NOT HAPPY AT ALL!Had an appointment for a month to get a recall item fixed expecting them to get parts ordered, they did not.Then when picking up my car, I see the mechanic driving it with his lunch in hand.Using a customers vehicle to get your lunch not cool in my book.

My husband bought a 2012 Dodge Journey in January of 2020 on the Dodge side of Dave Wrights Auto in Marshalltown Iowa. He took it in in October for a heating problem, they supposedly fixed it for $1,400. Within a week it was back there because there was still no heat on the passenger side. They had it for another six weeks!! Supposedly cured!! And as we are driving to Ankeny right now I am sitting here freezing!! I want to re-clarify that I am talking about the Dodge side.

Our experience at this dealership in our search to turn in a Honda lease and commence a new Honda lease couldnt possibly have been better. Started with Vanessa, the salesperson: Persistent, patient and informative. Corrine: Weve leased at least five previous cars from various dealers/manufacturers in Iowa and California. Never had the careful instruction on how to navigate the technological complexities of new cars like what Corrine did, with help from Vanessa. Corrine even sent a followup video with her showing us how to deal with one of our questions that she found the answer for. The finance guy (cant think of his name) made it quick and easy and again, informative. Then, to top it off, they were able to..and did...give us a price that was lower than what had bee quoted to us. The dealership was a good hour away; though there was a much larger dealer just 10 minutes away, the drive to Dave Wright Auto was definitely well worth it. Nothing fancy about their facility, but what we wanted was provided above and beyond the call of duty. WELL DONE AND THANK YOU!!!

I had a great experience buying a new Honda Pilot at Dave Wright Auto. I submitted a quote request through the Sam Clubs auto program and received quotes back from multiple dealers. Even though Dave Wright Auto wasnt the lowest quote I received, Todd was willing to beat the pricings from other dealers. In addition, he was more upfront about providing me a value for the trade-in on my old Honda Pilot. Dave Wright was about an hour away so it wasnt my first choice of dealership. However, I was glad I made the trip to buy my new Pilot here. In fact, it was really worth it. Sarah was one helping me when I got to the dealership. She was nice and knowledgeable about the car features and the buying process from start to finish. I also need to mention Heather in the Finance department as she was so fun and detail about explaining all the numbers and documents that we need to sign. If you are currently in a car buying process, I would recommend that you give Todd a call to see what he can offer before settle your purchase at other dealerships.

This is the best place to work! They have the most aggressive pay plan and I love everyone that I work with. Marshalltown is a town full of amazing and friendly people! I give it 5 stars also!

My husband and I sold our car to this dealership, and although the process went relatively smooth, they didnt send the payout to the credit union where our loan was until almost a month later. Because of this, my husband and I were charged for another month of our loan that we technically didnt own the car for. We also never got any kind of paperwork proving the sale, which we had to ask for later. I am grateful that they were quick with the sale, I just wish they would have been a little more thorough.

Dave Wright Auto & their staff in Marshalltown has been amazing to us! Our truck had some transmission issues & they worked with our warranty company to get the issues resolved twice! Then during some difficult times they helped out us more than we could have ever asked. We were making payments on the transmission services when we fell behind because of some personal & financial issues. Keith called & talked with us & gave us a huge helping hand. Dave Wright helped us cover the rest of the bill we had with them. Well be back for sure for future service & maybe even a new truck some day! 😁😁

I bought a 2020 Subaru Outback Limited a couple of weeks ago at Dave Wright Nissan and Subaru in Hiawatha, and my sales associate, Max, couldnt have been more helpful. He was very good at explaining the different features of my new car (and re-explaining...LOL), and making sure that I was taken very good care of by all parties involved.

Went in to just look around and see what they have and I will have to say Hally was very knowledgeable. She made the biggest/lasting impression that will make me come back. Id recommend Dave Wright Auto to anyone who needs a vehicle!!

Sarah made the car buying process as painless as possible! I love our new to us Subaru and feel like we were treated fairly. Im also amazed at how responsive the staff at the whole dealership are.Update: I got my Outback looked over by the local Subaru dealership, and they noticed some sloppy work (dirty and upside down filters, fluids that needed to be changed, and signal lights out) in the reconditioning process. Some things were fixed, its as if the tech just stopped half way through. I called and they said they want to see the car again, I hope they make it right and fix these issues that they said were taken care of in reconditioning. Glad I got it looked over, just bummed it has to go back, and I hope others things were not missed and they are honest.

This dealership is the most unprofessional place to buy any vehicle. Im sorry I bought my vehicle here. Notified 3 days in advance of wanting to look at a certain vehicle and they cant even have it washed or interior cleaned. This story goes on and on. It was a bad choice to purchase here. They must be struggling to survive in todays market as it appears. Theyre word isnt worth the paper its written on.

Horrible place theyll lie and tell you what you want to hear and than go back on there word. The service department cant even fix a simple tire, which by the way they said they would before I signed papers. Lesson learned. Dont make the same mistake I did and do business with these folk.

Poor service on car charged us 100 move than was on estimate. Picked up car and still had same problem. Had to take it back for another 270.00 found out they didnt clean the cabin filter. Will never go back or buy another car from the. That would never happened with Ken Wise they had good customer service.
