Went to get paint on a Friday evening after work and was very impressed with Leo. He was working by himself, was working with a customer on the phone that was looking for a couple different things and had 3-4 customers in the store. Leo acknowledged customers that were waiting and then gave each customer his full attention and was very helpful. His customer service was excellent while meeting many demands at once.

This place has very good paints and for the most part the employees are very helpful. One of the employees as a very poor attitude and did not speak to me very nicely at all acting like he was more important than I am. For that it was very dissatisfied.

Great store with very helpful employees and routine sales. If youre in the military ask for the discount. Never had an issue picking up paint and they will keep your history if you need to order the same color paint.

I called to make an appointment with the color consultant. I was told that she does not make appointments so far out ( I wanted to schedule in 4 weeks- the weekend we were to move into our new home). They told me to call back closer to the date I needed her, so I called again a week out. I was informed someone would call me back with her availability. No one called .. I continued to call 3 times over the course of a week and a half. All the times I was told they are still unable to reach the consultant and that if they didnt hear from her soon they would request a color consultant from another store. Well, over a month has gone by and I was tired of harassing this store with my phone calls. I guess they did not want my business so I took it elsewhere and am very happy with the customer service I received choosing Benjamin Moore paints for our home.

I would tell them that the store employees are very helpful, knowledgeable and that SW paint is a superior product.
