smile, how are you today, how can I help you today. There were 2 other customers in the store and I was told to leave and showed the door. Very unfriendly, was not at all welcoming. I will never go back to this location. Waste of an hour drive to get a new phone to leave with nothing.

Normally i get really good customer service when I go in but today not so much the person literally made it seem like I was an idiot and when she was helping another customer wasnt very helpful with helping pick out a phone at all. Very disappointed.
