John and Dan went out of their way to help us with a reservation that was not made correctly by customer service. There was no car available and they moved things around to assist us. They went above and beyond and we are very grateful for their effort. They really cared about us and our predicament.

John L., was extremely rude. He did not wear a mask to protect customers from possible exposure to Covid-19. He also attempted to charge me for the use of a dolly, even though my movers had their own dollies. He claimed that the green latch was off of the dolly, indicating usage, however we did not remove the dolly. John needs training on customer service. I do not recommend this location.

Awesome Service, Great People Nice prices. Wish me and my fiance knew about the weekly rates but we should have asked..website needs to be updated. But in any event great place to rent

Worst service I have ever had an a Uhaul. The rep argued with my husband on if his lights worked, my husbands Jeep is his baby he knows the ins and outs of it. She didnt even seem to want to let us hook it up to see if her device was faulty. She finally allowed us and they worked. My husband then went inside to finalize paperwork and they denied him his rental because his drivers license was expired. He is active duty military and is allowed to have an expired license as long as he is still active duty. This is a state law. Luckily I was there and could put it in my name. Which we have never had a problem renting with his license they use his military ID. Which we rented another Uhaul today at a different location. The rep there said there are certain things that need to be clicked but yes its possible. The rep and the manager both argued with him over it. We were informed that if we were to return it after hours to put it in the same location, nothing was mentioned of a service fee and we have never paid one for returning after hours. Next morning I was charged an extra $20+ for returning after hours. Overall it was the worst experience, we will never rent there again. Also we were told to wear mask, which is fine but employees should also abide by that as well. I wouldnt make a fuss personally but they did so I will mention it.

Sometimes 70 and other times 150 for the same truck I always get. But they advertise prices as low as 19.99. They should also put and prices as high 199.99

Theres always an issue with the system

Booked a 26 ft moving truck, went the day of the move the manager could not locate the reservation, did not have a truck and would not locate one at another U Haul site, Needless to day with movers waiting at the house charging more than $200 hour this was a travesty. Not only did they not have a reservation or vehicle, she was rude and obnoxious! i found one at Enterprise, 15 miles away, who did not have blankets, and I asked her if she would rent the blankets, which this location had....but she said NO...they are for people who have reservations. So much for customer service! Never again at this location, as long as she is there. I rented these from another U Haul location, who had a more sensible manager, and said that i should rent the cheapest possible vehicle for $19 a day,leave it behind and take the blankets. Now that is caring and service!

Worst service ivr ever dealt with!!! Never use them!

Every thing was fine but, the lady at the desk. She talked so fast and made me feel stupid when I asked what she said. I just didnt know u haul lingo. :/

Process was easy however there is only one staff member at the desk so be prepared to wait behind others who are arranging rentals as well.

Bad experience there. I was briefly employed there and had issues with my training in which was rushed, not allowing me time to absorb what I learned and grow over time. A disagreement erupted between me and my trainer over the training process and manager took me off the schedule vowing to call me back when needed, but never did...I havent been back since this visit.

I rented a truck there and the employee on duty was very helpful and courteous.
