Worst experience Ive ever had from the beginning. It took at least a half an hour for a sales associate to help me. After choosing the appliance, the sales associate forgot to schedule a haul away which we didnt discover until delivery. They subcontract to a delivery service so if your appliance needs to have the handles removed so the appliance can fit through your doors, or the water line installed, they are not permitted to do it. This was never explained at the time of sale and the delivery charge was $100. They basically bring in the appliance and set it down. The appliance ended up being defective. After several phone calls to Best Buy and LG, I ended up going back to the store to pick out another refrigerator. At that time I had to buy a water line kit. When I got home, I noticed it was missing pieces. I called the store and was assured a new kit would be placed inside the new refrigerator so I would have it upon delivery. It wasnt there. I called the store at least 10 times and no one ever answered. I ended up driving back over to the store. There were maybe two customers and sales associates were standing around at desk right next to the phone. When I explained about the water line, I was handed another one without any apology. Since the refrigerator wont fit through my kitchen door, I have to wait a couple of days for an installer to come and take off the doors. Needless to say, I am holding my breath that all will go well. The whole experience has been ridiculous. Never again.

Quality helpful employees that handled my washer and dryer with care and were quite personable. I had arrived just before closing on a Saturday evening and they didnt seemed irritated by that at all and were just eager and happy to get my appliances and send me on my way. Just an overall pleasant experience!

Went looking for a refrigerator & they had a great selection of them. Will tell all my friends & family about Best Buy Outlet.

Horrible service. Ordered on line from Outlet because order ready for pick up in one hour. 6 hours later, still not ready. Called the store multiple times, rang for minutes then got disconnected. I cancelled the order and purchased from a local merchant. Same price but much better service.

Good deals to be had, but choose wisely. These arent just store demo open boxes but also returns. Went looking for an affordable washer and dry as mine is backordered. A lot a their washers still had water in them and smelled awful. I also basically had to beg for help as the majority of the items had no price marked, despite 5 employees standing around.

Very poor coordination between sales and delivery staff. Many empty promises resulted in my old refrigerator sitting in my living room for 5 days.

Decent prices, but I wandered around the store for 20 minutes without anyone offering any help. it was clear that I was looking for some assistance but when I finally had enough of the waiting, the 4 employees were all at the front of the store chatting with each other.got a better price at Costco on a new machine in the end.

Did not have what we needed. Lots of washers, dryers and fridges. Prices are just okay. Can do just as good if you shop around.

Shout out to Sam, manager of the Marlton location, who personally came out with his employee and installed my washer/ dryer. After the geek squad canceled my installation appointment, I was really frustrated and walked in the store ready to cancel my order. Sam not only came out to my house the same day I went in to the store, but he was nice enough to clean my laundry area prior to installing the new washer/ dryer. Im really grateful to him and his team member to show such dedication towards their customers satisfaction and to go above and beyond to rectify the mistake. Thanks again Sam, you are the best!

Didnt know this place was here. Just saw it driving by and stoped in. Im in the market for a 2nd fridge to keep in my garage so makes no difference if it has a small scratch or dent. They had over 100 of them lined up to choose from marked down significantly of all different sizes and prices. Same for other appliances.

Nice selection i got a dishwasher same model # i looked at in lowes but i got it $300 less ; fridge for almost $1,000 less. so happy i checked them out. also only $100 delivery for both and will be delivered in 2 days

After discussing with the regular Best Buy management we were able to resolve an ongoing issue with our washer. P.S.Don’t buy the whirlpool units with the digital buttons. Went through several broken units before we moved to lg.

Great deals on some stuff. I got a refrigerator for 300 +100 delivery fee. The refrigerator has a dent on the right side & the legs are bent. So its for the outside so it doesnt matter, put some shims or blocks under the leg, etc to take care of that. It works well so far. I got warranty for 3 yrs for 49. Id check them out again. They had lots of washers, dryers, refrigerators, tvs, etc. So check them out before you make a major purchase.

Just picked up a TV from this store. Open box in Exellent condition. No damage or missing accessories.Well that was a lie because it was missing the remote and the mounting hardware. Now I either buy a new remote and wait for shipping or try to rebox the tv and take it back for a return. Dont waste your time.

They have short hours and dont open until 12 and while it looks disorganized they cant find items that Best Buys website says are either at an area store or are at the outlet. I would looking for a 33 inch bottom freezer fridge have you drove there twice to no avail. You also cannot call any Best Buy store anymore and getting someone in the store. No wonder they are closing some of their stores in-person retail

Needed a new washer dryer for a reasonable price ASAP! Decided to check this place out and wasn’t disappointed. Quite a large selection and very reasonable prices, better than I could find anywhere online. Most of the items only had a few minor imperfections, nothing to make you turn down the huge discounts off retail prices. Isaiah was a great sales rep, super friendly and helpful and the manager was great as well! Will be back when I need something else and will recommend to friends and colleagues!

I purchased a new TV from here. Biggest waste of time. Store help wasnt horrible but I brought a very expensive qled tv home, hung it and it had a crack in the screen. After that it was just a fiasco. The third party company that came to get it were rude as could be and told me they probably wouldnt give me a full refund but a store credit! On top of that they told me a week before Id see a refund. Called the store and it was no better However they did say they would return the money.. Inspect the product!

Great experience, I did purchase a open box TV. The sales guy was informative as well as turned the TV on for me to make sure it was good to go.

This is a scratch and dent store. Many employees inside but none are very attractive. Was looking at appliances in 1 spot for 26mins waiting for help. Had to go and grab someone to help. The prices for dented items seem high. Better off buying from the store in perfect condition. If you can afford to spend $800 on a dented dishwasher might as well put a couple hundred $ more and buy new.

Went to purchase a washer and dryer. The two stars are only because the salesperson was friendly and helpful.The store itself deserves zero stars- the appliances are marketed as scratch and dent, not used. Good thing I inspected inside the dryer as I was about to purchase. Not one dryer had a clean lint trap, and lint was all in the machines. Gross. How refurbished can a unit be if they don’t do the basic cleaning?

We found a open boxed Whirlpool refrigerator that was in perfect shaped at a great price. About 2weeks later it was delivered. The door handles were crushed in and there was big dents and scratches all over the fridge. It was so upsetting. I refused the delivery and they told us to come pick out another one but we couldnt find one that was compatible. They did refund all our money but we lost out on a beautiful refrigerator at a really low price!!
