I had a major car repair done 2 yrs ago and recently oil changed.Also a few other repairs previously.Very courteous and professional.

Customer service was great! The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. They took great care of my Camaro, I will be returning every time I need something done to my car because I know its in good hands with them.

DO NOT take your vehicle here. Took my car here in December for repair. My car is down again for the same issue. I call the owner Dave to see if he can look at my car (as they have a year warranty on service) and I have warranty on the parts as they are certified new from the dealer and he hung up the phone on me.This is horrible customer service. I will be taking my vehicle to a RESPECTABLE Certified automotive shop where my vehicle will be serviced properly with great customer service.Once complete I will take my service receipts from both shops to my lawyer, to sue 4th Street Automotive for my money back, plus legal fees.
