Their new owners/management/remodel is a completely different place that is a positive, efficient, professional, comfortable, and accurate experience that you can tell affects everyone who works there and everyone who gets services there. Further, as a female, it is appreciated to have the options presented but for you not to be pressured to do anything above what you came in there for.

Quick service and a free car wash. We were traveling on a long road trip and needed an oil change. They got our car right in and out in about 20 minutes.

Curtious, polite,went over everything with me and showed me the parts that were in need of changing and what didnt need changed. And the cost of everything before they Installed anything. Done in a timely manner and practiced safety procedures as the team worked on my car.

The employees are the rudest I have ever met. No one should have to deal with this lack of quality. Do not go. Its worth the drive somewhere else

We had just been treated very poorly at the service center at Theissen’s so went to Jiffy Lube. We didn’t have to spend our entire morning waiting and they treated us like princesses. It was a great experience and Brandon provided excellent service. I assume it was the manager I first spoke with and he did as well. The only reason I’m not giving it a 5 star review is that they told us they would vacuum the floors and did not, but we will be back!

I got my oil changed there today, and I was not disappointed with the service! The employees were charismatic and friendly, offering great advice and information on their services. And the whole process itself was over in no time. Awesome work guys !

I arrived 5 minutes before closing time from Newton, and desperately needed an oil change before heading to Cedar Rapids. I had called a few days earlier trying to get the oil change done then, and the nice gentleman on the phone assured me they stayed open till 6 so if aI made it by then, I would receive service. (... I did not make it in time that day lol)So! I was praying today was the same attitude, because I really needed to get to Cedar Rapids, and the attendants first response was no, sorry, closed, and my heart (and i assume face) dropped ... but then he double checked with the manager or team lead? Colton, who said its 5 minutes to 6, there is time for one more customer. My day immediately brightened but I was concerned about pissing off the crew members ...The attendant immediately said, oh okay! and went to work, making small talk about the having to make yet another trip to walmart, and everyone made me feel comfortable even keeping them a little bit late!Thank you all very much (and especially Colton) for making sure there was time for one more customer!

I have been getting my oil changed here for several years but today will be the last time. Up until now the price and service has been excellent for my four vehicles. My son took his truck in and they wanted to charge him $100.00 for a simple oil change. They also said he needed to change his brake fluid while there but we had just flushed the system when we did a brake job last month. They blamed the price change due to new ownership.

They were going to charge me 60 dollers for an oil change. That might not sound bad but heres the catch I went to Theisens and got the deluxe oil change with 15 point inspection for just over 40.In conclusion go to Theisens youll get your oil change and much more for less then jiffy lube.

I went to get my oil change here because other places were not open yet due to COVID restrictions or places were booked up for over a week. I had been here before, especially when I needed a quick oil change. This particular store is under new ownership and management. I downloaded a coupon off the Jiffy Lube website for an oil change for $24.99. When I presented the coupon I was told they would not honor the coupon because of new ownership. This store was listed on their website as one of the stores in my area that the coupon was valid. They said they could give me $10 off. A regular oil change was approximately $43. I went ahead. Then I was told that my car was supposed to use synthetic oil and it would be $89. By the time we finished negotiating I paid $69. It took approximately an hour before I left there. My car sat outside for over 25 minutes before someone came to check me out. High pressure sales and slow service.

Replaced my brakes, talked to me about my options every step of the way, and did everything they could to help keep my cost down. Mark and Brandon are literally life savers, I trust them with almost all of my vehicle services. Pics of my rotor that was split in half.

I went yesterday to see if they could air up my tires and check a couple because my tire pressure light was on and air pumps around town were not working right... They were really kind and helpful and put air in and let me know that one was really high for pressure. Told me that my sensor was wrong for 2 tires, that it was actually opposite. Basically some how 2 tire sensors were reading what the other tire was and not what the tire it is supposed to read was. If that makes sense.... my back passenger tire was reading what my front drivers tire is and my front drivers tire was reading what my back passenger tire was. Very frustrating and could have caused a problem. Very happy for the help I got.

Jiffy Lube got my oil change done fast, and the staff seemed polite and professional. Also it only cost me $40 so... Not much to comlain about.

Been trying to go there for 4 days keeps saying thats fixed and when its really not will not be returning its been $400 and didnt even get the job done that should have only taken 200 Im never going back to jiffy lube

In and out quickly. When I visit, I start by telling them I want an oil change, no air filters, nothing extra. I need to get out quick, or, in a jiffy. This works and Im out most often in twenty minutes.

Customer service is excellent at this location. Garritt, the cashier, was not only friendly, but very knowledgeable and clearly explained the services I requested and even found me a discount on those items. There was zero pressure to buy something I dont need, just honest, helpful suggestions on what to keep in mind for my cars maintenance schedule, new services the shop now offers, and a gracious reminder of the benefits and guarantees that my purchase includes. To me, that indicates not only a top notch employee, but one you can truly trust. I feel safe and well taken care of at this location, and it is clear that they only want to provide the best experience possible here.

The worst experience ever

These guys used to be great but after some personnel changes, I won’t go back. During the last visit for an oil change, my car’s interior was covered in oily hand prints and it took considerably longer. Seems to be less passion and professionalism.

I took my car in for an oil change on 6-18. My car had been overheating, so I asked them to check the coolant. They told my coolant was OK. My car continued to overheat, so I took it to the dealership. They told me the coolant was 5 quarts low. This is the 2nd time weve had an issue with this location. Itll be a while before we will take any of our vehicles to Jiffy Lube.

My mom had her tires rotated here and a few miles down the road her tire actually fell off of her car while driving!!! Thank god she wasnt hurt and didnt run into anyone else! They then proceeded to return her car to her with a completely bald tire with a nail in it as a replacement!!! This business needs to be closed.
