Had just what I needed and the workers all had masks on and that was great

I used to enjoy coming to this store. Its always nice and clean thats never a problem. Theres always lots of people there to help thats not the problem. The problem is they only seem to cater anymore to the higher-end brands. Not everybody can afford them they used to have variety but they dont seem to have that anymore and that was very disappointing

Found on their website the best deal on bamboo pillows. Much less than Amazon for the same product

So this is actually a pretty funny story. My elders are shopaholics and they were searching for a few expensive items. We got to checkout and realized I didnt have any coupons on Retailmenot so they got into a rut. As me and my cousin are talking theyre getting ready to walk out with nothing, but a blonde cashier said, Ladies, ladies, be patient. I will help you. I DIED LAUGHING BECAUSE WE ALL KNEW THEY WERE BEING TO HASTY AJKAKAKAK! She got us set up with a discount of either 20% or 25%, and we left happily as I teased them in the car lmfao.

Had coupon on phone just as the cashier went to scan it my phone went dead. His response to me was. You have ten days to get it adjusted just come back when your phone is charged. My point is that he was looking at the coupon, he knew I had the coupon, but offered no assistance whatsoever, I do believe he could have done something. Real bad customer service.

As usual a large inventory of high quality items. You will not be in the store more than a few minutes and a staff member will be there to assist you find what you are looking for. The store is meticulously clean and organized. The entire staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The store atmosphere is laid back casual. Conveniently located with lots of parking. Both parking lot and store are handicap friendly. Enjoy.

Very professional and helpful. I asked a question about an item and without having to ask, an employee called over the monitor to have someone meet me at the department I was interested in. Which the employee was there within 5 seconds of me walking back there. I was also able to find everything i needed so I didnt have to go to another store after.

Bed Bath & Beyond prices are mostly MSRP. However, with coupons you can get great products at great prices. Love that expired coupons are accepted. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

My experience at Bed Bath and Beyond was very good. I found everything I was looking for and more. Also, there were people who walked around to ask if you needed help finding anything. But did not follow you around the whole time. It was a very pleasurable.

Purchased a set of sheets, 1,000 thread count. They are like sleeping in a high end hotel. Soft and silky. And...got 20 percent off.

Love shopping here they always have what I need I just think theyre coupon system is strange. They put out 20% off one item coupons but allow you to collect them from as many sources as possible and and use multiple coupons in one shopping trip, one for each item purchased, and even though they have expiration dates they will still accept them beyond those dates. So why not just put out a coupon that says 20% of your total order with no expiration date on it.

I hate going g here! I go in for one thing and end up with a ton of things I realize I need, not want but need. Seriously this is a good store with a lot for the house.

The manager is rude. I was patiently waiting in line and there was a kid training with her. I watched the next customer leave and looked down without approaching him to fast so he had a chance to catch up the poor kid was nervous. The woman manager yells to me like shes a corrections offer or some kinda person of authority to me... LETS GO! I was in absolute shock.The poor kid was tense and very nervous. I would be to. The manager is over him being SUPER CONDESENDING. I can hear her sighing while I was inserting my card. The woman did not say one word to me the whole transaction, she showed no remorse toward me after I looked at her in shock. She just started at me incessantly as if she can bully me like she bullies her staff HAHA. All and all she should not be managing anyone. I will go to another location after this experience .
