Ice cream, Blizzards, Burgers. I love Dairy Queen. Service here was great as well.

I came here for the first time and I was helped by a young woman by the name of Vanessa, it was probably one of the best customer experiences Ive ever had she just knew what I wanted through vague explanation and went above and beyond. Best DQ in the city I would say.

This has been the 3rd time I order a kids menu that includes an Icecream, and I ask for the coupon instead of the ice cream. I get to the window, they hand me my food, and NO COUPON….. I’m paying for this ice cream….. it’s been 3 times this has happened in a matter of two months. ….. I’m not pleased with my experiences. The workers need to be more responsible.

It was good, bathrooms are clean exactly what you would expect for a dairy queen.

I ordered around 8:30 tonight with a chicken sandwich, 2 drinks and regular 6 piece chicken strips. I then received a raw chicken sandwich. I could tell because I ripped off the breading and couldn’t break it was super rubbery and pinkish in the middle had go through out after one bite. I then received honey BBQ basket instead of regular chicken strips. Very disappointed with the service and attention to detail at this location.

Pathetic restaurant. Won’t accept gift cards, the quality has gone way down hill but the price has gone through the roof. They don’t even deserve a star for their service. Worst establishment in Saskatoon.

Very disappointed. I love having some good cookie dough chunks in my milkshake but they acted like I was making stuff up. Not a vibe in my opinion, other dq’s in the city are quality though.

I was there on 16 May at approximately 9pm. I ordered a medium oreo blizzard. The top 1/4 of the cup had oreo, the rest was only ice cream. Not impressed by this at all! Im guessing the store was running low on oreo so employees were instructed to only put some on the top. I wouldve came back but it wasnt worth my time

It was a quick snack. But the covid measures are through the roof good.

Had the new BBQ chicken strip. Awesome. Really filling. I would have been happy with them, didnt need to add fries. Not terribly fast but at least it was hot.

Very bad service! Orders are always wrong. I reached the point that even need to open the box and check whether there are 4 or 6 chicken strips. The only reason that I am going there, my son likes DQ chicken strips and it is the closest location for me.

Great staff, fair prices, and great quality. Staff and management are accommodation, cleaning procedures are top notch.

Went through the drive thru when nobody else was around, they directed me to park out front while we waited for the food to be finished. Waited almost 20 minutes.

Best place to go when you need to eat your feelings.

Very disappointed in the portion sizes. The chicken strips were smaller than McDonald’s chicken nugget and on top of that the costumer service was unpleasant and downright unacceptable.

Catch me getting my guilty pleasure Blizzard here often. This particular location can get pretty busy, but the staff is always efficient and the wait doesnt end up being too long. Feels like the menu changes often enough that I dont always get the same Blizzard.

Nice ice cream made over there

I like this a place. Ice cream cakes with free descriptions for birthdays etc. Only one downfall, they wont make me a half Orange Julius, half soft ice cream. Still 5 stars because they have good burgers too.

Fast friendly service. Truck in drive through ahead of us had 4 dogs in back seat. Was quite entertaining to watch staff at DQ give a milk bone to each dog.

Blizzard’s have very few toppings, even when paying for extra. Just go to the one on college drive if you want quality.

I understand covid makes restrictions. But closing bathrooms and not having common sense is brutal. I work out of my truck all day and they dont have the common sense to allow one to use the bathrooms.

Great place to get a nice cold treat, or a hamburger with reasonable prices! The staff is nice, and have never messed up my orders. Their restrooms are well maintained. Also a great place to hangout with friends!

Its a dairy Queen, not sure what else one would expect. The young staff at this location are actually pretty good, especially by todays standards. The food is always about the same. But the soft serve and blizzards you really go for are always on point. As much as I feel basic for liking them those blizzards are pretty darn tasty.

I don’t expect much from a fast food joint. However, I do expect to receive a professional customer experience from the staff. Where is what I have experienced was nothing more than not even making eye contact let alone with a smile on their face. Which lead into myself having to listen to the drive thru clerk talk negatively about another coworker. This was extremely unprofessional. Side note: I order a Oreo blizzard which was less than par as it had less toppings on it like McDonald’s McFlurries when they’re machines aren’t working.

The youngsters do a decent job. The ice cream and food were good.I wish they didnt serve products theyre almost out of. Simply because I dont enjoy when ⅓ of my blizzard is missing the flavor I asked for.Overall, a good experience.

Despite the long drive-thru lineup, their team worked quickly to have the traffic move along. In addition, the food was hot and the service was friendly. They also have their dining room open for takeout orders!

Usually just come here for the ice cream, if you’re ordering food expect a minimum of $30 for two people. So if you’re on a budget, consider going somewhere else. I love their chicken backets though so good.

When I asked for a return on my purchase because it had been made wrong, the manager Liam refused, and made me feel like I had done something wrong. He also had 8 staff members staring at me, one who blamed me for trying to return their good product. Very, very poor customer service.

Who doesnt love a DQ blizzard on a hot day? This location is a nice size inside and has decent seating outside as well.

A clean, nicely run restaurant that sticks to what DQ is about. However, Im not sure that this is a local issue or corporate issue, but the lids for the drinks are very flimsy now. Whenever I would pick up my drink, the lid would pop off as if they and/or the cups have gotten cheaper. Otherwise, would highly recommend.

Met up with a friend. This location is warm & welcoming, with fast friendly service. (And my chocolate sundae was one of the best Ive ever had at a DQ.)

This is based on a one day experience (January 21, 2019). I ordered two strawberry milkshakes and one of them had some chunks of fudge in it. When I went back a few days later, I spoke to the manager and he tells me that they usually clean the blenders before each use and he’s not sure, but then in the next breath, he tells me that it could be from the bender. How confusing it that message?!! He didn’t even apologize and that’s all I was left with.

Chicken strips are always delicious. The grill burgers bun was a bit dry but still quite tasty.

Not pleased with quality of the kids meal. Bananas in 2 kids meal were half spoiled and still served it. Terrible timing for dessert especially with kids. Gave a kids icecream cone even before the drinks when eating in the restaurant. Needless to say the 2 year old fought even eating her meal, and the cones where melting before the kids were done eating their food. What happened to the coupons we could grab the cone after the meal was finished?

I am usually okay with having a bit of a mess up in the order because life happens but this made me mad. I ordered the $6 meal deal with the cheeseburger, fries, a drink and a sundae. When I ordered they asked what drink I said Pepsi and then they asked if I wanted to order a sundae or just get a coupon, I asked for a coupon. When I got my food I had a cheeseburger and fries, that is it. No drink and no coupon for my treat!! I also didnt get a receipt to see what I even paid for!Like I said I am fine with a bit of mess up in an order, but I didnt get half of my meal!!!!!!

Artisan Philly sandwich came with microwaved previously frozen onions and peppers. The bun was soggy and overheated from being microwaved. I have had better sandwich in a corner store.
