Poor attitude. Advertise a price and wont honor it. Clerk said he cant change what register says. Showed sign with different price and he said he cant change it. Had a horrible attitude

I gave it 1 star because it was no less, 9 months ago I got gas, a woman yelled at me because the car was not turned off, it was not the way, I stopped going to this gas station, today I decided to return and again the woman did me again problem, I went for a coffee in which my tank was filling, she told me in an irritating way that I could not stop filling the tank by myself, I understand that but why not be polite with the customers, she telling me that I could not do that, while she smoked a cigarette at the gas station !!!! Who is wrong?

Service is rough at best. No one working wears a mask during COVID. Would not recommend.

They ladies who work here are always nice to me, the owner not so much and he treats the employees like garbage but they dont let him dictate how they take care of customers with respect. I love coming to this station for snacks, gas, milk(always stocked) and I especially love the coffee here its always fresh!!

There is little to describe the lack of service that this location provides. I needed a car wash when I gassed up my car. So, I purchased the option while I was pumping. After I finished filling the tank I drove over to the car was and found it was closed. Keep the in mind there is only a small sign angled strangely that is easily blocked by cars at the pumps saying this. Being a paying customer, who had now purchased something that wasnt available, I went in to get a refund (not an unrealistic expectation). What I heard in response was upsetting enough for me to write this. There is nothing we can do for you. Is all they kept saying. Though the wash voucher is good for two weeks, I am rarely in this area and shouldnt have to go out of my way to get what I paid for, with the expectation of service (which was justified with the information given). I ask that if you read this review, that you join in a boycott of this establishment.

Stay away from the Gulf station at 114 E Main St, Marlborough, MA. The owner is nasty to his employees, and customers.Aside from the times Ive heard him berating his employees in the store, and previous times Ive tolerated his rudeness, Ill just tell you what happened to me around 4:30 pm on 03/05/2013.Running short before payday, I went in with a handful of dimes to make a small purchase. The owner refused to accept my money, explaining that it is too much trouble for him to count all the change at closing time. He then directed me to walk to the bank across the street, where i can trade my dimes for bills.Now this is a busy street at a busy intersection, and there were piles of snow to circumvent.You should also know that I am physically disabled. My feet and legs just dont get me around so well anymore. He knows this because I have been a customer there for more than a year now; often asking a friend to make the walk for me.He is telling me that I should trek over to the bank and back, to save him from counting 75 extra dimes at the end of the day.Am I wrong to be upset?I did as he said, and walked to the bank. Now this bank (TD Bank) also refused the dimes, but thats a whole other rant. I went back to the Gulf station at 114 E Main St, and explained that they also refused my 75 dimes.With much complaining, he agreed to take the dimes, but continued to rant about how I was putting him out. With that, I had enough, and told him to forget it. I had a few words for him before I left, and I will NOT go back.

The female employees are rude. I had to walk through a billow of smoke at the front door while they stood there smoking. Isnt it illegal to smoke on the premises?? And I got a nasty earful for feeding the birds there. Wow.

I agree this place is beyond rude. I was yelled at through the loudspeaker when i brushed some snow off my car while filling my tank. Stay away.

Two employees smoking cigarettes at the front door were enough to prevent me from going inside to get anything. I won’t be back.

Very rude. Ive gone in there a few times several of the female employees treated me terribly. I was shocked with how poor the customer service is.

Ive been going here for years and the service had always been so-so. But today I needed to fill up before work and I am low as hell on gas and they are still not open 15 minutes after posted opening time. Dont go here
