A decent run of the mill Target. The checkout staff was very friendly which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 3.

I was very disappointed with the selection of what I went in to purchase. I wanted valances but was not able to find any that were 17 or 18 inches in length,

I go to Targets all over the place... This one was on my way home and I needed to get a long list of things. NEVER IN MY LIFE have a seen a store that was a total disaster .... My photos were in the mens section, but this is representative of the entire store . The entire store was a total disaster and so much stuff laying on the floor in all departments. I ended up leaving and going to the Millbury location which was complete opposite. Definitely something wrong with the management of this Target .

Update: 07/23/21 I just wanted to put in a good word for Michael, one of the employees that do the curbside for Target. He was very helpful and willing to go beyond the call of duty for me. Keep up the good work TargetI have to say these guys have really changed over the past couple of years. I use to avoid this place because of the long lines and the employees that worked there. Theyve changed both in a big way.They now have express registers that work great, no more waiting. The employees now are very good, and helpful. To top it off they even have online ordering and you can pick it, up usually with a couple of hours. Someone in the store will actually pick it up for you and bring it to the service desk, and all you have to do is go in, show your id, and pick it up. How easy is that? Someone is really thinking customer service at Target, and at the Marlboro east store it really shows.

I love this store, it is so organized, and the products are great. Each time I go, I always end up getting something I want along with the things on my list, but the customer service is HORRIBLE. Each time there is a problem, I get put on hold for long periods of time while on the phone, or something is broken, not working or something else. It always takes hours and sometimes ends up being unresolved.

This was our first Target curbside pickup, and we found the entire experience from online ordering to delivery in the clearly marked East Marlborough store entirely satisfying. The products were exactly as ordered,and the customer service experience was flawless.

Great store better than Walmart

Always clean and nice. Today we did the drive up order because we are in a two week quarantine. Somehow our order was given to someone else and it showed that the order had been picked up even though I was still in the parking lot waiting. Called the customer service and they figured it out, re-shopped our order, and brought it out to us. It took almost an hour of waiting but they were really nice and efficient fixing the problem and gave us a gift card for the extra time we spent there. Great people and great shopping experience

Ive had such great experiences with the curbside pick-up at Target Marlborough East. I click on my way from my ap (and I am not far away) and when I arrive, the wait time is so short (sometimes they have arrived outside the car with our items before Ive even opened my trunk!!) I have used the service many times and have had friendly employees deliver my items safely to the car each time!

Its a Target. if youve been to one, youve been to this one. It has a selection of various name and Target brands and offers consumer electronics, clothes, household goods, dry foods, and a small selection of produce and other fresh foods. This store is easy to navigate, has kind staff, and is clean.

One of the few places where I can buy Evian water. However, they increased the price from $9.99 to like $12.99, lousy move. Another lousy move is that they bumped the price on a spray type mini disinfectant from $.99 to $2.99. The store clerks are usually nice, however.

During this very rough time for everyone, I (being at high risk) am confined to my home....I had called to ask a couple of questions & was greeted so very nicely, with every question answered with ease. Not to mention the kindness in their demeanor was so uplifting. I actually am a vendor that does work in this store & I did not make them aware of that, but the ease & quickness of the ENTIRE transaction was a bright spot in what has been a very dark time lately for us all.

The team members in Marlboro east are so nice and friendly. They were still ringing my second order when I arrived at the store. They were so flexible and helped me get it thru. They understood peoples stress under pandemic and they were flexible. Really appreciate it!

People are not social distancing in line. The store can do a better job to facilitate this.

I dont typically write reviews, but I am compelled to write one about this store because of the excellent service I recently received. I purchased some outdoor furniture and wasnt sure if it would fit in my car. An employee named Colin spent over 15 minutes figuring out how to get everything into my car (while also being very careful not to scratch it), so I wouldnt have to make two trips. I was amazed and very thankful for his help. This truly was 5-star service!

LOVE LOVE this target. Its always clean, bright, the staff is great, and it is NEVER EVER crowded. Their selection is the best in the area and I always find things there that I dont see anywhere else.Their toy section is especially great! Much better than the one in Framingham.

This Target location is super clean, neat, tidy and very well stocked even on a Saturday it wasn’t busy at all.

The aisles are wide and unencumbered + free from clutter...Shoppers theres a blue light special in aisle 5...meaning theyve had some significant markdowns and want their customers to peruse the aisle and pick up that fantastic find thats been drastically reduced in price...Target has bullseye savings (especially upon ✔ out the prices drop on your receipt).. Beware of scammers w/skimming equipment that have the ability to steal your bankcard info while waiting to ✔ out..Be hyper vigilant...

Lovely place to shop around .They remain open till midnight for festival season . Had ordered two round pillows for our Diwan inspite of no sizes on picture .The product ordered was a perfect fit . Its awesome place to shop with a big parking lot . Very very visible from main road .Staff was really very very friendly

This place is pretty huge. Has a great selection of clearance items, especially for the kids. The opticians are super friendly and great with the kids and you cant beat the deals they offer and AAA discounts on top of the red card.

I came into the store at about 8:30 AM and there were multiple pallets of blocking multiple aisles. When I say blocking, I mean that you could not even go into them. In the aisles that were not blocked, the shelves were almost bare. I had three things on my list that I wanted to get and only one was in stock. The employees did not acknowledge me as I walked the store. I am not talking about asking if I needed assistance either, they did not even make eye contact. I must have walked by at least 20.

I live closer to the Framingham Target but I like going to the Target located at Marlborough East. It is always fully stocked of the items I need and the store is neat and clean. I always find great clearance deals too.

Its a target.Most stuff is fine, but expect to pay more for groceries than the local places, also not as much variety as most grocers.

My wife bought some roll, cold cuts and cheese at target for lunch today. I was enjoying my sandwich when my son pointed out that his cheese was Green. I look in my sandwich and here is what I found. I called Target and they said I could bring it back and they would exchange it. Problem is it would cost me more in gas than the product was worth so I asked them to mail me a refund but no luck. I asked for a supervisor and they gave me the same story. Ill check back Monday to see if I can get to someone who understands Customer Service.

I love shopping target at South Shore Plaza!onestopshop, on another note there is a manager name tyler he needs to be retrained on how to treat customers. Not a nice guy.

One of the cleanest Targets that I have ever been in. It is also one of the largest. There is also a large grocery section that makes shopping trips convenient.

No one restocking a lot of the ai or anyone in that section. I would also get a better meat vender. That stuff is terrible. The rest of the store is usually pretty orderly and the ppl who work there are helpful and pleasant.
