The nice lady at the front office was awesome. She got our fresh caught fish taken care of. The shipping was right on and the fish arrived perfect. Thank you for your time and services. I will use them again on my next fishing trip.

Do you guys just sell dry ice?

I love this place. Went home to do some shopping. Second time using this company. Shipped alot of food for a reasonable price. Got my food the next week. They lady is very nice and knowledgeable about everything. And she also informed me that they do the shopping for you. Forgot to ask if they charge, but if they do. I wouldnt mind if they do. They only reason I go back home is for the food. Because California dont sell most of the food I eat. And if I do they charge and arm and leg. Plus it doesnt taste anything like home. Even the people that are from New Orleans cook like the people out here. That part there is sad.

Ordered Jan 7 2020Still didnt receive our items! Whats the hold up? Its been a whole 10 days. Im going to cancel this. The amount of money( 365$) we already gave them and no product... I dont earn my money just to give away to a company that clearly states 2-3 day shipping.. Unsatisfied customer! Never ever going through NOLA food shippers again. As of Jan15 still nothing! I havent cancelled because my husband just wants to be done with these people.

This place was incredible! Went on a Sunday morning fishing trip and didnt make plans to ship back the catch. They were closed when we go there but I called the number and the guy came by and took care of me. Outstanding customer service!! Even gave me a great lunch recommendation.

I needed some dry ice for a make shift a/c. Called the number( from of of Google, )the guy said they were closed on Sundays, but I could meet him at the shop in 30 minutes. Best place ever! Opened up on their day off, helped me out of a big jam in the Louisianas summer heat!!! TYVM!
