Today I had the worse customer service experience I have ever experienced at a grocery store in Marina in a long time. The cashier who help me check out seemed to dislike his job a lot. Never said hello and he was completely careless packing my goods. He was literally throwing items into the bags as in a basketball game. He pushed every bags almost violently to me that they tipped off. I am not sure if recent working conditions at Grocery Outlets are so bad that employees turn unapologetic and rude, or if that particular cashier was having a bad day. Regardless of the situation there is no excuse to treat customer like that. 10 years of business and I have never been treated like this at Grocery Outlet nor at any other Marina business. I hope this can be addressed. I contacted the manager and she said she would talk to the employee. I hope she stands by her words.

Nice selection, great prices and parking, had a nice selection of my fav store 🏬 bought UMPQUA ice cream 🍦. Chocolate chip mint was very good.

Love stopping at this grocery outlet on our way to Monterey we can stop here and get our food and keep it in our hotel it saves US money that way. Store could be just a little bit cleaner but we still love it

This is our favorite, local grocery store here in Marina. They have almost everything we shop for, and frequently have food items in stock we didnt know we needed, but want to try when we find them at the Marina Grocery Outlet. They always have the organic milk we drink, at lower prices than the other grocery stores, as well as fresh fruit and veggies, organic goods, bread, pet food, baking goods, eggs, snacks, candies, etc.

Friendly helpful staff. Can find most of my grocery needs here at great prices. Produce choice is usually good.

Always terrific prices, and the store is clean and well kept. (Unlike DirtyLucky across the street.) Also, a great place to grab some inexpensive wine for dinner when you dont want to break into the fancy stuff in the wine fridge.

Great snack & random goods shop. Many great deals on all kinds of food items. Good soda & sport drink selection. Hygiene section was lacking but has the essentials. Parking lot was a bit chaotic so I suggest to park on the edges to avoid bad driver.

Grocery Outlet is one of the nice grocery stores in this town. I think it would be worth it to pay a visit to the store whenever you are nearby, even if you dont need anything, as there is a good chance you might find some good deals. Just make sure to check the expiration date and read the label well. The prices of items shown there, elsewhere as claimed by the store, may not be always accurate, but if you shop at other grocery stores regularly, you will know whether a certain item is cheaper at Grocery Outlet. In many ways, it seems like Ross store of groceries.

Prices great produce great quality

Terrific store! I purchase a lot of produce at this store. Produce which is at a fraction of the cost from all other grocery stores. I usually use it immediately but that’s perfectly fine. They have an aisle of deeply discounted organic products which I truly appreciate. I also get my protein enriched, dairy free ice-cream here at a bargain price. As long as you pay attention to the dates on the items you’re purchasing, Grocery Outlet is a bargain shoppers dream! The employees here are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Great shopping experience all the way around.

Im comparing both the Salinas location and this location and I think the Marina location is the one I like coming to because parking is plentiful and overall cleanliness and organization of the store is good. Salinas location is good to dont get me wrong but the only thing that turns me off about the store in Salinas is the parking sometimes thats all. Customer services is good. Recommend

They have some incredible deals, you just never know what deals your going to get, until you get there. Thats what keeps bringing you back, is the prices. Because everytime I go in there, the customer service is not that great!!

They have amazing prices on virtually everything, and their selection on most things is pretty good. They also have a good wine and beer selection.

Have noticed during the last two visits cleaning the carts have laxed. Also there should be a separate area for dirty carts & cleaned carts. Covid19 cases & deaths are increasing in CA more than say months ago when cleaning the carts was a priority.On a positive note, staff is consistently great!

A lot of good prices can get canned goods cheap

I love this market. Some people do their regular shopping there. Others, like me, go in about once a month to see what they have in natural, organic, and international food. They carry quite a bit of various items, plus the usual stuff. Prices are great. Example: bottle of organic olive oil for about half of what youd pay at other places.

A well stocked grocery liquidator with discount pricing. Almost everything in the store is less expensive than in a supermarket and the quality is just as high or in some cases, higher. If you like something, stock up as it might not come back for awhile. Very good place to shop for food. Highly recommended.

This is where we do all of our shopping! Amazing prices! Where can you get a case of wine and all your groceries for about $150? Every once in a while they don’t have everything we’re looking for so then we only have to go other places that are more than twice as expensive for one item. We canceled our Costco membership because of this place! We weren’t using Costco anymore after we found this. The customer service is also amazing and the employees are always happy and friendly.

Best deal in town with many organic items at a fraction of the price. Friendly service and minimal wait time. Just check the expiration dates, especially on sale items. They are a great deal but you may have to use them immediately.

Such an amazing, random selection of grocery items! They stock experimental, discontinued and overstock items, so the selection is constantly changing. This exposes you to a myriad of interesting items that you would normally never find in your local stores, but, at the same time, it teaches you to not get attached to any favorites, as they will likely disappear from the store, and possibly cease to be produced altogether. Incredibly inexpensive alcoholic beverages, baked goods and medicines, if youre looking for bargains.

Its a good place to shop for certain things. The check out at grocery outlet sure Beach Luckys or Safeway. How is it that grocery outlet has more Checkers then Luckys or Safeway makes it a pleasure to go there. Easy in easy out!

This store has it all! Groceries, clothes, gardening supplies and plants, cutlery, vitamins, a huge selection of wine and lots more. Bonus, the staff is super friendly and helpful, no matter how busy the store is. I highly recommend stopping by some time.

More expensive than other Grocery Outlets. Im always disappointed in the produce. Being near Central California I would have expected better produce. Great friendly staff!

The Grocery Outlet is a very nice budget grocery store. I go here on occasion to pick up a few staples. Keep in mind that with a budget grocer, you are not going to get the 10,000 products that some other stores may offer. Its limited, but the prices are all reasonable. On a side note, they also have a nice wine and beer assortment. They also have a unique assortment of stuff you may not see in other grocery stores. The plus side to that -- you get to try something new, and you get to do it on the cheap. Regarding produce, when theyre in season, the strawberries are local and inexpensive (far cheaper than any other grocer Ive visited).
