My asthma is acting up, cough. Is awful,meds called in by dr yesterday,,it’s after 3 pm next day prescription not filled. What a disgrace. They should be ashamed of themself.

First off in a matter of a few weeks the rating of this CVS went from overr 3 stars to under 3 stars and I am starting to understand why. Ive defending this location against others and have continued my care here.Recently I have needed multiple prescriptions filled and have not had great experiences. Long slow moving lines. Went inside told one of my prescription still needs 20 more minutes, I come back, 30 minutes later, Im told its still not ready and to come back in 2hrs. Seems like communication needs to be better.This week my MD put a prescription in that I need to take prior to a procedure. I received a text that it is on order and I will receive a text when its ready. 3 days later, no text, so I call, have to nagivate through the call prompts, wait on hold for 10 minutes and the speak to someone who sounded like he had no time to speak to me and tells me its ready so I had to confirm that the prescription is now ready and I can pick it up and he says yes. Never received a text, never received a call. This is peoples health and it seems to be a bit all over the place. I have been very patient with this location but I will be updating my pharmacy to another local pharmacy for the future as one thing after another seems inexcusable and gives me a lack of faith/trust in those providing my medications.

The pharmacy never picks up the phone. Currently been on hold for 25 minutes. Am on my second call. But thats how CVS works... none of them ever pick up in a timely manner.

The closest branch from where I live. Usually, the pharmacists seem better from later afternoon till evening. Waiting time is usually short, and cashiers (males) are very helpful as well.

My physician filed an Ex to be filled at this location. There was a wait, while there were but a few customers lingering about. When my Ex was declared ready, the pharmacist reduced the number of pills in my prescription by law based on lack of previous usage. She was told that I am a cancer patient, and she needed to call my Dr. to be sure this info AND ANY DEVIATIONS IN MY CARE are in the hands of MY physician, and not a pharmacist. The myopic interest in control of my medications rather than the patient OR Dr.(who wrote the prescription) is a perfect example of 2021. The concept that any medical professional would allow for any misconceptions about patient care lends itself to worse. My Dr. must take my word for being issued only a partial RX, with no refills, rather than be informed by the pharmacist every detail of how this situation occurred! Apalling!

The 6’ tall Caucasian stock guy employee constantly stood next to me in the shampoo aisle obviously harassing me, a senior disabled woman on 4-13-21@ 6:40 pm. He’s been harassing customers for years.

Go to any other pharmacy.They have the longest lines, the slowest, least knowledgeable employees, not to mention constantly being out of common medications. Like for up to six weeks!!I avoid this place like a COVID hot spot no joke. Save yourself the hassle there are a million other places.I’m writing this on my 15th minute in the drive-thru line 🙄

I went to this CVS to scan over 100 photos to a USB drive - something that this technologically challenged customer had never done before. Both Heidi and Katie were incredibly patient and helpful. They quickly zipped between working the registers, doing their other tasks, and helping me get the scanning just right. Excellent customer service! Thank you!

On 1/4/20 I went to the store to get a flu shot. A pharmacy employee - a young, morbidly obese woman - told me that my Tufts Medicare Advantage plan did not cover flu shots and I had to bring my Medicare Part A/B card. I went home, fetched the card and brought it to the pharmacy only to be told that my Medicare ID did not match my name....I called Medicare and verified that the name and ID on my Medicare card match. I then called Tufts and verified that my Medicare Advantage plan does cover flu shots.You might want to steer clear of this CVS pharmacy for it is staffed by morons and may be hazardous to ones health.

Sonia at the pharmacy was very curt. She was impatient, rude and uncaring. She cut me off mid sentence multiple times and rushed me. She acted as if none of her customers mattered. I would not be writing this post if I hadnt seen her treat other customers the same way she treated me. For that, she doesnt even earn one star.For the rest of the pharmacy staff; they were very friendly, patient and helpful.

Terrible customer service! Especially Jeanette! I needed a biometric photo for passport. They didn’t even say hi or how can i help you! And took a picture, didn’t ask how many or anything else. And pictures are terrible! Flu and useless! And they want $14.99 for this terrible service. Unbelievable!

I think this might have been the CVS I went to in or near Marlborough. I needed to have a minor surgery and chose to stay the night at a hotel rather than driving home to Cape Cod.As I recall, I was able to find everything I needed quickly and easily even though it seems every CVS I have ever set foot in has a different layout, but thats why there are signs above the aisles. Anyway, I got some pain medicine, theracare warming patches and an icebag as well as probably a couple of travel toiletries.The cashier was friendly and efficient and asked if I had found all I needed. I dont think there was any line which was nice and not always the case as some CVS stores seem to be understaffed. All in all a good experience, the store was clean and well stocked and I got what I needed quickly.

