Cost of repair was twice the amount quoted. I had to go into check to see if part was ordered two weeks after I was told what I needed. Work was done in a timely matter after part came in. This was on a car that was recently purchased. When I drove it off the lot, I was assured it had been inspected. Not sure this is the place to do business. I have purchased cars from the Wise brothers for years and never had these problems or prices.

Ken Wise - now Dave Wright Honda - is a great place to do business. Even though we knew exactly what we wanted we still had questions, and our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. The person helping with finance did a great job, and meeting the folks from service and parts was very helpful. We look forward to driving our new Insight!

Craig and Rob in the service department are top notch.I took my beloved but abused Honda Element in for much needed service.Long story short due to a couple of hangups the repairs took longer than anticipated.They had given me a very nice loaner car from the start so I was good to go.In total service fashion, Rob discounted my bill by a nice amount for the delay.I wasnt even asking for it. Im fairly easy going and understand but it was a nice and welcome surprise.On top of that, my Honda is like a brand new car again!Dont hesitate to service your car here.Thanks gang!

Excellent buying experience with Dave Wright Auto. Ryan W. was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, and answered all of my questions. I especially was impressed with his quick and to-the-point negotiation technique. On the day I picked up my new car, Corinnes explanation of all the many features and options was very impressive. That girl has done some homework. Thanks to the entire Dave Wright team.

The folks are friendly, but not exactly good at communication. Texts, calls and emails go into the ether and dont get returned. Yet their contact info is on the business cards for some reason. You have to work at it to get info about your deal. Ken Wise had a great rep, the new owner (Wright) - not sure.

We just purchased a 2015 Honda CR-V with Dougs assistance, found the perfect match for us. This vehicle is actually teaching me how to drive all over again. With its Eco Mode and constant review of my driving status displaying when I get the best gas mileage has changed the way I drive. Also, feel so much safer with the back up camera and side camera for right turns. Honda really put a lot of thinking into this model and makes it a superb vehicle for us. I was treated terrible. I called to make sure they had a Honda and confirmed a second time with detail regarding a vehicle that was online. I drove almost 1 hour to the car dealer and low and behold they did not have it. Then I tried to make a deal with the one that was there and they were higher than Smart Honda. I was very upset

Im not very happy with it. I went there and change my car engine oil. Engine is okay. But, I also ask them to check my A/C before fixing them. I ask them to call and lets me know how much its will cost but they never call. My appointment its at 9:00am n its done after 3. I went there at 2:10 and ask them if its done. one of the staff say its done. But they run the paper work so its will take about 10 minutes. since I have appointment I told her Ill come back. After I come back at 3:17 pm one of the lady tell me theyre done but they run the paper work now. I was like okay. Suprisely its cost $251+ Im not happy with that cuzz labor cost its $160+ n one of the guys explain to me about how they replace the A/C part. N say you wont have to pay when you come back n check your A/ C cuzz its leaking but we cant find it. I was like okay than.my A/C its cold so Im okay with that. But one the next following day my A/C not working any more. Its been only a few hours propably less than 12 hours Ill say. N I went back there next day. One of the lady said we can check but its too late for today. So I say thats okay Ill come back tomorrow. And I say its wont cost anymore rt? Because one of the guy say he already charge it yesterday. If its cost than I wont bother fix it. Shes was like well if your not going to do anything then we cant help you much but we can check for you. Im so mad because they should tell me first that they cant fix its. Right now Im so scare to tell my mom about my A/C. Cuzz I already tell her its good. But Ill go to another place. Anyway Thank to them I got some expirence. Im truthfully dislike it. Excuse my gramma.
