Mrs. Yvonne at the Lapalco office goes above and beyond for her patients. She is attentive as soon as you walk in the door. I got my glasses the 10 day waiting period that was estimated for my purchase. I did not feel pushed to purchase anything extra but was shown all my options and was given prices as we went. I appreciate the time she took and the great customer service. Any time I am in the office she has made adjustments if necessary to the frame as well as clean them when needed.

Very fast at fixing problems.

They never answer the phone and it takes a week before anyone calls you back.

Took 2 weeks to receive. Had to send both pairs back for sub par work. Stuck with glasses I am very unhappy with. Overcharged for poor quality lender. I would not buy from them again.
