Stopped in for touch up paint after finding a scratch appear on my car door overnight.Soladin offered to help figure it the color code even do far as going out and looking through the car to find the info tag that had it. We found the correct paint color to match, which want as straight forward as I had expected seeing how many silver paint options they had in stock.Customer service was friendly efficient and knowledgeable. Excellent experience and result.

My favorite store in town. I always come here for my auto needs. They are always ready to help, and are very good at what they do. If you need it done, Dale will try his best to get whatever it is you need. Best parts and accessories store in town for cars.

Fantastic customer service, the gentleman at the front immediately asked how he could help and went out of his way to demonstrate the light replacements, identified the correct model I needed, then helped me test the lights to make sure it was done correctly. The customer service and teach a man to fish attitude goes a long way.

6 month old dualistic battery was dying every week (only drive the car once or twice per week). I went to get it exchanged under warranty, they tested and it came out good they refused to exchange battery and told me I had to turn the car on atleast every 2 days. After arguing for about 5 mins they finally agreed to replace my battery but said the warranty is voided from here on out. Guess what? Car never needed charging again even after turning it on once a week (winter time)! It was def the battery that was faulty. Maybe employees needed better training, a car battery should not be dying every other day.

I was in trouble trying to move a trailer that was not staying attached. I stopped and asked if I could borrow some tools. They didnt have what I needed available. Luckily one of their Employees, Saul, went out of his way to grab his tool set and work on the ball hitch with me, IN THE RAIN! Definitely would not have made it home safe had it not been for him. Dear Auto Zone,After my experience yesterday I have to write you. The price value and selection are great. The employees you have are wonderful. Although just like the reviewer under me wrote Sky is always high is not in reference to the price its in reference to the employee named Sky (African american kid with dreadlocks) He is always working under the influence. High as an airplane I dint know you allow you employees to smoke pot. It took him 15 minutes to find my damn brake pads in the isle right behind him.

Hello Auto Zone crew this is my first time reviewing but my daughter and I were in your store earlier today to get some oil for my car and a check engine light diagnosed. When we walked in we were promptly greeted by a gentleman who started to help us but then answered the phone mid conversation just to ignore us. However your saving grace was another employee named Alex. Not only was he courteous and very well informed he took the time to diagnose the check engine light explain it and then give us options on what parts to get. After all that he offered to go outside and top up the oil for us. A++ if you ask me. Thank you for all your help Alex.

Hello,Today I called the store here and spoke to Josh or Joshua. He took the time to work with me over the phone to make sure he had brake pads and rotors for my 2016 corolla le.He confirmed they were in stock. He also took the time to come out to my vehicle and ascertain whether I was in serious need of calipers as well. Turns out I didnt need them, and he recommended I save my money.Additionally, he took the time to speak with me on other eventual things I will need on my vehicle as it starts approaching higher mileage. Id rather plan ahead then be stuck with large repairs down the line.I really appreciate the honesty, and the non pushy courtesy displayed!! Great people and service

Let me start by saying I am a return customer, I shop here about 6 or 7 times a month. This place changes hands fairly regularly, but boy I have to say the employees you have currently are great. There is one new guy who has been there for a couple of weeks maybe a month or so and he is the key to your stores success. It seems like whenever I come in with a hard to find part or a brainteaser question and the parts counter cant figure it out they turn to him. I dont know his name, I just know he is new and he works at the furthest counter from the front doing commercial sales. He is way to knowledgeable and he is the answer man. New employees like these are what this location needs. Way to go Autozone. Keep it up.

I have used this location since I moved to Marlborough 8 years ago and can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. This is the only location I go to as it is less than 5mins from my home and am a customer here numerous times a year as I am the family car fixer. This weekend alone I was there 4 times and all 4 times was waited on by someone different BUT each and every associate was FANTASTIC and super helpful. I truly appreciate these guys for all their help not just this weekend but anytime I am ever in there. Keep up the great work!

On a Sunday afternoon I stopped in because I needed help figuring out how to open my electronic key because it needed a new battery. The staff especially Josh was patient and helpful. They did not even have the battery and told me to go to CVS and bring it back and they would install it.It took a little bit of time because I dropped it and the information panel fell out. They did it and Sol even walked out to my car to make sure it worked.They were terrific!!! and I am grateful for their help.

Thank god for Soladine! I had been to 4 stores before loosing hope and not only did he save me a headache he was able to fix something that my mechanic and dealership could not. I was looking for someone to cut a blade laser cut for my vehicle. Soladine was able to replace the key with the new key fob and saved me money. Excellent service. Guy deserves service! I highly recommend him and this store. Thank you again!!!!!!

I have been to this autozone many times for issues with my car as well as my mom’s car. One of the employees in particular, Josh, is always so helpful and patient with me. I am not a person who knows a lot about cars and he will take the time to explain things to me and answer any questions that I may have. I feel that he goes above and beyond with his customer service and is a great asset to the store. He is part of the reason that I keep coming to that store even though I live in Hudson now and there is another autozone 5 mins from my house. I would highly recommend this autozone to all my friends and family.

I stopped in on my lunch to get a new car battery and the friendly staff offered to put it in my car for me free of charge. I totally butchered one of the gentleman’s name who works there but he was extremely humble about the whole thing and didn’t make me feel bad. It’s refreshing to find good customer service these days.

I go here a few times a year,this time I was l only looking for a battery for my key fob which they had on hand, whatever my needs are,they usually have it so it has become my # 1 place to go for auto needs

Well when I pulled up seeing about 15 employees outside smoking was rather thrown off if anyone was going to be inside to help but not sure what was going on rushed out by someone talking to the cashier looked possibly of management, wrong wiper blades and still had to return but finally had the right blades. Will make sure they help me put them on for now on .

The bald employee in the grey shirt this morning has the patience of a saint, he did not deserve to be spoken to like that by the older employee in red or those two other customers.

I sold my car to someone, as they were driving it home the check engine light came on. He went there for them to read it, it came up as a P0171 fuel metering too lean. Their suggestion was reprogram the pcm when i called them to ask them how they possibly got to that decision i was told call Acura to which i responded, why would i call them its YOUR suggestion after he couldnt give me an answer. Then he hung up on me. Phenomenal.

I went in to get a fuse for my Prius and didnt really have any idea of what fuse it was or what kind I would need. I explained the situation to the guy at the counter and he kinda helped me by confirming my Google search but that was about all. I ended up buying the wrong fuse size and it took me a while to figure it all out. All in all... I wish I could have gotten a little more help. Would have saved me a whole bunch of time.

Worst service ever. The horrible assistant manager went out of his way to pick a fight with me over my purchasing of a battery. The most unprofessional person I ever had the displeasure of working with. My company owns four garages in the area and I have instructed my team to immediately stop doing business with this store and have canceled my accounts with them. I hope your happy losing thousands of dollars a year. Because of some childish fool you have employed!!

Very very disappointed in the Marlborough AutoZone. I left n went over to C.A.P. walked in was greeted n helped right away. Save yourself the gas n time n go straight to C.A.P. if u want to be treated right!!!. The crew at Autozone will never have excellent customer service skill if the manager doesnt even have them.

Had to order a part. It was there that same afternoon, as promised. My kid needed his car fixed asap. New radiator, electric fan, belt for Jeep Wrangler. All parts matched exactly on this not-so-easy job.