I transferred my scripts from Sudbury CVS, and have been pleased at the personableness of the staff - even when I sensed that management must have been changing up their accustomed routine. Everyone is friendly, with a sense of humor, and I think they do their best to keep things moving. That said, as anywhere, there is the occasional frustration of finding that the auto call saying pick up was ready did not match reality, which is why I give it a 4 instead of a 5. Am glad I switched. Its worth the extra distance to travel. Front end always inquires if I found everything, and are also friendly.

Pharmacy always has line and seems short on staff members. Dont try calling on Saturday mornings-youll be on the phone for more than a half hour.Staff is always friendly and willing to help though.

Hey...locals go to CVS because its open 24 hours. I 💘 this store, and know that the pharmacy counter always gets slammed with disgruntled customers who get 😡 angry when their insurance doesnt cover their 💊. Its unfortunate that insurances are cutting costs but dont take your anger out on the helpless pharmacist who is only trying to fill your prescription and help you.. Put yourself in their 👞 when dealing with the public.

I was recently at CVS to pick my medication. I got there at 7:30 pm then I was told to comeback in 15 minutes. I arrived at 8:15 pm medication was not ready. I was there until 9:00 on waiting for a acute prescription. The service needs to improve.

I have been going to CVS and using their pharmacy for many years. I have never had an unpleasant experience there. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Today, however, I found the pharmacist very rude. I went to get blood pressure medication at about 5:30 PM but the prescription had not been placed yet. I asked the pharmacist if I could get two pills to hold me over till I could call my doctor Monday. (You are supposed to take them every day ... which a pharmacist should know.) She said No. I said that I will take my business to Walgreens. She simply said Go ahead. Well, guess what. Walgreens it is for myself and my family and anyone else who will listen.

The pharmacy is understaffed and overwhelmed by volume. It takes them forever to answer the telephone and you cant be in a rush because the lines are always long. Its the only 24 hour pharmacy near me. Even if you go in during the middle of the night except to wait because one person is answering the phones filling the prescriptions doing the register and the drive-up window. The drive thru gets closed because of the staff being overwhelmed by the volume of customers at the pharmacy. Its not nice to force disabled people to walk into the building and then have to continue waiting . One of the night pharmacist has no concern for customers health and safety. That pharmacist dont seem to have any clue about keeping things sanitary.

Forced to go here by my insurance. HATE this location. HATE IT. The pharmacists know not, what good customer service is. Rude. Ignore customers. Make promises they do not keep. Change refill amounts to make you come in all the time. A 90 day supply, turns into a 30 day supply... only to be told by my insurance to change it back to 90 day. HATE THIS CVS!

I stopped using cvs in 2014 due to being spoken rudely to by an employee in the Webster cvs...So I give them another chance on the evening of Tues March 1st around 9:45pm, and had one of the rudest pharmacists EVER!!!!! instead of helping me...... he caused me to feel like I had done something wrong!!!!!Questioning me about my medications....... telling me I was taking my medication improperly!!!!I do not like anyone insinuating that I am doing wrong.... when they have no idea what they are talking about.....Needless to say my medication had run out 2 days prior to this....... now 3 days without my medication, and have NO transportation to go elsewhere to get it......I am disgusted with that pharmacy for making me feel like ive done something wrong....NO stars from me.......... and I will never use cvs again!!!!

24 hour pharmacy right up the street, as opposed to the Walgreens that closes around 8pm. Wonderful! We switched to CVS because of this and the fact that our prescription drug coverage is now under CVS Caremark so it seemed like an easier deal all the way around.Boy oh boy did we get schooled...We took our new Caremark coverage to CVS to pick up my sons prescription, they said it didnt cover him because it was under my name... wonderful. So we had to use my AAA card to get any sort of discount.I went back and spoke to my benefits office and they said that CVS should have been able to easily process this because my son was on our coverage. They gave me my wife and sons individual numbers to take back to the pharmacy.That did us no better...We wait for 20 minutes at the drive through line while the pharmacist tried to figure out our card. Finally, he came back to the window in a rather gruff voice like he had just done us some kind of favor said that hed just gotten off the phone with the insurance, that the card was the same as the AAA discount and so we were already in the system.This made no sense at all. They couldnt put us in the system last time, we tried that!So we asked how much the prescription would be... $200 they said.Yeah, I dont think so. That same prescription was $20 when we were under Medco. There is no way the coverage under caremark is THAT bad.We came home, I checked again with my benefits office, and logged into the caremark website... What a surprise. With our card, the prescription is $20 at CVS and $10 at Walgreens.Now I dont know if this was incompetence, negligence, or if they were seriously trying to rip us off, (Usually Ill give people the benefit of the doubt, but given the pharmicists attitude...) but frankly I dont care. Ten to twenty times the actual price is a pretty ridiculous mistake to make.Needless to say, were going back to Walgreens, weve had enough.

Extremely rude, was calling from a dental office and was put on hold for a lengthy time and kept being hung up on, when I eventually spoke with a pharmacy technician, she was very unprofessional and short with me. not happy with the service that I received, will now do business with WALGREENS ONLY
