I ordered a 2-flavor snowball with condensed milk. I was basically sucking air. They must have put 2 drops of syrup and the rest ice. First and last trip to this place. Just call it the Dry Spot.

Best snowballs on the westbank!! great service always the girls are so sweet and very quick although they always have a line! wide selection of flavors and they also have all sorts of ice cream creations like banana splits, a la modes, and sundaes! great spot with great people recommend it to everyone! i’ve seen the girls cleaning everytime i come it’s always spotless inside too. 11/10.

They have children running this place and if they fixed their snowballs in order instead of their friends first, this place needs better Management maybe need to clean house also. Start using your heads NOT your phones girls.

Won’t be coming back here. Came here everyday for the past four months since I recently moved to the area, because my kids love snoballs. The customer service tonight was horrible. I ended up paying for a snowball that I didn’t even want. Had to pay for another just to get what I wanted.

They are still open and 3 of their employees have had covid but they refuse to close. I never see any employees with mask on or wearing gloves.

Solid 4 easy maybe 4.5 but its not an option.. I will always love Bucks in Westwego but this is closer to my house... just plain good...

My kids love to have a snowball and gets everything in my car sticky but they like it.

Ordered a cream flavored snowball and my ice was white in the center. Not enough syrup.

I used to come here all the time but I guess this will be my last time. Besides raising prices, the quality of the product went down. I bought myself a $2.75 snowball and all I got was a 3 quarts plain ice with a 1 quart syrup on top.

CASH ONLY. Be prepared for that. Great local spot for a sno-ball. Lots of flavor choices. Additional snack items available. Biggest prob: no seating & no cards accepted. The seating thing can really be a safety issue. Their parking lot is very close to their queuing area. That means that little kids running around waiting or enjoying their sno-ball area very close to cars pulling in or leaving. If there were a few picnic tables, then you can more easily plant them in one spot.
